CAUTION bleaching agents that contain chlorides or phosphates will cause permanent damage to stainless steel products. The damage appears as pits, eruptions, voids, small holes, cracks, severe discoloration, or dulling of the metal finish. Water with high chloride content can also damage stainless steel. If unsure of your water quality, me recommend have it tested. THIS DAMAGE IS PERMANENT, COSTIY TO REPAIR, AND IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
Cleaning Instructions
Be sure the heater tube is unplugged and cool before removing it from the cabinet. The heater tube should not he exposed to direct contact with water or cleaning sprays. Permanent
1. Before cleaning, unplug the tube. Dispenser tubes may be cleaned by lifting them straight up and out of the cabinet. Use any common method for care of stainless steel to clean the tubes. Use caution to prevent the accidental removal or deformation of the springs and lifting mechanism.
2. If applicable, vinyl trim or laminate should be washed with a chlorine-free detergent and water. Rinse thoroughly with clear water and allow to dry. Never use abrasive cleaners, waxes, car polish or substances containing strong aromatic solvents or alcohol. Caution: When using solvents, it is essential that proper precautionary measures be observed. Refer to solvent manufacturer's instructions. Use of direct steam/hot water cleaning at temperatures above 190°F may result in "bubbling" or loosening of vinyl adhesive.
3. To clean stainless steel surfaces use only cleansers, detergents, degreasers, or sanitizers that are certified to be "chloride-free" and "phosphate-free," and cleansers, degreasers, or sanitizers only in the recommended concentrations. DO NOT exceed recommended concentrations or mixing ratios. After cleaning and sanitizing, rinse all exposed surfaces thoroughly with large amounts of clear water. Wipe off any standing liquid or residue from all surfaces, corners, or near edges.

Self-leveling Dispenser Spring Adjustment
Side

Side View with Panel Removed
The spring tension on all of our self -leveling dispensers can be adjusted by the use to accommodate various loads. No
tools are required This is done by connecting or disconnecting the adjustment springs from the bottom retainer bracket.
There is no real science to achieving the proper spring tension—it is more "trial and error." However, there are . a couple important points to remember:
1. For level dispensing an equal number of springs and spring types should be connected on each spring set (there is one spring set on each side of our tray/rack dispensers and four on our plate dispensers).
2. There are two types of springs on each spring set; fine adjustment and coarse adjustment. They look nearly
identical, but the difference in tension can be felt by stretching them.
3. Unused (disconnected) springs should be left hanging from the top retainer bracket for future use.

Cantilever Tray/Rack Dispenser Spring Adjustment
Adjusting the spring tension on the cantilever style tray/rack dispensers is done the same way as the other tray/rack dispensers. However, accessing the spring sets is more involved. To access the spring sets, the side panels must be removed. To remove the side panels, remove the two screws from the top of each panel and lift each panel off.
To adjust the spring tension on plate dispensers, lift the tube out of its shield or the counter cut -out. Place a 6" to 12" stack of china on the dispenser and observe the position of the stack. To raise the stack, connect one or more springs on each spring set. To lower the stack, disconnect one or more springs from the spring set.
