Before using this instrument, read this

Step 1 Place the scale on a table top. Remove the four (4) tray mounting lugs and lock washers from the
plastic bag and install them on the bottom of the tray (see Figure No. 2).
Step 2 Position the mounting lugs on the baby tray in the large end of the keyhole located below the
large oval openings on the top of the scale. See Figure No. 2 for additional detail. Step 3 Push the baby scale locking lever to the rear and hold it while sliding the baby tray to the right. Release the locking lever and verify that the baby tray is locked in place by making certain that it cannot be slid to the left.
