Product Description

The ACI/100-HT and ACI/1K-HT Series
temperature sensors incorporate a Class B, thin
film platinum RTD sensor, which conforms to
DIN-IEC-751 platinum RTD standards.

One of the most important features of the
ACI/100-HT and ACI/1K-HT is that they are
air encapsulated. This allows the sensor to have
a more stable output, since the sensing
element is not subjected to the constant expansion
and contraction of the encapsulation materials.
The sensors are mounted in a 1/4" diameter
stainless steel probe with 24" Nickel Plated
Fiberglass lead wires. Only Remote Probe
configurations come with 8' Nickel Plated
Fiberglass lead wire. These sensors are compatible
with all liquids and materials that are compatible
with 316 Stainless Steel materials.

Platinum Sensors

The ACI/100-HT and ACI/1K-HT sensors are
available in a three-wire configuration incorporating
high accuracy and interchangeability over a wide
operating temperature range.

Some of the typical applications are for Stacks,
Boilers, Oil Baths, Process Controls, Commercial
Ovens, Plastics Processing, Bearings, Incubators,
and Truck or Vehicle Engines.

These units are offered in Stainless Steel Duct and
Duct without Box, Immersion and Remote Probe
configurations. All units come with a two year factory
warranty. Please contact ACI for more information
