After you have loaded the batteries and adjusted the eyepiece, follow these simple steps:

Insert a Super 8 film cartridge.
Turn the shutter lock dial to "R”. Set the aperture control ring at "A".

Set the filming speed dial at "18".

Look through the viewfinder and focus in telephoto.
