Operation Instruction
There are 3 control need to be paid attention. The first is the valve on the cylinder, which will be used t o turn O N and OFF the gas supply. The second is the gas control knob with a dial which has 3 po s itions marked on it. This control knob is located on the top end of the heater (fig 4). The third is the piezoelectric ign ition button ne xt to the gas control knob(fig 4). Pressing this button will genera te a spark on the pilot burner thus igniting the gas to the pilot burner.

Installation
1.Put the cylinder into the gas heater.
2.Install the protection baffle to make sure the cylinder ca nnot move.
3.Connect the pipe to the gas valve with cap (make sure no leakage)
4.Connect another side of the pipe to the regulator with cap (make sure no leakage)
5. Open the gas tap before using the heater and close the gas tap after using.
Lighting heater:
Before connecting the regulator to the gas cylinder. Check whether there is a rubber washer on the regulator and the washer must be in good condition. Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder by turning the hand wheel anticlockwise. Open the gas cylinder by turning the gas cylinder valve anticlockwise. Turn the gas control knob on the heater to setting (Fig 4). Press the control knob down and hold in the pressed position push the piezoelectric ignition(Fig 4) button 2 or 3 times. Each time you strike this piezoelectric ignition you will hear a clicking sound as well as see a spark on the pilot burner. Once the pilot has lit, continue holding the gas control knob in the pressed position for a further 10 to 15 seconds thus activating the flame failure safety device.

The pilot and center burner should remain alight. You may no w adjust the heater setting to Low/Med/High as required.
Turning off the heater:
To turn off the heater, turn the control knob to position I and close the g as cylinder valve by turning the knob on the cylinder clockwise. Ensure that the pilot flame the center burner are extinguished.
Testing gas leaks:
When you suspect that the heater is leaking, turn off the gas supp ly and have the unit inspected by a qualified technician. Do not attempt to locate the source of leak with a naked flame. Locate it by sound, smell or by applying soapy water. Any bubbles forming wil l indicate the wh ereabouts of a le ak.
Safety tips:
Do not move the heater while it is in use. Always face the heater towards the center of the room. Use it only in a well-ventilated room. Ventilated is vital for the efficient performance of this heater and for safety of the occupants of the room in which it is being used. Allow plenty of fresh air in, neve r seal up the doorw ays and windows. Prevent young children and elderly people from touching very hot surface. The normal dress guard only protects against accidental clothing contact. Do not place clothes or other material on the heater. Keep all flammable materials at least one meter away from the heater. Turn off the gas valve and gas supply after its application. Never use or store solvents and pressure pack can sans near a gas heater-ven if the heater is turned off. Never dispose of rubbish such as cigarette butts in a gas fire-this can affect combustion and produce dangerous pollutants. Always operate the gas control and cylinder valve from the side or rear of the heater. Standing in front of the heater exposes you to the risk of burns.
Change LPG cylinder in ample ventilated area and from any ignition source (candle , cigarettes and so on): Recommend to use 50 cm hose for connection, which should be certificated according to applicable EN-standard. Regulator should be certificated according to EN 12864 (from rate: max. 1.5kg/h)

Warning:
Read the instructions in the manual carefully, it has important information both for
operation use and for your safety.
Do not use faulty appliances.Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by a qualified person only.Your heater should be checked manually by a qualified person for safe operation
and to detect any fault.
Keep these instruction for future reference. If necessary, a new copy may be
obtained from your dealer.
Turn off the gas container valve after use.The appliance is suitable for 14.2kg/5.5kg LPG container, when change gas
container move the appliance to a flame-free atmosphere.
Do not move the appliance when it operated, avoid to twist the gas hose.Do not place the heater near walls, curtains or furniture while in operation. Always
face the heater towards the center of the room when clearance to combustibles to the rear and sides of the heater si 1000mm.
The dress guard on this appliance conforms to standard requirements. It does not
give full protection for young children or the infirm. The guard is to prevent risk of inquiry and no part of it should be removed or altered.
This appliance should be leakage tested before initial use and whenever the
cylinder has been reconnected after filling. Never use a naked flame to test for leakage.
This is a non-flue heater. Ensure the room is ventilated while the heater is in
operation. Do not operate in a bedroom, bathroom, caravan, boat or any room less than 84cum in volume. The minimum ventilation surface should be

The guard on this appliance is to prevent the risk of fire or injury from burns and
no part of it should be permanently removed. It does not give full protection for young children or the infirm.
This appliance requires a hose and regulator, check with your gas supplier.Do not use in leisure vehicles such as caravans and auto caravans changing the
cylinder.
Turn off the regulator and disconnect the regulator from cylinder, allow the heater
to control fully before removing and replace the cylinder. Do not attempt to remove the regulator while the heater is still working.
Maintenance:
Maintenance and cleaning must be carried out with the gas supply turned off and
the heater gets cold. Do not attempt to clean the heater while it is in use.
Your heater should be checked annually by a qualified person for safe operation
and to detect any faults.
If any fault are detected in use, stop using the heater and contact you dealer for
advice.

Periodically clean the exterior and rear cylinder, storage area of your heater
to remove dust and lint built-up, which may affect operation of the heater.
Light vacuuming with a soft brush will remove any dust built-up on the
surfaces of the ceramic elements. Do not scrape of knock these elements as they may become very fragile with use.
Do not use abrasive products to clean the heater.Watch the pilot flame while it is in operation. it should burn steadily. If it
flickers or is yellow tipped, the heater should be checked for correct operation.
If any parts need replacement, they must be replaced only with genuine
original parts supplied by the manufacturer. The use of incorrect or substitute parts may be dangerous and will void any warranty.
Operation the heater according to following procedures when electric power is use.
The electric heating system is designed with technology of infrared radiation. Even if it is used in an unsealed and large size room, heating efficiency will be perfect.
1) Operation
ØMake sure plug is normally earthed. Put plug in the socket
ØPress switch to start the top quartz tube. ØPress switch to start the other two quartz tubes. ØPress switch and to start all quartz tubes. Heat load reaches to peak. ØTurn all switch off after use. Remove the plug from the socket.

Note: To prevent too high temperature near the air-outlet grilles, it is recommended that in the use of gas and the electric heating elements in the heater should not be used at the same time.

3) Safety tips
ØAlways leave the heater look upon the central room ØDo not move the heater in front of it. Do not move the burning heater from one
room to another.
ØPrevent people, especially young children and elderly people from touching
very hot surfaces.
ØNever dry clothes at the top of metal guard grill ØKeep all flammable materials at least one meter away from the heater ØNever use an unfiled gas heater in a bathroom, bedroom or caravan. Toxic
gas may cause serious health problems in these situation.
ØNever use or store solvents and pressure pack cans near a gas heater even
if the heater is turned off.
ØNever dispose of rubbish such as cigarette butts in a gas fire, this can affect
combustion and produce dangerous pollutants.
ØMake sure rooms containing gas heater are well ventilated. ØKeep areas around the heater free of papers, trash and any other
combustible items.
ØPlace the heater on a level, hard, nonflammable surface. Do not place on
rugs, carpets, or near socket, bedding, drapes, or on tables or countertops.
ØTurn the heater off if you heave the area, and never leave a heater on while
sleeping or if you have leave home.
ØAlways use specified or standard wire, plug and socket, always protect them
from moisture or water.
ØAlways turn off gas power and remove plug after use.
4) Maintenance
Do not use wet rag or sprinkling water on the heater while cleaning. This may
cause serious problem to the heater. Under the circumstance of normal usage, contact our agents to conduct regular maintenance. Leave the heater at a clean and dry area when it is not used.

ØThis appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduce physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and acknowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
ØChildren should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
ØIf the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
ØDo not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control
system or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
