PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The CLM285 / 385 - 1.2 are micropower 2 terminal band- gap
voltage regulator diodes. Operating over a wide curre nt range
of 10µA to 20mA with low dynamic impedance and stable
tem perature ch aract eristics. Calogic uti l izes on -ch i p trimming to
provide tight voltage tolerances.
The devices are excellent in portable meters, regulators or
general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching
shelf life.
