● Stainless steel cart with handle & wheels (2 wheels with brakes; 2 wheels without) ● Patent pending
● Double Buffet Server on left front side: 2 half size stainless steam pans, 2 clear polycarbonate lids with
utensil slots, & pan holder
● Half size steam pans hold over 30 four oz. servings ea. ● Buffet Server surface heat area: 18-7/8" x 11-5/8"
● Built in Glass Ceramic Range on right side features power-saving two-circle heat technology (5.5" or 8.25"
diameter heat zones) and infinite heat control. Fast heat-up / Fast heat off.
● Quarter Size / 3 Shelf Convection Oven with Manual Controls (OV-003) on inside cart shelf
● 22" Maple Cutting Board on left back side
● Pan supports built in to left of oven; supports hold up to 5 quarter size pans (3 quarter size sheet pans & 2 quarter
size oven baskets included). ● Storage shelf at bottom of cart
● Removable black, heavy-duty fire retardant skirting on 3 sides; attaches with included Velcro
● Cart's variable heat control operates the Buffet Server; Glass-Ceramic Range and Convection Oven have separate
cords & plugs. ● Glass-Ceramic Range: 120 volts / 1500 watts / 12.5 amps
● Cart/Buffet Server: 120 volts / 300 watts / 2.5 amps ● Oven: 120 volts / 1450 watts / 12 amps
