CBC-PHR Mobile Chef Cart with Glass-Ceramic Range

Stainless steel cart with handle & wheels (2 wheels with brakes; 2 wheels without)

Buffet Server on left front side: stainless steam pans*, clear rolltop polycarbonate lid, & pan holder

●

Buffet Server surface heat area: 18-7/8" x 11-5/8" ● 22" Maple Cutting Board on left back side

Built in Glass Ceramic Range on right side features power-saving two-circle heat technology (5.5" or 8.25"

diameter heat zones) and infinite heat control. Fast heat-up / Fast heat off.

2 storage shelves in cart; top shelf sized to fit Cadco Half Size Convection Ovens (oven not included)

●

Sheet pan supports built in to left of oven space; supports hold up to 5 half size sheet pans (pans not included.)

●

Removable black, heavy-duty fire retardant skirting on 3 sides; attaches with included Velcro

●

Cart's variable heat control operates the Buffet Server; Glass-Ceramic Range has separate cord & plug.
