Thank you for purchasing the HDMI™ Repeater. We recommend that you read this manual
thoroughly and retain for future reference.
Function:
Overcome typical cable length limitations and place your equipment where you wish. The HDCP
compliant HDMI™ Repeater regenerates and equalizes the HDMI™ signal to ensure clear
delivery over longer cable runs. Use a single repeater to reach up to 130 feet, or add a second
repeater for a total length of 200 feet.
A specially designed Voltage Inserter conveniently connects at the video source, where power is
readily available, delivering power to the Repeater via a HDMI™ cable. If required a traditional
direct-connect power supply is available as an option to connect to the HDMI™ Repeater.

*Note-To maximize signal quality at extended lengths, be sure to use quality High Speed HDMI™
cables. Each cable from the source to Repeater and Repeater to display should not exceed 65ft.
Connecting the HDMI™ Repeater
1. Insert the Voltage Inserter into the HDMI™ output of the source device (DVD player, set top
box, gaming system, etc.)
2. Connect an HDMI™ cable to the open end of the Voltage Inserter and connect the other end
of the HDMI™ cable to the HDMI™ Input on the HDMI Repeater.
3. With another HDMI™ cable, connect one end to the HDMI™ Output on the HDMI™ Repeater
and connect the other end to the HDMI™ input on your monitor/display.
Note: The HDMI™ Repeater is designed to accept the included Voltage Inserter or a standard
AC/DC adapter (not included) for power. Do not use both the Voltage Inserter and AC/DC
adapter at the same time.

Daisy-Chaining the HDMI™ Repeater
1. Complete steps 1-2 from the above section, “Connecting the HDMI™ Repeater”.
2. Insert the second Voltage Inserter to the HDMI™ output on the first HDMI™ Repeater.
3. Connect an HDMI™ cable to the open end of the second Voltage Inserter and connect the
other end of the HDMI™ cable to the HDMI™ Input on the second HDMI™ Repeater.
4. With another HDMI™ cable, connect one end to the HDMI™ output on the second HDMI™
Repeater and connect the other end to the HDMI™ input on your monitor/display.

! In case of a storm, it is recommended that you unplug this device from the outlet.
! Avoid placing this product next to objects that produce heat such as portable heaters, space

Do not attempt to open this product and expose the internal circuitry. If you feel that the
product is defective, unplug the unit and refer to the warranty information section of this
