ventilation. The openings should never be blocked by placing your portable DVD on a

Press PLAY/PAUSE once to pause playback, pressing PLAY/PAUSE second time will resume
the playback.

When this button is pressed once, the unit records the stopped point,from where playback
will resume if PLAY( )is pressed afterwards. But if STOP button is pressd again instead of
PLAY( ) button, there will be no resume function.
10.MODE
Set LCD parameter(adjust bightness, contrast,and saturation).

DVD: Use ZOOM to enlarge or shrink the video image.
1.Press ZOOM during playback or still playback to activate the Zoom function.
The square frame appears briefly in the right bottom of the picture.
2. Each press of the ZOOM button changes the TV screen in the following sequence:
2 x size→3 x size→4 x size→1/2 x size→1/3 x size→1/4 x size→normal size

Closed captions are data that are hidden in the video signal of some discs.Before you select
this function,please ensure that the disc contains closed captions information and your TV
set also has this function.

This function is used to turn the screen saver On or O
Auto Standby
This function is used to select auto standby settings after 3 or 4 hours.
3 HOURS: the unit will turn to standby mode after 3 hours if there is no interaction from user
within this period of time.
4 HOURS: the unit will turn to standby mode after 4 hours if there is no interaction from user

OFF: the auto standby function is disabled, and unit will stay in “on” mode even if no

Selecting the colour system that corresponds to your TV when AV outputs.This DVD Player
is compatible with both NTSC and PAL.
PAL - Select this if the connected TV is PAL system.It will change the video signal of a NTSC
disc and output in PAL format.
NTSC-Select this if the connected TV is NTSC system.It will change the video signal of a PAL
disc and output in NTSC format.
Auto:Chang the video signal output automatic according to the playing disk format.
Audio:Selects a language for audio (if available).

Some DVDs may have a parental level assigned to the complete disc or to certain scenes on

OLD PASSWORD: Enter the OLD password, (Factory setting is 1369), and the cursor will
jump automatically to NEW PASSWORD
.
NEW PASSWORD: Enter the NEW password. Enter 4 digits from the remote control unit
numeric buttons, and the cursor will automatically jump to CONFIRM PASSWORD.
CONFIRM PASSWORD: Confirm the NEW password by entering it again. If the confirmation
is incorrect, the cursor will stay in this column. After entering, the correct new password
again, the cursor will jump automatically to OK.
OK: When cursor is on this button, press ENTER key to confirm setting.

Note: If the password has been changed, the parentaland disc lock code will also be
changed. The default need more space between the letters and "(1369)" should be bold
always active even the password has been changed.

Mounting the DVD in a Car
Use the supplied mounting kit to install the DVD players at the back of the vehicle’s
headrests.
1. Align the angled support’s bolt to the screw
hole at the back of the DVD unit. Turn the bolt
clockwise and secure the support.
2. For car headrests which can be removed, use the following method:
leg slots and ensure the horizontal support bar rests securely on the top of the car seat.

3. For car headrests which cannot be removed, use the following method to secure the
car mount:

Unscrew the bolts holding the horizontal support bar together. Slip both halves of the
support bar around the headrests’ leg supports. Screw in the bolts, loosely. Ensure that
the support bar is level. Tighten the bolts.
• If the set of 4 x screws (ø4 x 20mm) is not long enough to secure the
horizontal support bar to the leg supports, please use the longer set of screws
(ø4 x 25mm).

Turn down the volume before connecting the headphones/earphones. Slowly raise the
volume with the headphones/earphones on until you reach your desired volume. When

2. The charging indicator lights up red indicating that the battery is in charging mode.
When the battery is charged to full capacity, the LED indicator goes green.
3. Remove the adapter. The battery is now fully charged and the unit is ready to use.

1. Connect DVD player A and B by using the included DC+AV Cable. Plug the AV Cable
into AV OUT socket on the DVD player in which the DVD is inserted; plug the other end
of the AV Cable into AV IN socket of the other DVD player.
2. Turn on DVD player A and B.
3. Operate the controls of the DVD player in which the DVD is inserted.
Connecting to a TV
If your TV has Audio/Video inputs, you can connect the DVD player to your TV using a

Watching a DVD on your TV
1. Connect your TV to the DVD player by using a 3.5mm to RCA AV Converter and a
standard AV Cable (not included).
2. Turn on the DVD player.
3. Turn on the TV and follow the instructions included with it to play the DVD.
• Make sure the correct Audio/Video cable is used. Connecting the plugs
incorrectly may cause a weak signal.
• If your TV does not have Audio/Video inputs, you will need to purchase an
RF modulator (sold separately) and follow the instructions included with it to
connect the unit to your TV.
The DVD player can play two channels Dolby Digital.

Listening on an External Audio Device
1. Connect the DVD player to the left/right Audio IN sockets on the audio device by using
a 3.5mm to RCA AV Converter and a standard RCA Stereo Audio Cable (not included).
2. Turn on your audio device and follow the instructions provided with it to select the
AUDIO IN function.
• Make sure the correct Audio cable is used. Connecting the plugs incorrectly
may cause a weak signal.
• If you have a stereo VCR, make sure you set it to stereo mode.
• Due to copyright protection, DVD movies cannot be copied. If you copy a DVD
movie onto a videotape, the resulting copy will be unclear, with poor sound
quality. This is NOT caused by a defective DVD system.

Using The Stand For Indoor Use
You can stand the DVD player on a desk or table using the stand.

3. Use the buttons to select “Media“.
4. Press the
button on the remote control, and then press the buttons to highlight
“USB”, “SD”, “MS” or “MMC” depending on the type of device you have connected and
then press the ENTER button on the remote control to start playback.
5. To remove the USB device or SD/MS/MMC card, press the
button to stop playback
and then press the SOURCE button followed by the ENTER button on the remote
control to exit the USB, SD/MS/MMC card menu. The DVD player will return to disc
mode.

Answer
• Make sure the DVD player is charged or plugged in.
• Ensure the ON / OFF switch on the DVD player is in the
ON position.
• The DVD player will switch o automatically without any
user intervention if auto standby is witched on. Press the
any button on the remote control or DVD player to turn the
DVD player back on.
• The DVD player is unable to read the disc.
• Ensure the DVD has been inserted with the label side
facing upwards.
• Check the DVD is suitable for playing on the DVD player.
• Check that the DVD's regional code matches the regional
code of the DVD player, region 2.
• The disc maybe dirty, clean the disc following the information
• Make sure the sound is turned up.
• Make sure the MUTE function is not on.
• Ensure the headphones are fully inserted in the socket on
the DVD player.
• Check the batteries are correctly inserted or change them
for new ones.
• Check that nothing is blocking the signal from the remote
control and the remote sensor on the DVD player.
• Check you are using the correct remote control for the
DVD player.
