Operating Instructions
To set a new combination:
1. Set Combination Dials and then pull the Shackle up to open the lock (A)
Note: If starting with a new lock, set Combination Dials to default setting 0 - 0 - 0.
2. Rotate the Shackle 90° as shown and then press it down. (B)
3. While pressing the Shackle down, turn it another 90°
towards the front of the lock as shown and then set the new
combination by turning the Combination Dials. (C)
4. Turn the Shackle back to position (B) and then pull it up.
The new combination is now set.

Open Alert Indicator
1. When the lock is closed the Open Indicator will be in the down position.
2. If the TSA agent opens the lock using their access tool, the Indicator will rise.
3. The Indicator will return to the down position when the
lock is opened using the correct combination.
