Sit him on the edge of a table or counter and secure him with the suction cup.

ISSUE SOLUTION
Dave will not respond to the remote.
Make sure Dave is awake. If he has fallen asleep because you ignored him for too long, you need to press his tummy to wake him up.
Are you within 3 feet of Dave?
If you are too far away from him, he will just ignore you.
Is Dave running low on energy? He may need new batteries in his battery compartment or remote.
Dave is acting strangely, his arm/leg seems “stuck”.
If the joints of his legs or arms get stuck, he will pause for 10 seconds. You will hear 3 beeps - this tells you Dave has
been reset. If Dave cries (longer beeps), try pressing his tummy. If this doesn't work, gently wiggle his arms and legs.
Daves skin may be in the way of his joints. Gently pull his fur away from the
part that seems jammed, and try again.
