OPERATION MANUAL

Thank you for buying this BRITEQ product. To take full advantage of all possibilities and for your own safety,
please read these operating instructions very carefully before you start using this unit.

FEATURES

This unit is radio-interference suppressed. This product meets the requirements of the current European and
national guidelines. Conformity has been established and the relevant statements and documents have been
deposited by the manufacturer.

BEFORE USE

 Before you start using this unit, please check if there’s no transportation damage. Should there be any, do

not use the device and consult your dealer first.

 Important: This device left our factory in perfect condition and well packaged. It is absolutely necessary

for the user to strictly follow the safety instructions and warnings in this user manual. Any damage caused
by mishandling is not subject to warranty. The dealer will not accept responsibility for any resulting defects
or problems caused by disregarding this user manual.

 Keep this booklet in a safe place for future consultation. If you sell the fixture, be sure to add this user

manual.

use or the presence of un-insulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may
be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.

The exclamation point within the equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence
of important operation and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying
this appliance.

This symbol determines: the minimum distance from lighted objects. The minimum distance
between light-output and the illuminated surface must be more than 1 meters

The device is not suitable for direct mounting on normally flammable surfaces. (suitable only for
mounting on non-combustible surfaces)

CAUTION: Do not stare at operating lamp.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

 To protect the environment, please try to recycle the packing material as much as possible.
 To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
 To avoid condensation to be formed inside, allow the unit to adapt to the surrounding temperatures when

bringing it into a warm room after transport. Condense sometimes prevents the unit from working at full
performance or may even cause damages.

 This unit is for indoor use only.
 Don’t place metal objects or spill liquid inside the unit. Electric shock or malfunction may result. If a foreign

object enters the unit, immediately disconnect the mains power.

 Locate the fixture in a well ventilated spot, away from any flammable materials and/or liquids. The fixture

must be fixed at least 50cm from surrounding walls.

 Don’t cover any ventilation openings as this may result in overheating.
 Prevent use in dusty environments and clean the unit regularly.
 Keep the unit away from children.
 Inexperienced persons should not operate this device.
 Maximum safe ambient temperature is 40°C. Don’t use this unit at higher ambient temperatures.
 Make sure the area below the installation place is free from unwanted persons during rigging, de-rigging

and servicing.

 Allow the device about 10 minutes to cool down before to start servicing.
 Always unplug the unit when it is not used for a longer time or before to start servicing.
 The electrical installation should be carried out by qualified personal only, according to the regulations for

electrical and mechanical safety in your country.

 Check that the available voltage is not higher than the one stated on the unit.
 The power cord should always be in perfect condition. Switch the unit immediately off when the power cord

is squashed or damaged. It must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.

 Never let the power-cord come into contact with other cables!
 This fixture must be earthed in order to comply with safety regulations.
 Don’t connect the unit to any dimmer pack.
 Always use an appropriate and certified safety cable when installing the unit.
 In order to prevent electric shock, do not open the cover. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
 Never repair a fuse or bypass the fuse holder. Always replace a damaged fuse with a fuse of the same

type and electrical specifications!

 In the event of serious operating problems, stop using the fixture and contact your dealer immediately.
 The housing and the lenses must be replaced if they are visibly damaged.
 Please use the original packing when the device is to be transported.

 Due to safety reasons it is prohibited to make unauthorized modifications to the unit.

Important: Never look directly into the light source! Don’t use the effect in the presence of persons suffering

from epilepsy.

OVERHEAD RIGGING

 Important: The installation must be carried out by qualified service personal only. Improper

installation can result in serious injuries and/or damage to property. Overhead rigging requires
extensive experience! Working load limits should be respected, certified installation materials
should be used, the installed device should be inspected regularly for safety.

 Make sure the area below the installation place is free from unwanted persons during rigging, de-rigging

and servicing.

 Locate the fixture in a well ventilated spot, far away from any flammable materials and/or liquids. The

fixture must be fixed at least 50cm from surrounding walls.

 The device should be installed out of reach of people and outside areas where persons may walk by or be

seated.

 Before rigging make sure that the installation area can hold a minimum point load of 10times the device’s

weight.

 Always use a certified safety cable (number 3 on the picture) that can hold 12 times the weight of the

device when installing the unit. This secondary safety attachment should be installed in a way that no part
of the installation can drop more than 20cm if the main attachment fails.

 The device should be well fixed; a free-swinging mounting is dangerous and may not be considered!
 Don’t cover any ventilation openings as this may result in overheating.
 The operator has to make sure that the safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by

an expert before using them for the first time. The installations should be inspected every year by a skilled
person to be sure that safety is still optimal.

CONTROL PANEL:

1. DISPLAY shows the various menus and the selected functions.

4. REMOTE CONTROL INPUT: Used to connect a simple CA-8 hand controller while the unit is used in

standalone or master/slave mode.

5. DMX INPUT/OUTPUT: used for DMX512 linking. Use good quality 3pin XLR M/F balanced cable to link

the units together.

6. MAINS INPUT AND OUTPUT: with PowerCON® sockets, connect the supplied mains cable here, you

can daisy chain several units, up to max 16A.

MAIN MENU:

 To select any of the pre-set functions, press the MENU

button up to when the required one is shown on the
display.

 Select the function with the ENTER button. The display

will blink.

 Use DOWN and UP button to change the mode.
 Once the required mode has been selected, press the

ENTER button to select. After 8 seconds the display
will automatically return to the main functions without
any change.

To go back to the functions without any change press the
MENU button. The main functions are shown on the right.

DMX Address

Used to set the starting address in a DMX setup.

 Press the MENU button until “DMX address” is shown

on the display.

 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP buttons to change the DMX512

address.

 Once the correct address shows on the display, press

the ENTER button to save it.

To go back to the functions without any change press the
MENU button again.

Channel Mode

 Press the MENU button until “Channel mode” is

shown on the display.

 Press the ENTER button so the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP button to select the one of the

available dmx modes.

 Once the mode is selected, press the ENTER button to

Show Mode

Used to choose the Show mode when used in
standalone or master/slave mode.

 Press the MENU button until “Show mode” is shown on

the display.

 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP buttons to select “Show 1”, “Show

2”, “show 3” or “show 4” mode.

 Once the right mode shows on the display, press the

ENTER button to save it.

Show 1 mode- Fixture is placed on the floor. Tilt
movement angle 210°.

Show 2 mode-Fixture is fixed under ceiling. Tilt movement angle 90°.
Show 3 mode - Fixture is placed on the stage, in front of the audience

The spot is always projecting to the audience’s direction; i.e. in front of the stage. Pan movement
angle (left to right to left): 160°. Tilt movement angle: 90° (60° above horizon; 30° below horizon.)

Show 4 mode - Fixture is fixed under ceiling.

The spot is mainly projecting in front of the stage. Pan movement angle (left to right to left):160°. Tilt

Dimmer Curve

This function provides four dimming options:

movement angle: 90° (vertically, front 75°; back 15°)

 Press the MENU button until “Show mode” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP buttons to select “Mode 1”, “Mode 2”, “Mode 3” or “Mode 4”.
 Once the right mode shows on the display, press the ENTER button to save it.

Mode 1 (LINEAR): light output varies linearly with the DMX value
Mode 2 (SQUARE LAW ): light output can be adjusted more accurately for low DMX values
Mode 3 (INVERSE SQUARE LAW): light output can be adjusted more accurately for high DMX values.
Mode 4 (S-CURVE): light output can be adjusted more accurately for both high and low DMX values.

Remark: while in 12CH mode you can select FAST or SMOOTH dimming:

 FAST (default setting) the light output changes immediately while changing the DMX value, changing the

dimmer level slowly however might not be perfectly smooth.
 SMOOTH slow changes in the dimmer level are perfectly smooth, however fast changes might appear to

be slower than expected due to some delay.

Slave Mode

Used to make the slave unit work in opposite to the master or to work in complete sync.

 Press the MENU button until “Slave mode” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP button to select “Slave 1” (normal) or “Slave 2”opposite.
 Once the mode is selected, press the ENTER button to save it.

Blackout Mode

Blackout mode: when no DMX-signal is detected, the unit goes in blackout and waits for the DMX­signal.
No blackout mode: when no DMX-signal is detected, the unit automatically switches to standalone
mode.
Freeze mode: when no DMX-signal is detected, the unit freezes with the latest dmx values received
and waits for the DMX-signal.

 Press the MENU button until “Black out” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP button to select “Yes” (yes blackout), “No” (no blackout) mode, “Freeze” mode.
 Once the mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to save it.

Sound State

The unit works to rhythm of the beat when used in standalone or master/slave mode

 Press the MENU button until “Sound State” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP button to select “On” or “Off” mode.
 Once the mode is selected, press the ENTER button save it.

To go back to the main menu without any change press the MENU button shortly.
If you want to go back to normal running mode: press the MENU button for about 2 seconds.

Sound Sense

Used to set the sensitivity of the internal microphone

 Press the MENU button until “Sound Sense” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP button to select a value between “0” (very low sensitivity) and “100” (high sensitivity).
 Once the mode is selected, press the ENTER button save it.

To go back to the main menu without any change press the MENU button shortly.
If you want to go back to normal running mode: press the MENU button for about 2 seconds.

Pan Inversion

Normal: Panning movement is not inverted.
Pan inversion: Panning movement is inverted

 Press the MENU button until “Pan inverse” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP button to select “No” (normal) or “Yes” (pan inversion) mode.
 Once the mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to save it.

Tilt Inversion

Normal: Tilt movement is not inverted.
Tilt inversion: tilt movement is inverted

 Press the MENU button until “Tilt inverse” is shown on the display.

 Use DOWN and UP buttons to select “No” (normal) or “Yes” (tilt inversion) mode.
 Once the mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to save it.

Backlight

Backlight on: display is always on.
Backlight off: display is off when not used.

 Press the MENU button until the display shows “Backlight”.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP buttons to select “On” (display always on) or “Off” (display off when not used).
 Once the mode has been selected, press the ENTER button to save it.

Function Delay

On the Function channel (CH7 or CH8) you can select some special functions, like “blackout during
movement”. With this option you can select the delay before a selected function becomes active.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the function delay can only be set to zero seconds (no Delay) when you are
using a DMX-controller or DMX-software using presets for the DMX-values of the special functions.
Never use “no Delay” while using a simple DMX-controller with faders to set the functions manually!

 Press the MENU button until “Function Delay” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP button to select a value between “no Delay” and “3s Delay”
 Once the delay is selected, press the ENTER button save it.

White balance

It allows the user to fine tune the three colors to achieve the perfect white

 Press the MENU button until the display shows “White balance”.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 If you want to change the default settings, press the DOWN and UP buttons to select “RED”, “BLUE” or

“GREEN”.

 Press ENTER and modify the values to set a specific color temperature, confirm with ENTER.

Dimmer Calibrate

Due to tolerances in the production process, not all LEDs have exactly the same brightness,
therefore you can use this option to match the Brightness of different machines.

 Press the MENU button until “Dimmer Calibrat” is shown on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP buttons to select a value between “50” (lowest brightness) and “100” (highest

brightness).
 Once the brightness is selected, press the ENTER button save it.
To go back to the main menu without any change press the MENU button shortly.
If you want to go back to normal running mode: press the MENU button for about 2 seconds.

Manual Test

Used to manually check all functions of the unit.

 Press the MENU button to show “Manual test” on the display.
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use the DOWN and UP button to select the “Pan”, “Tilt”, “Red”, “Green”, ”Blue”, ”Dimmer” or “Strobe”

mode.

 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use the DOWN and UP button adjust the value from 0 to 255 to test the unit.

To go back to the main menu without any change press the MENU button shortly.
If you want to go back to normal running mode: press the MENU button for about 2 seconds.

Temp.

Used to show the temperature inside the unit

 Press the MENU button until the display shows “Temp.”.
 Press the ENTER button to show the internal temperature of the unit on the display.
 To go back to the functions press the MENU button again.

If you want to go back to normal running mode: press the MENU button for about 2 seconds.

Note: The unit is equipped with a temperature protection to avoid damage to the LEDs while working under
heavy conditions in venues with high temperatures. When the temperature of the LEDs reaches 50°C, the
light output will slightly reduce while the display shows: “HIGH LED TEMP: 50°
If, for some reason, the temperature of the LEDs would reach a temperature over 60°C, the output will shut
down while the display shows: “ LED OFF, OVERTEMP “

Fixture time

Used to show the number of working hours of the unit.

 Press the MENU button until “Fixture time” is blinking on the display.
 Press the ENTER button to show the number of working hours in the display.

To go back to the functions press the MENU button.

Firmware version

Used to show the Firmware version installed in the unit

 Press the MENU button until ” Firmware version” is blinking on the display.
 Press the ENTER button to show the software version on the display.

To go back to the functions press the MENU button.

Used to choose between 2 sets of default settings, often used by rental companies:

PRO-defaults: basic settings for use on professional DMX-controllers.
AUTO-defaults: basic settings for easy master/slave use.

 Press the MENU button until the display shows “Defaults”.
 Press the ENTER: to avoid accidental loss of your settings, the display shows “Confirm?”:

 Use DOWN and UP buttons to select “Yes” or “No” and confirm by pressing the ENTER button.
 When you select “Yes”, you have the choice between 2 options, each with their own settings:

Starting from these defaults you can easily make your additional settings. The other setup parameters
remain unchanged.

If you want to go back to normal running mode: press the MENU button for about 2 seconds.

Reset

Used to force a reset of the unit.

 Press the MENU button until “Reset” is blinking on the display.
 Press the ENTER to reset all channels to their standard position.
 To go back to the functions press the MENU button.

Please also check the chapter about the DMX-channel configuration of the unit to find out how you can force
a reset by DMX.

Offset Adjust
Used to adjust the home position:

If you’re not already in the setup menu, just press
the MENU button shortly to enter the setup menu
(“DMX Address” is shown on the display)
 Now press the ENTER button for at least 5

seconds to go into offset mode.

 Use DOWN and UP buttons to select the pan or the tilt
 Press the ENTER button, the display starts blinking.
 Use DOWN and UP buttons to adjust the home position
 Press the ENTER button to confirm your setting

To go back to the functions without any change press the MENU button again.
If you want to go back to normal running mode: press the MENU button for about 2 seconds, the new offset
parameters for the home position is preserved in flash memory.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION + ADDRESSING

Important: The electrical installation should be carried out by qualified personal only,
according to the regulations for electrical and mechanical safety in your country.

Every time you turn the unit on, it will show “BT-W07L12” on the display and move all the motors to their
‘home’ position and you may hear some noises for about 20 seconds. After that the unit will be ready to

receive DMX signal or run the built-in programs.

YOU CAN OPERATE THE UNIT IN THREE WAYS:

o By master/slave built-in preprogram function
o By RF8 OR CA-8 easy controller
o By universal DMX controller (1MSL, 4MSL, 9CH, 12CH, 16CH and 28CH DMX mode)

 BY MASTER/SLAVE BUILT-IN PREPROGRAM FUNCTION:

Select this function when you want an instant show. By linking the units in master/slave connection, the

first unit will control the other units to give an automatic, sound activated, synchronized light show. Its DMX

input will have nothing plugged into it, and its master-LED will be constantly on and sound-LED will flash to

the music.

Important! This function only works when the blackout mode in the menu of the master is set to

OFF, otherwise nothing will happen! Read more about this option in the “Main Menu” paragraph.

 MASTER has 4 built-in shows: You can select show 1, show 2, show 3 or show 4 directly in the

menu of the master.

 SLAVES have 2 working options: The other units are set to slave mode (slave-LED is constantly on).

In order to create a great light show you can introduce contrast movements (pan/tilt of slave is
inversed)  In the menu of the slave units you can go to option “Slave mode” and select:

o “Slave 1” Normal slave: slave works in sync with the master.
o “Slave 2”  2 light show: slave works in opposite with the master.

 BY CA8 EASY CONTROLLER

When used in standalone or master/slave mode we strongly advise you to use the CA-8
“Wired easy controller” or the new DMX remote control is the RF-DMX CONVERTER who
allows the user to control several different types of DMX projectors.
Connect the controller to the jack input of the first unit (master).

STANDBY BUTTON:
Press this button to start/stop blackout mode on all connected units.

HOW TO CONNECT THE UNIT BY DMX

The DMX-protocol is a widely used high speed signal to control intelligent light equipment. You

need to “daisy chain” your DMX controller and all the connected light effects with a good

quality XLR M/F balanced cable. To prevent strange behavior of the light effects, due to
interferences, you must use a 90Ω to 120Ω terminator at the end of the chain. Never use Y-

Electrical installation for several units on a DMX line:

Each light effect in the chain must have its proper starting address so it knows which commands from the
controller it has to decode.

Electrical installation for two or more units in DMX-master/slave:

In this mode the units will show a synchronized show, working to the rhythm of the beat but you can still
control some functions on the master by 1 or 4 DMX-channels.

 To assure proper operation you need an optional “Mini DMX-SPLITTER” to isolate the master/slave line

from the main DMX-line, see drawing.

 Connect 2 to maximum 16 units together using good quality balanced microphone cables. The first unit

in the chain will act as the master, the other units will act automatically as slaves.

 Set the master to 1MSL or 4MSL channel mode (see previous chapter). Check the DMX-chart below to

see the difference between both channel modes.

 For the DMX-controller the master and his slaves can now be considered as 1 virtual effect that needs a

start address so it can be controlled as any other DMX-unit in the DMX chain: see “DMX Address” in the
chapter “Main Menu” to see how you can set the DMX-start address.

 Make sure that all units are connected to the mains.
 Set the DMX-controller according to the DMX-chart below.
 Done!

Remark: in order to work well to the rhythm of the music, make sure that the option “Sound State” on the
master is set to “On” (see previous chapter)

HOW TO SET THE RIGHT STARTING ADDRESS:

Refer to the previous chapter (DMX-512 address setting) to learn how to set the starting address on this unit.
The starting address of each unit is very important. Unfortunately it is impossible to tell you in this user
manual which starting addresses you have to use because this completely depends on the controller you will

2. RGB is a calibrated RGB mode using the white balance in the menu that gives slightly less output
than RAW mode but consistent color balance across fixtures.

3. RAW is an uncalibrated RGB mode that gives maximum output and slightly more saturated color, but
there may be inconsistency in color balance between fixtures.
This mode doesn’t take into account of the white balance.

4. The LEE filter color channel (channel 8) takes into account of the white balance in order to get the
most accurate color filters wheel independently if the selected mode is RGB or RAW.

MAINTENANCE

 Make sure the area below the installation place is free from unwanted persons during servicing.
 Switch off the unit, unplug the mains cable and wait until the unit has been cooled down.

During inspection the following points should be checked:

 All screws used for installing the device and any of its parts should be tightly fastened and may not be

corroded.

 Housings, fixations and installations spots (ceiling, truss, suspensions) should be totally free from any

deformation.

 When an optical lens is visibly damaged due to cracks or deep scratches, it must be replaced.
 The mains cables must be in impeccable condition and should be replaced immediately when even a

small problem is detected.

 In order to protect the device from overheat the cooling fans (if any) and ventilation openings should be

cleaned monthly.

 The interior of the device should be cleaned annually using a vacuum cleaner or air-jet.
 The cleaning of internal and external optical lenses and/or mirrors must be carried out periodically to

optimize light output. Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the fixture operates: damp,
smoky or particularly dirty surroundings can cause greater accumulation of dirt on the unit’s optics.

 Clean with a soft cloth using normal glass cleaning products.
 Always dry the parts carefully.

Attention: We strongly recommend internal cleaning to be carried out by qualified personnel!

Cet appareil ne produit pas d'interférences radio. Ce produit répond aux exigences des directives
européennes et nationales actuelles. La conformité a été établie et les déclarations et documents

et discothèques

 Les 7 puissantes LED RGBW 4-en-1 sont disposées en 4 groupes indépendants pour faciliter l'utilisation

retirez pas le panneau supérieur. L'appareil ne contient aucun
composant réparable par l'utilisateur. Confiez toute réparation à
un personnel qualifié uniquement.

Le symbole de l'éclair à l'intérieur d'un triangle équilatéral, est destiné à alerter l'utilisateur de la
présence de pièces sous tension non isolées dans le boîtier de l'appareil, d'une magnitude
pouvant constituer un risque d'électrocution.

Le symbole du point d'exclamation dans un triangle équilatéral sert à avertir l'utilisateur que
d'importants conseils d'utilisation et de maintenance sont fournis dans la documentation
accompagnant l'appareil.

Ce symbole détermine : la distance minimale des objets éclairés. La distance minimale entre la
sortie de lumière et la surface éclairée doit être supérieure à un 1 mètre.

Cet appareil n'est pas adapté pour un montage direct sur des surfaces normalement
inflammables. (ne convient que pour le montage sur surfaces non combustibles)

ATTENTION : Ne fixez pas votre regard sur une lampe allumée.
Peut être nocif pour les yeux.

INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ :

 Pour protéger l'environnement, essayer de recycler autant que possible les matériaux d'emballage.
 Pour éviter tout incendie ou électrocution, n'exposez pas cet appareil à la pluie ou l'humidité.
 Pour éviter une formation de condensation interne, laissez l'appareil s'adapter à la température ambiante

quand vous la mettez dans une pièce chauffée après le transport. La condensation empêche parfois
l'appareil de fonctionner à plein rendement ou peut même causer des dommages.

 Cet appareil est destiné à un usage intérieur seulement.
 Ne placez pas d'objets métalliques et ne renversez pas de liquides à l'intérieur de l'appareil. Un choc

électrique ou un dysfonctionnement peut en résulter. Si un corps étranger pénètre dans l'appareil,
débranchez immédiatement l'alimentation secteur.

 Fixez l'appareil dans un endroit bien aéré, loin de tout matériau et/ou liquide inflammable. Le luminaire doit

être fixé à au moins 50cm des murs environnants.

 Ne couvrez pas les ouvertures de ventilation, cela pourrait entraîner une surchauffe.
 Evitez une utilisation dans des environnements poussiéreux et nettoyez l'appareil régulièrement.
 Gardez l'appareil loin de la portée des enfants.
 Les personnes inexpérimentées ne doivent pas utiliser cet appareil.
 La température ambiante de fonctionnement maximale est de 40°C. N'utilisez pas cet appareil à des

températures ambiantes plus élevées.

 Assurez-vous qu'aucune personne étrangère ne se trouve dans la zone en dessous de l'emplacement

d'installation durant le montage, le démontage et l'entretien.

 Laissez environ 10 minutes à l'appareil pour refroidir avant de commencer l'entretien.
 Débranchez toujours l'appareil lorsqu'il ne va pas être utilisé pendant une longue période ou avant de

commencer l'entretien.

 L'installation électrique doit être effectuée par du personnel qualifié, conformément à la réglementation en

matière de sécurité électrique et mécanique dans votre pays.

 Vérifiez que la tension secteur n'est pas supérieure à celle indiquée sur l'appareil.
 Le cordon d'alimentation doit toujours être en parfait état. Eteignez immédiatement l'appareil dès le cordon

d'alimentation est écrasé ou endommagé. Il doit être remplacé par le fabricant, son agent de service ou
une personne de même qualification afin d'éviter tout danger.

 Ne laissez jamais le cordon d'alimentation en contact avec d'autres câbles !
 Ce luminaire doit être mis à la terre pour être conforme réglementation en matière de sécurité.
 Ne connectez pas l'appareil à aucun variateur de lumière.
 Utilisez toujours un câble de sécurité approprié et certifié lors de l'installation de l'appareil.
 Afin d'éviter un choc électrique, n'ouvrez aucun panneau. L'appareil ne contient aucun composant

réparable par l'utilisateur.

 Ne réparez jamais un fusible et ne court-circuitez jamais le porte-fusible. Remplacez toujours un fusible

endommagé par un fusible du même type ayant les mêmes spécifications électriques !

 En cas de sérieux problèmes de fonctionnement, cessez d'utiliser l'appareil et contactez immédiatement

votre revendeur.

 Le boîtier et la lentille doivent être remplacés s'ils sont visiblement endommagés.
 Utilisez l'emballage d'origine pour transporter l'appareil.
 Pour des raisons de sécurité, il est interdit d'apporter des modifications non autorisées à l'appareil.

Important : Ne regardez jamais directement dans la source de lumière ! N'utilisez pas le jeu de lumière en
présence de personnes souffrant d'épilepsie.

MONTAGE AU PLAFOND

 Important : L'installation ne doit être effectuée que par un personnel qualifié. Une mauvaise

installation peut entraîner des blessures et/ou dommages graves. Un montage au plafond exige
une grande expérience ! Les limites de charge de fonctionnement doivent être respectées, des
matériels d'installation certifiés doivent être utilisés, l'appareil installé doit être inspecté
régulièrement pour vérifier les conditions de sécurité.

 Assurez-vous qu'aucune personne étrangère ne se trouve dans la zone en dessous de l'emplacement

d'installation durant le montage, le démontage et l'entretien.

 Fixez l'appareil dans un endroit bien aéré, loin de tout matériau et/ou liquide inflammable. Le luminaire doit

être fixé à au moins 50cm des murs environnants.

 L'appareil doit être installé hors de la portée des gens, loin des passages et des endroits où des

personnes peuvent s'asseoir.

 Avant de soulever l'appareil, assurez-vous que le point de suspension peut supporter une charge d'au

moins 10 fois le poids de l'appareil.

 Lors de l'installation, utilisez toujours un câble (Numéro 3 sur l'image) de sécurité certifié qui peut

supporter 12 fois le poids de l'appareil. Ce support de suspension de sécurité secondaire doit être installé
de manière à ce qu'aucune partie de l'installation ne puisse tomber de plus de 20cm si le support principal
lâche.

 L'appareil doit être bien fixé, un montage balançant est dangereux et ne doit pas être entrepris !
 Ne couvrez pas les ouvertures de ventilation, cela pourrait entraîner une surchauffe.
 L'opérateur doit s'assurer que la sécurité relative à l'installation et les conditions techniques sont

approuvées par un expert avant d'utiliser l'appareil pour la première fois. Les installations doivent être
inspectées chaque année par une personne
qualifiée pour être sûr que la sécurité est toujours
optimale.

MENU PRINCIPAL :

 Pour sélectionner l'une des fonctions préréglées,

appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que la fonction
souhaitée s'affiche à l'écran.

 Utilisez la touche ENTER pour Sélectionnez la fonction.

L'affichage se met à clignoter.

 Utilisez les touches BAS et HAUT pour changer de

mode.

 Une fois le mode souhaité sélectionné, appuyez sur la

touche ENTER pour sélectionner. Après 8 secondes,
l'écran retourne automatiquement aux fonctions
principales sans aucun changement.

Pour retourner aux fonctions sans apporter de
changements appuyez sur la touche MENU. Les fonctions
principales sont affichées à droite.

Adresse DMX

Utilisée pour définir l'adresse de départ dans une
configuration DMX.
 Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que « DMX

address »soit affiché à l'écran.

 Appuyez sur la touche ENTER, l'affichage se met à

clignoter.

 Utilisez les touches BAS et HAUT pour changer

l'adresse DMX512.

 Une fois l'adresse correcte s'affiche à l'écran, appuyez

sur la touche ENTER pour l'enregistrer.

Mode Show 1 – le projecteur est placé au sol. Angle d'inclinaison est de 210°.
Mode Show 2 - le projecteur est suspendu au plafond. Angle d'inclinaison est de 90°.
Mode Show 3 - le projecteur est placé sur la scène, en face du public.
Le projecteur est toujours orienté vers le public, c'est à dire ceux devant la scène. Angle de mouvement
horizontal (gauche-droite-gauche) : 160°. Angle d'inclinaison : 90° (60° au-dessus l'horizontale ; 30° sous
l'horizontale.)
Mode Show 4 - le projecteur est suspendu au plafond.
Le projecteur est principalement dirigé vers l'avant de la scène. Angle de mouvement horizontal (gauche­droite-gauche) :160°. Angle d'inclinaison : 90° (verticalement, 75° vers l'avant ; 15° vers l'arrière).

Courbe de gradation

Cette fonction offre quatre options de gradation :

 Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que « Show mode » soit affiché à l'écran.
 Appuyez sur la touche ENTER, l'affichage se met à clignoter.
 Utilisez les touches BAS et HAUT pour sélectionner « Mode 1 », « Mode 2 », « Mode 3 » ou « Mode 4 ».

Mode 1 (LINEAR) : l'intensité lumineuse varie linéairement en fonction de la valeur DMX
Mode 2 (SQUARE LAW) : l'intensité lumineuse peut être réglée avec plus de précision pour les faibles

valeurs DMX
Mode 3 (INVERSE SQUARE LAW) : l'intensité lumineuse peut être réglée avec plus de précision pour les
valeurs DMX élevées.
Mode 4 (S-CURVE) : l'intensité lumineuse peut être réglée avec plus de précision pour des valeurs DMX
faibles et élevées.

Remarque : en mode 12 canaux vous pouvez sélectionner une gradation FAST ou SMOOTH :

d'un certain retard.

Mode Esclave

Utilisé pour faire fonctionner l'appareil esclave en opposition au maître ou en synchronisation totale.

 Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que « Slave mode » soit affiché à l'écran.
 Appuyez sur la touche ENTER, l'affichage se met à clignoter.

Mode Blackout

Mode Blackout : lorsqu'aucun signal DMX n'est détecté, l'appareil passe en mode blackout et se met
en attente du signal DMX.
Mode Non blackout : Lorsqu'aucun signal DMX n'est détecté, l'appareil passe automatiquement en
mode autonome.
Mode Freeze : lorsqu'aucun signal DMX n'est détecté, l'appareil se bloque avec les dernières valeurs
DMX reçues et se met en attente du signal DMX.

 Appuyez sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que « Black out » s'affiche à l'écran.

Sensibilité sonore

Utilisé pour régler la sensibilité du microphone interne

Fonction délai

Vous pouvez sélectionner certaines fonctions spéciales sur le canal fonctions (Canal 7 ou Canal 8),
telles que « blackout (obscurité totale) pendant les mouvements ». Cette option vous permet de
choisir le délai avant qu'une fonction sélectionnée ne devienne active.

INFORMATION IMPORTANTE : le délai ne peut être fixé à zéro seconde (aucun délai) lorsque vous utilisez
un contrôleur DMX ou un logiciel DMX utilisant des valeurs DMX préréglées des fonctions spéciales.
N'utilisez jamais « aucun délai » lorsque vous utilisez un simple contrôleur DMX et des faders pour régler
manuellement les fonctions !

 Appuyez sur le bouton MENU jusqu'à ce que « Function Delay » soit affichée à l'écran.

Manual Test

Remarque : L'appareil est équipé d'un dispositif de protection de surchauffe pour éviter d'endommager les
LED lors d'utilisation dans des conditions extrêmes dans des endroits de températures élevée. Lorsque la
température des LED atteint 50°C, la lumière sera réduite légèrement, et l'écran indique : « HIGH LED

TEMP : 50° »

Si, pour une raison quelconque, la température des LED dépasse 60°C, la lumière s'éteint et l'écran affiche :

Temps de projection

Utilisé pour afficher le nombre d'heures de fonctionnement de l'appareil.

paramètres de réglage restent inchangés.

Réinitialiser

Permet de forcer une réinitialisation de l'appareil.

 Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche MENU jusqu'à ce que « Reset » se mette à clignoter à l'écran.
 Appuyez sur ENTER pour réinitialiser tous les canaux à leur position normale.
 Pour retourner aux fonctions appuyez sur la touche MENU.

Réglage du Décalage
Utilisé pour régler la position initiale :

INSTALLATION ELECTRIQUE + ADRESSAGE

Important : L'installation électrique doit être effectuée par du personnel qualifié, conformément
à la réglementation en matière de sécurité électrique et mécanique dans votre pays.

Chaque fois que vous allumez l'appareil, il affiche à l'écran « BT-W07L12 » et fait retourner tous les moteurs
à leur position 'initiale' ; il se peut que vous continuez à entendre quelques bruits pendant 20 secondes
environ. Après cela l'appareil sera prêt à recevoir le signal DMX ou à exécuter les programmes internes.

VOUS POUVEZ UTILISER L'APPAREIL DE TROIS FAÇONS :

o En utilisant la fonction préprogrammée maître/esclave intégrée
o Via la télécommande RF8 ou CA-8
o Via un contrôleur DMX universel (mode DMX 1MSL, 4MSL, 9CH, 12CH, 16CH et 28CH)

 EN UTILISANT LA FONCTION PRÉPROGRAMMÉE MAÎTRE/ESCLAVE INTÉGRÉE :

Sélectionnez cette fonction pour exécuter un show instantané. En connectant les unités en maître/esclave,
la première unité contrôlera les autres unités pour donner un show automatique synchronisé à la musique.
Son entrée DMX ne sera connectée à aucune unité, et son voyant maître sera constamment allumé, le
voyant son clignotera en fonction de la musique.

Important ! Cette fonction ne fonctionne que lorsque le mode blackout dans le menu du maître est
désactivé (OFF), autrement rien ne se passe ! En savoir plus sur cette option dans le paragraphe
« Menu principal ».

COMMENT CONNECTER LES UNITES AVEC DMX

Le protocole DMX est largement utilisé pour contrôler des équipements lumineux intelligents au moyen d'un
signal de haute vitesse. Vous devez mettre en chaîne votre contrôleur DMX avec toutes les
unités connectées au moyen d'un câble XLR M/F symétrique de bonne qualité. Pour éviter un
comportement anormal des effets de lumière, à cause des interférences, vous devez utiliser
un terminateur de 90Ω à 120Ω à la fin de la chaîne. N'utilisez jamais de câbles en Y-

Installation électrique de plusieurs unités sur une ligne DMX :

Chaque effet de lumière dans la chaîne doit avoir sa propre adresse de départ afin qu'il sache quelles
commandes du contrôleur il doit décoder.

Installation électrique de deux unités ou plus en mode Maître/Esclave contrôlés par DMX :

Dans ce mode, les Shows des unités seront synchronisés, fonctionnant au rythme de la musique, mais vous
pouvez toujours contrôler certaines fonctions sur le maître via 1 ou 4 canal DMX.

 Pour assurer un fonctionnement approprié, vous aurez besoin d'un « mini répartiteur DMX » en option

pour isoler la ligne maître / esclave de la ligne principale DMX, voir dessin.

 Connectez 2 à un maximum de 16 unités ensemble à l'aide de câbles microphone symétrique de bonne

qualité. La première unité de la chaîne agit automatiquement comme maître et les autres unités comme
esclaves.

 Réglez le maître sur le mode canal 1MSL ou 4MSL (voir chapitre précédent). Consultez le graphique

DMX ci-dessous pour voir la différence entre les deux modes canal.

 Pour le contrôleur DMX le maître et ses esclaves peuvent maintenant être considérés comme un effet

virtuel qui a besoin d'une adresse de départ afin qu'il puisse être contrôlé comme toute autre unité DMX
de la chaîne DMX : reportez-vous à « Adresse DMX » dans le chapitre « Menu principal » pour voir
comment définir l'adresse DMX de départ.

 Assurez-vous que toutes les unités sont branchées au secteur.
 Réglez le contrôleur DMX selon le tableau DMX ci-dessous.
 Terminé !

Remarque : Pour fonctionner correctement au rythme de la musique, assurez-vous que l'option « Mode
sonore » sur le maître est réglée sur « ON » (voir chapitre précédent)

COMMENT DÉFINIR LA BONNE ADRESSE DE DÉPART :

Reportez-vous au chapitre précédent (réglage de l'adresse DMX-512) pour apprendre comment définir
l'adresse de départ sur cet appareil. L'adresse de départ de chaque unité est très importante.
Malheureusement, il est impossible de vous indiquer dans ce manuel, les adresses à définir, car cela
dépend entièrement du contrôleur que vous allez utiliser ... Ainsi il convient de se référer au Guide
d'utilisation de votre contrôleur DMX pour connaître les adresses de départ à définir.

1. Les délais de fonctions « paramètres de contrôle du projecteur » dépendent du paramètre retard des
fonctions, qui peut être 0 ou 3 secondes, reportez-vous au paragraphe« retard de fonction ».

2. RGB est un mode RGB calibré utilisant la balance des blancs dans le menu qui donne un peu moins
d'intensité que le mode RAW mais une balance de couleurs homogène entre les projecteurs.

3. RAW est un mode RGB non calibré qui donne une intensité maximale et une couleur un peu plus
saturée, mais il peut y avoir des incohérences dans la balance des couleurs entre les projecteurs.
Ce mode ne tient pas compte de la balance des blancs.

4. Le filtre canal de couleur LEE (canal 8) tient compte de la balance des blancs afin d'obtenir la roue
chromatique la plus précise des filtres de couleur indépendamment du mode sélectionné RGB ou
RAW.

 Assurez-vous qu'aucune personne étrangère ne se trouve dans la zone en dessous de l'emplacement

d'installation durant l'entretien.

 Eteignez l'appareil, débranchez le câble secteur et attendez que l'appareil refroidisse.

Lors de l'inspection les points suivants doivent être vérifiés :

 Toutes les vis utilisées pour l'installation de l'appareil et chacune de ses composantes doivent être

solidement fixées et ne peuvent être rouillées.

 Les boîtiers, les supports et les boutons d'installation (plafond, poutre, suspensions) ne doivent pas être

déformés.

 Quand une lentille optique est visiblement endommagée en raison de fissures ou de rayures profondes,

elle doit être remplacée.

 Les câbles d'alimentation doit être dans un état impeccable et doivent être remplacés immédiatement

même si un petit problème est détecté.

 Afin de protéger l'appareil de toute surchauffe, les ventilateurs de rafraîchissement (le cas échéant) et les

ouvertures de ventilation doivent être nettoyés mensuellement.

 L'intérieur de l'appareil doit être nettoyé une fois par an à l'aide d'un aspirateur ou d'un jet d'air.
 Le nettoyage des lentilles optiques et/ou miroirs internes et externes doit être effectué périodiquement

pour optimiser le flux lumineux. La fréquence de nettoyage dépend de l'environnement dans lequel le
projecteur est utilisé : des environnements humides, enfumés ou particulièrement sales peuvent causer
l'accumulation de saleté sur l'optique de l'appareil.

 Nettoyez avec un chiffon doux en utilisant des produits de nettoyage pour verre normal.
 Séchez toujours les pièces soigneusement.

Attention : Nous vous conseillons fortement de faire effectuer le nettoyage interne par un personnel
qualifié !

Hartelijk dank voor het kopen van dit BRITEQ product. Om ten volle van alle mogelijkheden te profiteren en
in belang van uw eigen veiligheid, lees deze bedieningsinstructies zorgvuldig voordat u deze eenheid begint
te gebruiken.

KENMERKEN

Deze eenheid is radiostoring onderdrukt. Dit product voldoet aan de eisen van de huidige Europese en
nationale richtlijnen. Conformiteit werd aangetoond en de desbetreffende verklaringen en documenten zijn
door de fabrikant gedeponeerd.

 Een opmerkelijk kleine en super lichtgewicht bewegende wash-light voor verhuurfirma’s, toneel en

discotheken.

 De 7 krachtige 4-in-1 RGBW-LED's zijn opgedeeld in 4 onafhankelijke clusters voor een eenvoudig gebruik

VÓÓR GEBRUIK

 Voordat u dit apparaat begint te gebruiken, controleer of er geen transportschade aanwezig is. Mocht er

schade zijn, gebruik het apparaat niet en raadpleeg eerst uw dealer.

 Belangrijk: Dit apparaat verliet de fabriek in perfecte staat en goed verpakt. Het is absoluut noodzakelijk

voor de gebruiker om de veiligheidsinstructies en waarschuwingen in deze handleiding strikt op te volgen.
Eventuele schade veroorzaakt door verkeerd gebruik valt niet onder de garantie. De dealer zal geen
aansprakelijkheid accepteren voor eventuele fouten of problemen veroorzaakt door het negeren van deze
handleiding.

 Bewaar dit boekje op een veilige plaats voor toekomstige raadpleging. Als u de armatuur verkoopt, vergeet

niet om deze handleiding erbij te voegen.

OPGELET: Om het risico van elektrische schokken te
verkleinen, verwijder de bovenafdekking niet. Er bevinden zich
geen onderdelen binnenin die door de gebruiker onderhouden
moeten worden. Laat het onderhoud alleen door gekwalificeerd
onderhoudspersoneel uitvoeren.

De bliksemschicht met pijl binnenin een gelijkzijdige driehoek is bedoeld om de gebruiker te
waarschuwen op de aanwezigheid van ongeïsoleerde “gevaarlijke spanning” binnen de
behuizing van het product dat van voldoende omvang is om een risico op elektrische schokken
te vormen.

Het uitroepteken binnen een gelijkzijdige driehoek is bedoeld om de gebruiker te waarschuwen
op de aanwezigheid van belangrijke gebruik- en onderhoudsinstructies in de documentatie die
met dit apparaat meekomen.

Dit symbool betekent: alleen gebruik binnenshuis

Dit symbool betekent: Lees de instructies

Dit symbool bepaalt: de minimale afstand tot de verlichte objecten. De minimale afstand tussen
de lichtbron en het verlichte vlak moet meer dan 1 meter zijn.

Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor directe montage op normale brandbare oppervlakken. (alleen
geschikt voor montage op onbrandbare oppervlakken)

OPGELET: Kijk niet naar een werkende lamp.
Het kan schadelijk zijn voor de ogen.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES:

 Om het milieu te beschermen, probeer het verpakkingsmateriaal zoveel mogelijk te recyclen.
 Om brand of elektrische schokgevaar te voorkomen, stel dit apparaat niet aan regen of vocht bloot.
 Om te voorkomen dat binnenin condensatie wordt gevormd, laat het apparaat aan de

omgevingstemperatuur aanpassen wanneer het na transport in een warme kamer wordt gebracht.
Condens verhindert soms het apparaat op volle capaciteit te werken of kan zelfs schade veroorzaken.

 Dit apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis.
 Plaats geen metalen voorwerpen of mors geen vloeistoffen in het toestel. Elektrische schokken of storing

kunnen het gevolg zijn. Als een vreemd voorwerp in het apparaat terechtkomt, trek onmiddellijk de stekker
uit het stopcontact.

 Plaats de armatuur op een goed geventileerde plek, uit de buurt van brandbare materialen en/of

vloeistoffen. De bevestiging moet minstens 50cm van omringende muren worden bevestigd.

 Bedek geen ventilatieopeningen, omdat dit tot oververhitting kan leiden.
 Voorkom het gebruik in stoffige omgevingen en maak het apparaat regelmatig schoon.
 Houd het apparaat buiten bereik van kinderen.
 Onervaren personen mogen dit apparaat niet bedienen.
 De maximaal veilige omgevingstemperatuur is 40°C. Gebruik deze eenheid niet bij hogere

omgevingstemperaturen.

 Zorg ervoor dat het gebied onder de installatieplaats tijdens het takelen, onttakelen en onderhoud, vrij is

van ongewenste personen.

 Laat het apparaat ongeveer 10 minuten afkoelen alvorens met onderhoud te beginnen.
 Ontkoppel altijd het apparaat wanneer het voor een langere tijd niet wordt gebruikt of alvorens het

onderhoud te beginnen.

 De elektrische installatie dient alleen door gekwalificeerd personeel te worden uitgevoerd, in

overeenstemming met de voorschriften voor elektrische en mechanische veiligheid in uw land.

 Controleer of de beschikbare spanning niet hoger is dan aangegeven op het apparaat.
 Het netsnoer moet altijd in perfecte staat zijn. Schakel het apparaat onmiddellijk uit als het netsnoer is

platgeknepen of beschadigd. Het moet door de fabrikant, zijn vertegenwoordiger, of door een vergelijkbaar
bevoegde persoon worden vervangen, om een gevaar te voorkomen.

 Laat het netsnoer nooit met andere kabels in contact komen!
 Deze armatuur moet worden geaard om aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften te voldoen.
 Sluit het apparaat niet aan op een dimmerpack.
 Gebruik bij het installeren van het apparaat altijd een geschikte en gecertificeerde veiligheidskabel.

 Om elektrische schokken te voorkomen, open de afdekking niet. Er zijn geen door de gebruiker te

repareren onderdelen binnenin het apparaat aanwezig.

 Repareer nooit een zekering of sluit nooit de zekeringhouder kort. Vervang altijd een kapotte zekering

met een zekering van hetzelfde type en elektrische specificaties!

 In het geval van ernstige problemen, stop met het gebruik van de armatuur en neem onmiddellijk contact

op met uw dealer.

 De behuizing en de lenzen moeten worden vervangen als ze zichtbaar beschadigd zijn.
 Gebruik de originele verpakking als het toestel vervoerd moet worden.
 Vanwege veiligheidsredenen is het verboden om ongeautoriseerde wijzigingen aan het apparaat aan te

brengen.

Belangrijk: Kijk nooit rechtstreeks in de lichtbron! Gebruik het effect niet in aanwezigheid van personen die
aan epilepsie lijden.

HIJSEN BOVEN PERSONEN

 Belangrijk: De installatie mag alleen door gekwalificeerd onderhoudspersoneel worden uitgevoerd.

Onjuiste installatie kan tot ernstig letsel en/of schade aan goederen leiden. Hijsen boven personen
vereist veel ervaring! Werklastgrenzen moeten in acht worden genomen, gecertificeerde
installatiematerialen moeten worden gebruikt, het geïnstalleerde apparaat moet regelmatig worden
gecontroleerd op veiligheid.

 Zorg ervoor dat het gebied onder de installatieplaats tijdens het takelen, onttakelen en onderhoud, vrij is

van ongewenste personen.

 Plaats de armatuur op een goed geventileerde plek, uit de buurt van brandbare materialen en/of

vloeistoffen. De bevestiging moet minstens 50cm van omringende muren worden bevestigd.

 Het apparaat moet buiten het bereik van mensen en buiten de gebieden waar personen kunnen lopen of

zitten worden geïnstalleerd.

 Alvorens te hijsen, controleer of de installatieplek een minimum puntbelasting van 10 keer het gewicht van

het apparaat kan dragen.

 Gebruik bij het installeren van het apparaat altijd een gewaarmerkte veiligheidskabel (nummer 3 op de

afbeelding) die 12 keer het gewicht van het apparaat kan dragen. Deze secundaire veiligheidsbevestiging
dient op een zodanige wijze te worden geïnstalleerd zodat geen enkel onderdeel van de installatie meer
dan 20cm kan vallen als de hoofdbevestiging het begeeft.

 Het apparaat moet goed worden bevestigd; een vrij pendelende montage is gevaarlijk en mag niet worden

overwogen!

 Bedek geen ventilatieopeningen, omdat dit tot oververhitting kan leiden.
 De exploitant moet ervoor zorgen dat de veiligheidgerelateerde en machinetechnische installaties door

een deskundige zijn goedgekeurd alvorens deze voor de eerste keer te gebruiken. De installaties moeten
ieder jaar door een vakman worden geïnspecteerd om er zeker van te zijn dat de veiligheid nog steeds
optimaal is.

aan, u kunt verscheidene apparaten kopppelen, tot aan max 16A.

HOOFDMENU:

 Om een willekeurige voorinstellingsfunctie te selecteren

druk op en houd de “MENU”-knop ingedrukt, totdat de
gewenste functie op de display wordt weergegeven.

 Selecteer de functie met de “ENTER”-knop. De display

zal knipperen.

 Gebruik de “OMLAAG”- en “OMHOOG”-knoppen om de

modus te wijzigen.

 Zodra de gewenste modus is geselecteerd, druk op de

“ENTER”-knop om te selecteren. Na 8 seconden zal de
display automatisch zonder enige wijziging naar de
hoofdfuncties terugkeren.

Om zonder wijziging naar de functies terug te keren, druk
op de “MENU”-knop. De hoofdfuncties worden aan de
rechterkant weergegeven.

DMX-adres

Wordt gebruikt om het startadres in een DMX-setup in
te stellen.

 Druk op en houd de “MENU”-knop ingedrukt, totdat

“DMX address” op de display wordt weergegeven.

 Druk op de “ENTER”-knop, de display begint te

knipperen.

 Gebruik de “OMLAAG”- en “OMHOOG”-knoppen om het

DMX512-adres te wijzigen.

 Zodra het juiste adres op de display wordt weergegeven,

druk op de “ENTER”-knop om het op te slaan.
(of keer na 8 seconden zonder enige verandering
automatisch naar de hoofdfuncties terug)

Om zonder wijziging naar het hoofdmenu terug te keren,
druk nogmaals op de “MENU”-knop.

Kanaalmodus

Show 2-modus – De armatuur is onder het plafondbevestigd. Tilt-bewegingshoek 90°.
Show 3-modus – De armatuur is op het podium, voor het publiek geplaatst.

De spot projecteert altijd in de richting van het publiek; d.w.z. voor het podium. Pan-bewegingshoek
(van links naar rechts naar links): 160°. Tilt-bewegingshoek: 90° (60° boven de horizon; 30° onder
de horizon.)

Show 4-modus – De armatuur is onder het plafond bevestigd.

De spot projecteert voornamelijk voor het podium. Pan-bewegingshoek (van links naar rechts naar

Mode 1 (LINEAR): lichtuitvoer staat in een lineare verhouding tot de DMX-waarde
Stand 2 (SQUARE LAW): lichtuitvoer kan meer accuraat worden aangepast voor lagere DMX-waarden
Mode 3 (INVERSE SQUARE LAW): lichtuitvoer kan meer accuraat worden aangepast voor hogere DMX-

waarden.
Mode 4 (S-CURVE): lichtuitvoer kan meer accuraat worden aangepast voor zowel hogere als lagere DMX­waarden.

Opmerking: In 12CH-stand kunt u kiezen tussen FAST of SMOOTH dimmen:
 FAST (standaardinstelling) de lichtuitvoer verandert onmiddelijk wanneer de DMX-waarde wordt

veranderd, het langzaam veranderen van het niveau van de dimmer kan echter niet volledig gestroomlijnd

zijn.
 SMOOTH Een langzame verandering van het dimmerniveau is perfect gestroomlijnd, snelle veranderingen

kunnen echter langzamer dan verwacht lijken door een lichte vertraging.

Slave-modus

Wordt gebruikt om het slave-apparaat tegenovergesteld of volledig synchroon aan de master te laten
werken.

 Druk op en houd de “MENU”-knop ingedrukt, totdat “Slave mode” op de display wordt weergegeven.
 Druk op de “ENTER”-knop, de display begint te knipperen.

vertraging) wanneer u een DMX-controller of DMX-software gebruikt met behulp van voorinstellingen voor de
DMX-waarden van de speciale functies.
Gebruik nooit “geen vertraging” tijdens het gebruik van een eenvoudige DMX-controller met faders om de
functies handmatig in te stellen!

 Druk op de “ENTER”-knop, de display begint te knipperen.
 Gebruik de “OMLAAG”- en “OMHOOG”-knoppen om een waarde tussen “50” (zeer lage gevoeligheid) en

“100” (hoge gevoeligheid) te selecteren.

Wordt gebruikt voor het handmatig controleren van alle functies van de eenheid.

 Gebruik de “OMLAAG”- en “OMHOOG”-knoppen om de”Pan”-, “Tilt”-, “Red”-, “Green”-, “Blue”-,

“Dimmer”- of “Strobe”-modus te selecteren.

 Gebruik de “OMLAAG”- en “OMHOOG”-knoppen om de waarde van 0 tot 255 aan te passen om de

eenheid te testen.

Temp.

Wordt gebruikt om de softwareversie van de eenheid weer te geven

 Druk op en houd de “MENU”-knop ingedrukt totdat de display “Temp.” weergeeft.
 Druk op de “ENTER”-knop om de inwendige temperatuur van de eenheid op de display weer te gegeven.
 Om naar de functies terug te keren, druk weer op de “MENU”-knop.

Als u naar de normale werkingsmodus wilt terugkeren: druk op en houd de “MENU”-knop ongeveer
2 seconden ingedrukt.

Opmerking: De eenheid is uitgerust met een temperatuurbeveiliging om schade aan de LED’s tijdens het

werken onder zware omstandigheden in locaties met hoge temperaturen te voorkomen. Wanneer de
temperatuur van de LED's 50 °C heeft bereikt, zal de lichtopbrengst lichtelijk verminderen terwijl de display
het volgende weergeeft: “HIGH LED TEMP: 50°”
Als, om wat voor reden, de temperatuur van de LED's een temperatuur van meer dan 60 °C zou bereiken,
zal de opbrengst uitschakelen terwijl de display het volgende weergeeft: “LED OFF, OVERTEMP”

Wordt gebruikt om tussen 2 sets standaardinstellingen te kiezen, vaak gebruikt door
verhuurbedrijven:

 PRO-standaardinstellingen: basisinstellingen voor gebruik op professionele DMX-controllers.
 AUTO-standaardinstellingen: basisinstellingen voor gemakkelijk master/slave gebruik.

 Druk op de knop MENU totdat de weergave “Defaults” weergeeft.
 Druk op ENTER: om ongewenst verlies van uw instellingen te voorkomen geeft het display “Confirm?”

weer:

 Gebruik de “OMLAAG” en “OMHOOG”-knoppen om “Yes” of “No” te selecteren en bevestig door op

de “ENTER”-knop te drukken.

 Wanneer u “Yes” selecteert, hebt u de keuze uit 2 opties, elk met hun eigen instellingen:

Vanaf deze standaardinstellingen beginnend, kunt u gemakkelijk uw extra instellingen maken. De

andere instelparameters blijven ongewijzigd.
Als u naar de normale werkingsmodus wilt terugkeren: druk op en houd de “MENU”-knop ongeveer 2
seconden ingedrukt.

Resetten

Wordt gebruikt om een reset van het apparaat uit te voeren.

 Druk op de MENU-knop totdat “Reset” knippert op de display.
 Druk op de “ENTER”-knop om alle kanalen op hun standaardpositie in te stellen.
 Om naar de functies terug te gaan, druk op de “MENU”-knop.

Raadpleeg ook of het hoofdstuk over de DMX-kanaalconfiguratie van de eenheid om te leren hoe u een
reset door de DMX kunt afdwingen.

Verschuiving aanpassen
Wordt gebruikt om de beginpositie aan te passen:

ELEKTRISCHE INSTALLATIE + ADRESSERING

Belangrijk: De elektrische installatie dient alleen door gekwalificeerd personeel te worden
uitgevoerd, in overeenstemming met de voorschriften voor elektrische en mechanische
veiligheid in uw land.

Elke keer dat u het apparaat inschakelt, geeft het “BT-W07L12” op de display en worden alle motors op hun
'eigenlijke' positie gezet. U kunt enkele geluiden horen gedurende ongeveer 20 seconden. Daarna zal de
eenheid klaar zijn om het DMX-signaal te ontvangen of de ingebouwde programma’s uit te voeren.

U KUNT HET APPARAAT OP DRIE MANIEREN BEDIENEN:

o Via de master/slave ingebouwde voorgeprogrammeerde functie
o Via de RF8 of CA-8 gemakkelijke controller
o Met universele DMX-controller (1MSL, 4MSL, 9CH, 12CH, 16CH en 28CH DMX-stand)

 VIA DE MASTER/SLAVE INGEBOUWDE VOORGEPROGRAMMEERDE FUNCTIE:

Selecteer deze functie wanneer u een onmiddellijke show wilt. Door de eenheden in master/slave­verbinding te koppelen, zal de eerste eenheid de andere eenheden besturen om een automatische,
geluidgeactiveerde, gesynchroniseerde lichtshow te geven. Op de DMX-ingang ervan zal niets
aangesloten zijn, en de master-LED zal constant branden en de geluid-LED zal op het ritme van de
muziek knipperen.

Belangrijk! Deze functie werkt alleen als de black-out-modus in het menu van de master op “OFF”
is ingesteld, anders zal er niets gebeuren! Lees meer over deze optie in de paragraaf
“Hoofdmenu”.

 De MASTER heeft 4 ingebouwde shows: U kunt “Show 1”, “Show 2”, “Show 3” of “Show 4” direct in

het menu van de master selecteren.

 De SLAVES beschikken over 2 werkopties: De andere eenheden zijn ingesteld op de slave-modus

(slave-LED brandt continu). Om een schitterende lichtshow te creeëren kunt u contrastbewegingen
(pannen/tilten van slave is omgekeerd)  In het menu van de slave-apparaten kunt u naar de optie

“Slave mode” gaan en het volgende selecteren:

o “Slave 1” Normale slave: slave werkt synchroon met de master.
o “Slave 2”  2 lichtshow: slave werkt in tegenstelling met de master.

 MET CA8 EASY-CONTROLLER

Bij gebruik in standalone of master/slave-stand adviseren wij u het gebruik van de CA-8

“draadloze eenvoudige controller” of de nieuwe DMX-afstandsbediening RF-DMX
CONVERTER die de gebruiker in staat stelt meerdere verschillende typen DMX-

projectors te gebruiken.
Sluit de controller aan op de stekkeringang van het eerste apparaat (master).

HOE DE EENHEID VIA DMX AAN TE SLUITEN

De DMX-protocol is een veel gebruikte hoge snelheidssignaal om intelligente lichtapparatuur
te bedienen. U moet uw DMX-controller in “daisychain” koppelen en alle aangesloten
lichteffecten met een goede kwaliteit gebalanceerde kabel linken. Om vreemd gedrag van de
lichteffecten als gevolg van storingen te voorkomen, moet u een 90Ω tot 120Ω terminator aan
het eind van de keten gebruiken. Gebruik nooit Y-

Elektrische installatie voor verschillende eenheden op een DMX-lijn:

Elk lichteffect in de keten heeft een correct startadres nodig, zodat het weet welke commando's het van de
controller moet decoderen.

Elektrische installatie voor twee of meer apparaten in DMX-master/slave:

In deze modus zullen de apparaten, op het ritme van de muziek werkend, een gesynchroniseerde show
weergeven, maar u kunt nog steeds een aantal functies op de master via 1 of 4 DMX-kanaal bedienen.

 Om een goede werking te verzekeren, hebt u een optionele “mini DMX-splitter” nodig om de

master/slave-lijn van de hoofd-DMX-lijn te isoleren, zie tekening.

 Koppel 2 tot maximaal 16 apparaten met goede kwaliteit gebalanceerde microfoonkabels aan elkaar.

Het eerste apparaat in de keten zal als de master fungeren, de andere apparaten zullen automatisch als
slaves fungeren.

 Stel de master op de 1MSL of 4MSL-kanaalmodus in (zie vorige hoofdstuk). Controleer de DMX-schema

hieronder om het verschil tussen beide kanaalmodi te zien.

 Voor de DMX-controller kunnen de master en zijn slaves nu als 1 virtueel effect worden beschouwd dat

een startadres nodig heeft, zodat het zoals elk andere DMX-apparaat in de DMX-keten bestuurd kan

worden: zie “DMX-adres” in het hoofdstuk “Hoofdmenu” om te zien hoe u het DMX-startadres kunt
instellen.

 Zorg ervoor dat alle apparaten op het lichtnet zijn aangesloten.
 Stel de DMX-controller in overeenkomstig het DMX-schema hieronder.

Opmerking: om goed op het ritme van de muziek te werken, zorg ervoor dat de optie “Geluidmodus” op
de master op “On” is ingesteld (zie vorig hoofdstuk)

HOE HET JUISTE STARTADRES IN TE STELLEN:

Raadpleeg het vorige hoofdstuk (DMX-512-adresinstelling) om te leren hoe het startadres op dit apparaat in
te stellen. Het startadres van elk apparaat is erg belangrijk. Helaas is het onmogelijk om u in deze
handleiding te vertellen welke startadressen u moet gebruiken, omdat dit volledig afhangt van de controller
die u zult gebruiken… Dus raadpleeg de gebruikershandleiding van uw DMX-controller om te achterhalen
welke startadressen u moet instellen.

1. De vertraging van de functies van de “Beheerinstellingen bevesting” zijn afhankelijk van de

functievertragingsinstellingen, deze kunnen worden ingesteld op 0s vertraging of 3s vertraging, zie de
paragraaf “Functievertraging”.

2. RGB is een gecalibreerde RGB-stand die de witbalans het menu gebruikt die iets minder uitvoer geeft
dan de RAW -stand maar een consistente kleurbalans tussen de bevestigingen.

3. RAW is een ongecalibreerde RGB-stand die maximale uitvoer geeft en iets meer kleurverzadiging,
maar waarbij er inconsistentie kan zijn in de kleurbalans tussen de bevestigingen.
Deze stand houdt geen rekening met de witbalans.

4. De LEE-kleurenkanaalfilter (kanaal 8) houdt rekening met de witbalans om zo de meest accurate
kleurenfilters onafhankelijk in te zetten als de geselecteerde stand RGB of RAW is.

ONDERHOUD

 Zorg ervoor dat het gebied onder de installatieplaats tijdens het takelen, onttakelen en onderhoud vrij is

van ongewenste personen.

 Schakel het apparaat uit, ontkoppel het netsnoer en wacht totdat het apparaat is afgekoeld.

Tijdens de inspectie moeten de volgende punten worden gecontroleerd:

 Alle schroeven gebruikt voor het installeren van het apparaat of onderdelen van het apparaat, moeten

stevig worden bevestigd en mogen niet gecorrodeerd zijn.

 Behuizingen, bevestigingen en installatieplaatsen (plafond, dragers, ophangingen) moeten volledig vrij van

vervorming zijn.

 Wanneer een optische lens zichtbaar door scheuren of diepe krassen is beschadigd, moet het worden

vervangen.

 De netsnoeren moeten in perfecte conditie zijn en onmiddellijk worden vervangen wanneer zelfs een klein

probleem wordt gedetecteerd.

 Om het apparaat tegen oververhitting te beschermen moeten de ventilatoren (indien aanwezig) en

ventilatieopeningen maandelijks worden gereinigd.

 Het interieur van het apparaat moeten jaarlijks met een stofzuiger of luchtstraal worden gereinigd.
 Het reinigen van de interne en externe optische lenzen en/of spiegels moet regelmatig worden uitgevoerd

om de lichtopbrengst te optimaliseren. De frequentie van reiniging hangt af van de omgeving waarin de
armatuur werkt: een vochtige, rokerige of bijzonder vuile omgeving kan leiden tot een grotere opeenhoping
van vuil op de optiek van het apparaat.

 Reinig met een zachte doek met behulp van normale reinigingsmiddelen voor glas.
 Droog de onderdelen altijd zorgvuldig.

Opgelet: Wij raden nadrukkelijk aan om het inwendig reinigen door gekwalificeerd personeel uit te
laten voeren!

Im Geräteinneren befinden sich keine vom Benutzer wartbaren
Teile. Überlassen Sie Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten dem

Das Blitzsymbol innerhalb eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks warnt den Benutzer vor nicht isolierter

„gefährlicher Spannung“ im Innern des Produktgehäuses, die so stark sein kann, dass für

Personen die Gefahr von Stromschlägen besteht.

Das Ausrufezeichen im Dreieck weist den Benutzer auf wichtige Bedienungs-und

Dieses Symbol legt fest: Den minimalen Abstand von beleuchteten Objekten. Der minimale
Abstand zwischen Projektor und dem beleuchteten Objekt muss mehr als 1 Meter betragen.

Das Gerät eignet sich nicht für die direkte Montage auf gängigen entflammbaren Oberflächen.
(Nur für die Montage auf nicht-brennbaren Oberflächen geeignet)

ACHTUNG: Nicht direkt in die Lichtquelle blicken.
Das kann für die Augen schädlich sein.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE:

 Aus Umweltschutzgründen die Verpackung bitte wiederverwenden oder richtig trennen.
 Zur Vermeidung von Feuer und Stromschlag Gerät weder Regen noch Feuchtigkeit aussetzen.
 Zur Vermeidung von Kondensation im Inneren des Geräts bitte nach dem Transport in einer warmen

Umgebung einige Zeit zum Temperaturausgleich ausgeschaltet stehen lassen. Kondensation kann zu
Leistungsverlust des Geräts oder gar Beschädigungen führen.

 Nur für den Einsatz im Innenbereich.
 Keine Metallgegenstände oder Flüssigkeiten ins Innere des Geräts gelangen lassen. Ein Kurzschluss oder

eine Fehlfunktion können die Folge sein. Falls es doch einmal vorkommen sollte, bitte sofort den
Netzstecker ziehen und vom Stromkreis trennen.

 Das Gerät nur an einem gut belüfteten Ort und entfernt von entflammbaren Materialien oder Flüssigkeiten

aufstellen. Der Beleuchtungskörper muss wenigstens 50 cm von allen Wänden entfernt montiert werden.

 Die Ventilationsöffnungen nicht abdecken, da Überhitzungsgefahr.
 Nicht in staubiger Umgebung verwenden und regelmäßig reinigen.
 Für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahren.
 Unerfahrene Personen dürfen das Gerät nicht bedienen.
 Umgebungstemperatur darf 40 °C nicht überschreiten. Das Gerät bei höheren Raumtemperaturen nicht

verwenden.

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich während des Auf- oder Abbaus und der Wartung keine unbefugten Personen

unterhalb des Geräts befinden.

 Lassen Sie das Gerät etwa 10 Minuten abkühlen, bevor Sie mit der Wartung beginnen.
 Stets den Netzstecker ziehen, wenn das Gerät für einen längeren Zeitraum nicht genutzt oder es gewartet

wird.

 Die elektrische Installation darf nur von qualifiziertem Personal, unter Beachtung der Vorschriften zur

elektrischen und mechanischen Sicherheit in Ihrem Land durchgeführt werden.

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass Netzspannung mit Geräteaufkleber übereinstimmt.
 Das Gerät nicht mit einem beschädigten Netzkabel in Betrieb nehmen. Wenn das Netzkabel gequetscht

oder beschädigt wurde, schalten Sie das Gerät sofort aus. Im Falle von Beschädigungen muss das
Netzkabel vom Hersteller, einem autorisierten Kundendienstmitarbeiter oder einer ähnlich qualifizierten

 Lassen Sie das Netzkabel niemals mit anderen Kabeln in Berührung kommen!
 Zur Einhaltung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen muss das Gerät geerdet sein.

 Ausschließlich vorschriftsmäßige Kabel zur Installation verwenden.
 Zur Vorbeugung gegen elektrische Schläge keine Abdeckungen entfernen. Im Geräteinneren befinden

 Eine Sicherung niemals reparieren oder überbrücken. Stets tauschen Sie eine beschädigte Sicherung

gegen eine Sicherung gleichen Typs und gleicher Spezifikationen aus!

 Bei Fehlfunktion das Gerät nicht benutzen und sich mit dem Händler in Verbindung setzen.
 Bei sichtbaren Beschädigungen müssen Gehäuse und Optik ersetzt werden.
 Bei Transport bitte die Originalverpackung verwenden, um Schäden am Gerät zu vermeiden.
 Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen an dem Gerät keine unbefugten Veränderungen vorgenommen werden.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Nicht direkt in die Lichtquelle blicken! Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn sich Personen
im Raum befinden, die unter Epilepsie leiden.

ÜBERKOPF-MONTAGE

 Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Montage ausschließlich durch qualifiziertes Fachpersonal durchführen

lassen. Unvorschriftsmäßiger Einbau kann erhebliche Verletzungen und/oder Schäden
verursachen. Die Überkopf-Montage setzt die entsprechende Erfahrung voraus! Die
Belastungsgrenzen müssen beachtet, geeignetes Installationsmaterial muss verwendet und das
installierte Gerät muss in regelmäßigen Abständen überprüft werden.

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich während des Auf- oder Abbaus und der Wartung keine unbefugten Personen

unterhalb des Geräts befinden.

 Das Gerät nur an einem gut belüfteten Ort und entfernt von entflammbaren Materialien und/oder

Flüssigkeiten aufstellen. Der Beleuchtungskörper muss wenigstens 50 cm von allen Wänden entfernt
montiert werden.

 Das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von Personen und nicht in niedrigen Durchgängen oder in der Nähe

von Sitzgelegenheiten installieren.

 Vor Montage sicherstellen, dass die gewählte Position wenigstens das 10-fache Gerätegewicht

aufnehmen kann.

 Zur Aufhängung stets ein zertifiziertes Sicherheitskabel (Nr. 3 in der Abbildung) verwenden, welches das

12-fache Gerätegewicht aushalten kann. Eine zweite Sicherungsaufhängung muss angebracht werden,
die ein Absacken des Geräts von mehr als 20 cm verhindert, sollte die Befestigung brechen.

 Das Gerät gut befestigen. Eine freischwingende Aufhängung ist gefährlich und sollte auf gar keinen Fall in

Betracht gezogen werden!

 Die Ventilationsöffnungen nicht abdecken, da Überhitzungsgefahr.
 Der Betreiber muss sicherstellen, dass die sicherheitsrelevanten und technischen Installationen vor

Erstbetrieb fachmännisch vorgenommen worden sind. Installationen sollten jährlich durch qualifiziertes
Fachpersonal überprüft werden, um jederzeit
einen sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten.

Mode 4 (S-CURVE): Lichtausgabe kann für hohe und niedrige DMX-Werte genauer angepasst werden.

Hinweis: Im 12-Kanal-Modus stehen für den Dimmer die Modi FAST und SMOOTH zur Wahl:

 FAST (Standardeinstellung) bedeutet eine umgehende Anpassung der Lichtausgabe an den DMX-Wert,

wobei bei langsamer Änderung der Dimmerstärke die Übergänge nicht fließend sind.

 SMOOTH bedeutet, dass die Änderungen fließend sind, wobei schnelle Änderungen etwas verzögert

erscheinen können.

Slave-Modus

Um die Slave-Einheit umgekehrt zum Master arbeiten zu lassen oder in vollständiger
Synchronisation.

 Drücken Sie MENU, bis „Slave mode“ im Display angezeigt wird.
 Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER. Das Display beginnt nun zu blinken.
 Mit ABWÄRTS und AUFWÄRTS wählen Sie „Slave 1“ (normal) oder „Slave 2“ gegenüber.
 Wenn der gewünschte Modus eingestellt ist, speichern Sie diesen mit ENTER.

Standalone-Modus um.
Freezemodus: Wird kein DMX-Signal erkannt, so friert das Gerät mit den letzten DMX-Werten ein und

WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN: Wenn Sie einen DMX-Controller oder eine DMX-Software verwenden,
welche die Voreinstellungen für die DMX-Werte der Sonderfunktionen benutzen, können Sie die
Funktionsverzögerung nur auf null Sekunden (keine Verzögerung) einstellen.
Verwenden Sie während der Benutzung eines einfachen DMX-Controllers mit Fadern niemals „Keine

Dimmer-Kalibrierung

Auf Grund von Toleranzen während des Produktionsprozesses haben nicht alle LEDS genau die
gleiche Helligkeit. Sie können diese Option zum Anpassen der Helligkeit von verschiedenen
Einheiten verwenden.

 Drücken Sie die Taste MENU, bis „Dimmer Calibrat“ auf dem Display angezeigt wird.
 Drücken Sie die Taste ENTER. Das Display beginnt nun zu blinken.
 Stellen Sie über die Tasten ABWÄRTS und AUFWÄRTS einen Wert zwischen „50“ (minimale

Empfindlichkeit) und „100“ (maximale Empfindlichkeit) ein.

 Drücken Sie nach der Auswahl der Helligkeit die Schaltfläche ENTER zum Speichern.

Hinweis: Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet, um Schäden an den LEDs unter

Temperatur der LEDs 50 °C, so wird die Lichtstärke etwas reduziert und im Display erscheint: „HIGH LED

ELEKTROINSTALLATION + ADRESSIERUNG

Wichtiger Hinweis: Die elektrische Installation darf nur von qualifiziertem Personal, unter
Beachtung der Vorschriften zur elektrischen und mechanischen Sicherheit in Ihrem Land

durchgeführt werden.

Bei jedem Einschalten des Geräts wird „BT-W07L12“ im Display angezeigt und alle Motoren fahren in ihre

Ausgangsstellung, für etwa 20 Sekunden hören Sie einige Geräusche. Danach ist die Einheit bereit, DMX­Signale zu empfangen oder die integrierten Programme auszuführen.

SIE KÖNNEN DAS GERÄT AUF DREIERLEI WEISE BEDIENEN:

o Mit der integrierten, vorprogrammierten -Funktion
o Mit RF8 ODER CA-8 Easy-Controller
o Vom Universal-DMX-Controller (1MSL, 4MSL, 9-Kanal-, 12-Kanal-, 16-Kanal- und 28-Kanal-

DMX-Modus)

 MIT DER INTEGRIERTEN, VORPROGRAMMIERTEN MASTER/SLAVE-FUNKTION:

Wählen Sie diese Funktion aus, falls Sie eine unverzügliche Show ablaufen lassen wollen. Durch
Verbindung der Geräte in Master/Slave-Einheiten steuert das erste Gerät die nachfolgenden Geräte und
erzeugt eine automatische oder musikgesteuerte, synchronisierte Lightshow. Am DMX Eingang ist nichts
angeschlossen, die Master-LED ist ständig an und die Sound-LED blinkt synchron mit der Musik.

Wichtig! Diese Funktion arbeitet nur, wenn Betriebsart Blackout im Menü des Masters
ausgeschaltet wurde, anderenfalls passiert gar nichts! Im „Hauptmenü“-Abschnitt erfahren Sie
mehr über diese Option.

 MASTER hat 4 vorprogrammierte Shows: Sie können show 1, show 2, show 3 oder show 4 direkt

im Menü des Master wählen.

 SLAVES besitzen 2 Betriebsoptionen: Die weiteren Einheiten sind auf den Slavemodus eingestellt

(Die Slave-LED leuchtet ständig). Zur Schaffung einer großartigen Lightshow können Sie auf
gegenläufige Bewegungen zurückgreifen (Schwenk/Neigung von Slave gegenläufig)  Navigieren Sie
im Menü der Slave-Geräte zur Option „Slave mode“ und wählen Sie:

o „Slave 1“ Normal slave: Slave arbeitet synchronisiert mit Master.
o „Slave 2“ 2 light show: Slave arbeitet entgegengesetzt dem Master.

 MIT DER CA-8 EASY-FERNSTEUERUNG

Im Einzel- oder Master/Slave-Modus empfehlen wir die Verwendung des CA-8 “Wired
Easy Controller”. Eine neue DMX-Fernsteuerung ist der RF-DMX CONVERTER, der die
Steuerung verschiedener DMX-Projektoren ermöglicht.
Verbinden Sie die Fernsteuerung mit den Buchseneingang des ersten Geräts (Master).

STANDBY-TASTE:

Drücken Sie diese Taste, um den Blackout-Modus auf allen angeschlossenen Einheiten

ANSCHLUSS DES GERÄTS ÜBER DMX

Das DMX-Protokoll ist ein gängiges Hochgeschwindigkeitssignal, um intelligente Lichtsysteme
zu steuern. Sie müssen Ihren DMX-Controller und alle angeschlossenen Lichteffektgeräte mit
einem hochwertigen symmetrischen XLR M/F-Kabel hintereinander schalten (Daisy Chain).
Um durch Interferenzen verursachte Fehlfunktionen der Lichteffekte zu vermeiden, müssen
Sie die Kette mit einem 90 Ω bis 120 Ω Abschlusswiderstand abschließen. Verwenden Sie
niemals Y-

Elektrischer Anschluss für mehrere Geräte auf einer DMX-Leitung:

Jeder Lichteffekt in der Reihenschaltung muss seine korrekte Startadresse haben, damit er erkennt, welche
Befehle vom Controller decodiert werden müssen.

Montage von zwei oder mehr Einheiten als DMX-Master/Slave:

In diesem Modus zeigen die Einheiten eine synchronisierte Show an und arbeiten im Rhythmus des Takts.
Sie können aber immer noch einige Funktionen auf dem Master mittels 1 oder 4 DMX-Kanälen steuern.

 Für einen reibungslosen Betrieb benötigen Sie einen optionalen „Mini DMX-SPLITTER“, um die

Master/Slave-Leitung von der Haupt-DMX-Leitung zu isolieren, siehe Zeichnung.

 Verbinden Sie 2 bis maximal 16 Einheiten unter Verwendung hochwertiger Mikrofonkabel miteinander.

Die erste Einheit der Kette fungiert automatisch als Master, die anderen Einheiten automatisch als
Slave.

 Stellen Sie den Master auf den 1MSL- oder 4MSL-Kanalmodus (siehe vorheriges Kapitel). Vergleichen

hierzu Sie die DMX-Tabelle (s.u.), die die Unterschiede der verschiedenen Channel-Modi aufführt.

 Für den DMX-Controller sind Master und seine Slaves nun 1 virtueller Effekt, der eine Startadresse

benötigt, um wie jedes andere DMX-Gerät in der DMX-Reihenschaltung gesteuert werden zu können:

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Geräte an die Netzversorgung angeschlossen sind.

EINSTELLEN DER RICHTIGEN STARTADRESSE:

Zum Einstellen einer Startadresse vgl. Sie bitte vorheriges Kapitel (DMX-512 Adresseinstellung). Die
Startadresse jeder Einheit ist von großer Wichtigkeit. Leider ist es unmöglich, Ihnen in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung die zu benutzenden Startadressen zu geben, da dies allein vom benutzten Controller

1. Die Funktionsverzögerung der “Fixture-Programmeinstellungen” hängt von den Einstellungen im
Bereich “Function delay” ab. 0 oder 3 Sekunden Verzögerung sind möglich, vgl. den Abschnitt zu
“Function delay”.

2. RGB ist ein kalibrierter RGB-Modus, dessen Weißeinstellung etwas schwächer als im Modus RAW
ist, dabei aber eine gleichmäßigere Farbdarstellung liefert.

3. RAW ist ein unkalibrierter RGB-Modus, der die maximale Ausgabe liefert, in der Farbbalance aber
Unregelmäßigkeiten aufweist.
Die Weißbalance wird in diesem Modus nicht berücksichtigt.

4. Der LEE-Filter-Kanal (Kanal 8) liefert unter Berücksichtigung der Weißbalance die exakteste
Farbdarstellung im Modus RGB oder RAW.

PFLEGE

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine unbefugten Personen unterhalb des Geräts befinden, während es

gewartet wird.

 Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und warten Sie, bis es sich abgekühlt hat.

Während der Wartung sind folgende Punkte ganz besonders zu beachten:

 Sämtliche Schrauben zur Installation und Befestigung der gesamten Teile müssen fest angezogen und

rostfrei sein.

 Gehäuse, Befestigungsmaterialien und Aufhängungen (Decke, Balken, abgehängte Decken) dürfen keine

Anzeichen von Verformung aufweisen.

 Wenn die Optik sichtbar beschädigt ist (Sprünge oder tiefe Kratzer), dann müssen die entsprechenden

Teile ausgetauscht werden.

 Das Netzkabel muss stets in einwandfreiem Zustand sein und selbst bei kleinsten Beschädigungen

erneuert werden.

 Zur Vermeidung von Überhitzung müssen die Ventilatoren (sofern vorhanden) und Lüftungsschlitze

monatlich gereinigt werden.

 Das Geräteinnere mindestens einmal pro Jahr mit einem Staubsauger oder einer Luftdüse reinigen.
 Die Reinigung der inneren und äußeren optischen Linsen und/oder Spiegel muss in regelmäßigen

Abständen zur Beibehaltung einer optimalen Lichtausbeute vorgenommen werden. Die Häufigkeit der
Reinigung hängt von der Umgebung ab, in welcher die Beleuchtungskörper eingesetzt sind: feuchte,
verrauchte oder besonders verschmutzte Umgebungen führen zu einer stärkeren Verschmutzung der
Optik der Geräte.

 Mit einem weichem Tuch und gewöhnlichem Glasreiniger säubern.
 Alle Teile stets gut abtrocknen.

Achtung: Wir empfehlen dringend, die Reinigung des Geräteinneren nur von qualifiziertem Personal
durchführen zu lassen!

Gracias por adquirir este producto BRITEQ. Para aprovechar al máximo todas las posibilidades y para su
propia seguridad, lea detenidamente este manual de instrucciones antes de comenzar a utilizar la unidad.

CARACTERÍSTICAS

Esta unidad tiene supresión de radio interferencia. Este producto cumple con todas las exigencias de las
pautas actuales, tanto europeas como nacionales. Dicha conformidad ha sido establecida y los dictámenes
y documentos han sido consignados por el fabricante.

 Un foco notablemente pequeño y súper ligero para empresas de alquiler, escenarios y discotecas
 Los 7 potentes LEDs 4-en-1 RGBW (Rojo-Verde-Azul-Blanco) están colocados en 4 bloques

independientes para usar fácilmente el mapeado de píxeles.

absolutamente necesario que se obedezcan al pie de la letra las instrucciones y advertencias de
seguridad que aparecen en este manual de usuario. Cualquier daño causado por una mala manipulación
no estará cubierto por la garantía. El distribuidor no aceptará ninguna responsabilidad por defectos o
problemas resultantes causados por no obedecer lo indicado en este manual de usuario.

PRECAUCIÓN: Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, no
retire la cubierta superior. Dentro no hay componentes que
requieran de servicio por parte del usuario. Para todo tipo de
servicio refiérase solamente a personal cualificado.

El símbolo de relámpago con punta de flecha dentro de un triángulo equilátero advierte al
usuario de la presencia de una "tensión peligrosa" no aislada dentro de la carcasa del sistema
que puede ser de una magnitud suficiente como para constituir un riesgo de descarga eléctrica.

El signo de admiración dentro de un triángulo equilátero advierte al usuario de la presencia de
instrucciones importantes relacionadas con la operación y el mantenimiento en la literatura que
se entrega junto con el equipo.

Este símbolo determina: la distancia mínima desde los objetos iluminados. La distancia mínima
entre la salida de luz y la superficie iluminada debe ser mayor de 1 metro.

El dispositivo no es adecuado para el montaje directo sobre superficies normalmente
inflamables. (es adecuado solamente para el montaje sobre superficies no combustibles)

PRECAUCIÓN: No mire a las lámparas cuando estén encendidas.
Pueden dañar la vista.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD:

 Para proteger el medio ambiente, intente reciclar el material del embalaje en la mayor medida posible.
 Para evitar el riesgo de incendio o de descarga eléctrica, no exponga este aparato a la lluvia ni a la

humedad.

 Para evitar que se forme condensación en el interior del equipo, permita que la unidad se adapte a la

temperatura ambiental cuando se lleve a una habitación cálida después del transporte. La condensación
impide a veces que la unidad trabaje a plena capacidad e incluso puede causar daños.

 Esta unidad es solamente para uso en interiores.
 No coloque objetos metálicos ni derrame líquidos dentro de la unidad. Puede dar como resultado una

descarga eléctrica o un mal funcionamiento. Si un objeto extraño se introduce dentro de la unidad,
desconecte de inmediato la alimentación eléctrica.

 Ubique el accesorio en un punto bien ventilado, lejos de materiales y/o líquidos inflamables. El aparato

debe fijarse por lo menos a 50cm de las paredes circundantes.

 No cubra ninguna abertura de ventilación ya que esto puede provocar sobrecalentamiento.
 Evite emplearlo en ambientes polvorientos; limpie la unidad con regularidad.
 Mantenga la unidad lejos de los niños.
 Este equipo no debe ser utilizado personas inexpertas.
 La temperatura ambiente máxima segura es de 40°C. No utilice esta unidad a temperaturas ambiente

mayores que ésta.

 Asegúrese de que el área que se encuentra bajo el lugar de instalación esté libre de personas no

autorizadas durante su elevación, descenso y reparación.

 Deje transcurrir alrededor de 10 minutos para que el dispositivo se enfríe antes de realizar cualquier labor

de mantenimiento.

 Siempre desenchufe la unidad cuando no se vaya a utilizar durante un período de tiempo prolongado o

cuando se vayan a realizar labores de mantenimiento.

 La instalación eléctrica debe realizarla solamente personal cualificado, de acuerdo con las regulaciones

para la seguridad eléctrica y mecánica de su país.

 Compruebe que la tensión disponible sea la indicada en la unidad.
 El cable de alimentación debe estar siempre en perfectas condiciones. Apague de inmediato la unidad

cuando el cable de alimentación esté aplastado o dañado. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe
ser sustituido por el fabricante, por su representante de servicio o por una persona de cualificación similar
para evitar un accidente.

 ¡Nunca permita que el cable de alimentación haga contacto con otros cables!
 Este aparato debe conectarse a tierra para cumplir con las regulaciones de seguridad.

 No conecte la unidad a un dispositivo de atenuación.
 Cuando instale la unidad utilice siempre un cable de seguridad apropiado y certificado.
 Para evitar descargas eléctricas, no abra la cubierta. Dentro no hay componentes que requieran de

servicio por parte del usuario.

 Nunca repare un fusible o puentee el soporte del fusible. ¡Siempre sustituya un fusible dañado con otro

del mismo tipo y las mismas especificaciones eléctricas!

 En el caso de que haya serios problemas de funcionamiento, detenga el uso del aparato y contacte

inmediatamente con su distribuidor.

 La carcasa y las lentes deben sustituirse si están visiblemente dañadas.
 Utilice el embalaje original cuando haya que transportar el dispositivo.
 Debido a razones de seguridad, está prohibido realizar modificaciones no autorizadas a la unidad.

Importante: ¡Nunca mire directamente a la fuente de luz! No utilice el efecto en presencia de personas que
padezcan de epilepsia.

ELEVACIÓN SOBRE CABEZA

 Importante: La instalación debe efectuarla solamente personal de servicio cualificado. Una

instalación no adecuada puede dar como resultado lesiones serias y/o daños a la propiedad. ¡La
elevación sobre cabeza requiere una experiencia extensa! Deben respetarse los límites de carga
de trabajo, deben utilizarse materiales de instalación certificados, el dispositivo instalado debe
inspeccionarse con regularidad por motivos de seguridad.

 Asegúrese de que el área que se encuentra bajo el lugar de instalación esté libre de personas no

autorizadas durante su elevación, descenso y reparación.

 Ubique el accesorio en un punto bien ventilado, lejos de materiales y/o líquidos inflamables. El aparato

debe fijarse por lo menos a 50cm de las paredes circundantes.

 El dispositivo debe instalarse fuera del alcance de las personas y fuera de las áreas donde haya paso de

personas o donde éstas permanezcan sentadas.

 Antes de efectuar la elevación, asegúrese de que el área de instalación pueda sostener una carga puntual

mínima de 10 veces el peso del dispositivo.

 Utilice siempre un cable de seguridad certificado (número 3 en la imagen) que pueda sostener 12 veces el

peso del dispositivo al instalar la unidad. Esta segunda fijación de seguridad debe instalarse de forma que
ninguna parte de la instalación pueda caer más de 20cm si la fijación principal falla.

 El dispositivo debe fijarse bien, ¡un montaje de libre oscilación es peligroso y no debe considerarse!
 No cubra ninguna abertura de ventilación ya que esto puede provocar sobrecalentamiento.
 El operador tiene que estar seguro de que las instalaciones relacionadas con la seguridad y con la técnica

de la máquina sean aprobadas por un experto antes de utilizarlas por primera vez. Las instalaciones
deben inspeccionarse anualmente por una persona con experiencia para asegurarse de que la seguridad
es óptima.

PANEL DE CONTROL:

de 3 pines de buena calidad para enlazar las unidades entre sí.

6. ENTRADA/SALIDA RED ELÉCTRICA: con conectores PowerCON®, conecte los cables de
alimentación aquí y podrá conectar en cadena varias unidades, hasta un máximo de 16A.

MENÚ PRINCIPAL:

 para seleccionar cualquiera de la funciones pre-fijadas,

pulse el botón MENU hasta que aparezca en pantalla la
que requiera.

 Seleccione la función con el botón ENTER. La pantalla

parpadeará.

 Use el botón ABAJO y ARRIBA para cambiar el modo.
 Una vez que se haya seleccionado el modo requerido,

pulse el botón ENTER para seleccionarlo. Tras 8
segundos, la pantalla volverá de forma automática a las
funciones principales sin ningún cambio.

Para volver a las funciones sin realizar ningún cambio, pulse
el botón MENU. Las principales funciones se muestran a la
derecha.

Dirección DMX

Se utiliza para establecer la dirección de inicio en una
configuración DMX.

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que "la dirección DMX "

aparezca en pantalla.

 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Utilice los botones ABAJO y ARRIBA para cambiar la

dirección DMX512.

 Una vez que se muestre en el visualizador la dirección

correcta, presione el botón ENTER para guardarla.
(O vuelva automáticamente a las funciones principales sin
ningún cambio después de 8 segundos)

Para volver a las funciones, pulse otra vez el botón MENU.

Modo Canal

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que "Modo canal" aparezca

en pantalla.

 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla comienza a parpadear.
 Use los botones ARRIBA y ABAJO para seleccionar el

único de los modos DMX disponibles.

 Una vez haya seleccionado el modo, pulse el botón

ENTER para confirmar
(O vuelve de forma automática a las funciones principales
sin realizar ninguna modificación tras 8 segundos.)

Para volver a las funciones, pulse otra vez el botón MENU.

Modo espectáculo

Utilizado para seleccionar el modo Espectáculo cuando
se utiliza en los modos autónomo o maestro/esclavo.

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que "Show mode" aparezca

en pantalla.

 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Use los botones ARRIBA y ABAJO para seleccionar

"Show 1", "Show 2", "Show 3" o "Show 4".

 Una vez que se muestre en el visualizador el modo

correcto, presione el botón ENTER para guardarlo.
(O vuelva automáticamente a las funciones principales sin
ningún cambio después de 8 segundos)

Para volver a las funciones, pulse otra vez el botón MENU.
Show 1 El dispositivo se coloca en el suelo. Movimiento

vertical con ángulo de 210º.
Show 2 El dispositivo se fija bajo el techo. Movimiento
vertical con ángulo de 90º.
Show 3 El dispositivo se coloca en el escenario, delante

del público.

El foco siempre está proyectando en la dirección
de la audiencia; o sea delante del escenario.
Ángulo de movimiento horizontal (de izquierda a
derecha a izquierda): 160°. Ángulo de movimiento

Show 4 El dispositivo se fija bajo el techo.

El foco es proyectado principalmente frente al escenario. Ángulo de movimiento horizontal (de
izquierda a derecha a izquierda):160°. Ángulo de movimiento vertical: 90º (verticalmente, hacia
delante 75º; hacia atrás 15º).

Curva del regulador

Esta función ofrece cuatro opciones de reducción de luminosidad:

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que "Show mode" aparezca en pantalla.
 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Use los botones ARRIBA y ABAJO para seleccionar "Modo 1", "Modo 2", "Modo 3" o "Modo 4".
 Una vez que se muestre en el visualizador el modo correcto, presione el botón ENTER para guardarlo.

(O vuelva automáticamente a las funciones principales sin ningún cambio después de 8 segundos)

Para volver a las funciones, pulse otra vez el botón MENU.

Mode 1 (LINEAR): la salida de luz varía linealmente con el valor DMX
Mode 2 (SQUARE LAW): la salida de luz se puede ajustar con más precisión para los valores DMX bajos
Mode 3 (INVERSE SQUARE LAW): la salida de luz se puede ajustar con más precisión para los valores

DMX altos.

Mode 4 (S-CURVE): la salida de luz se puede ajustar con más precisión para valores DMX altos y bajos.
Observación: mientras que en el modo 12 canales puede seleccionar la atenuación FAST o SMOOTH:

 FAST (modo predeterminado) la salida de luz cambia inmediatamente al cambiar el valor DMX,

cambiando el nivel del atenuador lentamente, sin embargo podría no ser perfectamente regular.

 SMOOTH los cambios lentos en el nivel del atenuador son perfectamente suaves, sin embargo los

cambios rápidos podrían parecer más lentos de lo esperado debido al retardo.

Modo Esclavo

Se utiliza para hacer que la unidad esclava trabaje en oposición a la unidad maestra o que trabaje en
completo sincronismo.

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que aparezca la pantalla "Slave mode".
 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Use el botón ABAJO y ARRIBA para seleccionar "Slave 1" (normal) o "Slave 2"contrario.
 Una vez seleccionado el modo, presione el botón ENTER para guardarlo.

Modo apagado

Modo apagón: cuando no se detecta la señal DMX, la unidad entra en modo apagón y espera a la
señal DMX.
Sin modo apagón: cuando no se detecta la señal DMX, la unidad cambia de modo automático a
modo autónomo.
Modo congelación: cuando no se detecta la señal DMX, la unidad se congela con los últimos valores
DMX recibidos y espera la señal DMX.

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que aparezca la pantalla "Apagón".
 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Use el botón ARRIBA y ABAJO para seleccionar"Yes" (sí, apagón), "No" (sin apagón), "congelado" modo

 Use el botón ARRIBA y ABAJO para seleccionar un valor entre "0" (sensibilidad muy baja) y "100"

Retardo de Función

En el canal Función (CH7 o CH8) puede seleccionar algunas funciones especiales como, como
"apagón durante movimiento". Con esta opción puede seleccionar el retardo previo a la activación
de una función seleccionada.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE: El retardo de función sólo puede estar establecido en cero segundos (sin
Retardo) cuando esté utilizando un controlador DMX o software DMX que utilice valores predeterminados de
DMX para funciones especiales.

Calibrado del Atenuador

Debido a tolerancias en el proceso de producción, no todos los LEDs tienen exactamente la misma
luminosidad, por este motivo, usted puede utilizar esta opción para igualar la Luminosidad de
diferentes máquinas.

 Pulse el botón MENU "Dimmer Calibrat" que se muestre en pantalla.
 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Utilice los botones ABAJO y ARRIBA para seleccionar un valor entre "50" (muy baja sensibilidad) y "100"

(alta sensibilidad).
 Una vez haya seleccionado la luminosidad, pulse el botón ENTER para guardarlo.
Para regresar al menú principal sin realizar ningún cambio, pulse brevemente el botón MENU.
Si desea volver al modo de funcionamiento normal: pulse el botón MENU durante aproximadamente

Manual Test

Úselos para comprobar manualmente todas las funciones de la unidad.

 Pulse el botón MENU para que aparezca "Prueba manual" en la pantalla.
 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Use el botón ABAJO y ARRIBA para seleccionar el modo "Panorámico", "Inclinación", "Rojo", "Verde",

"Azul", "Regulador" o "Luz estroboscópica".

 Pulse el botón ENTER, la pantalla empieza a parpadear.
 Use el botón ABAJO y ARRIBA para ajustar el valor de 0 a 255 para probar la unidad.

Temperatura

Se utiliza para mostrar la temperatura del interior de la unidad

 Pulse el botón MENU, hasta que aparezca "Temp." en la pantalla.
 Pulse el botón ENTER para mostrar la temperatura interna de la unidad en la pantalla.
 Para volver a las funciones, pulse otra vez el botón MENU.

Si desea volver al modo de funcionamiento normal: pulse el botón MENU durante aproximadamente
2 segundos.

Nota: La unidad está equipada con una protección de temperatura para evitar daños en los LED mientras
están en funcionamiento en condiciones extremas en lugares con altas temperaturas. Cuando la
temperatura de los LED alcanza 50°C, se reduce la salida lumínica mientras la pantalla muestra:

"TEMPERATURA DE LOS LED ALTA: 50°"

Si, por cualquier motivo, la temperatura de los LED alcanzase una temperatura superior a 60°C, la salida se
cierra mientras la pantalla muestra: "LED APAGADO, SOBRETEMPERATURA"

Se utiliza para escoger entre 2 grupos de ajustes por defecto, usados a menudo por las empresas de
alquiler:
 Configuración por defecto PRO: configuración básica para su uso en controladores DMX

profesionales.

 Configuración AUTO: configuración básica para su uso sencillo en master / esclavo.

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que aparezca la pantalla "Configuración por defecto".
 Pulse el botón ENTER: para evitar pérdidas accidentales de su configuración; la pantalla muestra

“¿Confirmar?":

 Use los botones ARRIBA y ABAJO para seleccionar "Yes" o "No" y confírmelo pulsando el botón

ENTER.

 Cuando selecciona "Yes", puede elegir entre 2 opciones, cada una con su propia configuración:

Comenzando desde estos valores por defecto, puede realizar fácilmente sus ajustes adicionales. Los

otros parámetros de configuración permanecen sin cambio.
Si desea volver al modo de funcionamiento normal: pulse el botón MENU durante aproximadamente
2 segundos.

Reiniciar

Se utiliza para forzar un reinicio de la unidad.

 Pulse el botón MENU hasta que "Reiniciar" parpadee en la pantalla.
 Pulse el botón ENTER para reiniciar todos los canales a su posición estándar.
 Para regresar a las funciones, presione el botón MENU.

Por favor, consulte también el capítulo sobre la configuración de canal DMX de la unidad para saber cómo
puede forzar un reinicio por DMX.

Ajuste de Compensación
Se usa para ajustar la posición principal:

Si aún no se encuentra en el menú de

INSTALACIÓN ELÉCTRICA + DIRECCIONAMIENTO

Importante: La instalación eléctrica debe realizarla solamente personal cualificado, de acuerdo
con las regulaciones para la seguridad eléctrica y mecánica de su país.

Cada vez que encienda la unidad, mostrará en la pantalla "BT-W07L12" y moverá todos los motores a su

posición ‘principal’ y puede que oiga algunos ruidos durante aproximadamente 20 segundos. Tras esto, la

unidad estará lista para recibir la señal DMX o para ejecutar los programas incorporados.

PUEDE PONER EN FUNCIONAMIENTO LA UNIDAD DE TRES FORMAS:

o Por la función preprogramada maestro/esclavo incorporada
o Mediante el sencillo controlador RF8 o CA-8
o Mediante un controlador universal DMX (modos DMX 1MSL, 4MSL, 9CH, 12CH, 16CH y

28CH)

 POR LA FUNCIÓN PREPROGRAMADA MAESTRO/ESCLAVO INCORPORADA:

Seleccione esta función cuando desee un espectáculo instantáneo. Al conectar las unidades en una
configuración maestro/esclavo, la primera unidad controlará las otras unidades para brindar un
espectáculo de luces sincronizado, automático o activado por sonido. Su entrada DMX no tendrá nada
conectado, y su LED maestro estará constantemente encendido y el LED de sonido parpadeará al ritmo
de la música.

¡Importante! Esta función sólo funciona cuando el modo apagado del MENU del maestro esté
establecido en OFF, de lo contrario ¡no pasará nada! Lea más acerca de esta opción en el párrafo
"MENÚ Principal".

 MASTER tiene 4 espectáculos incorporados: Puede seleccionar show 1, show 2, show 3 o show

4 directamente en el MENU del master.

 SLAVES tiene dos opciones de funcionamiento: Las otras unidades están establecidas en modo

esclavo (LED esclavo constantemente encendido). Para crear un mayor espectáculo lumínico puede
introducir movimientos de contraste (panorámica/inclinación del esclavo se invierten)  En el MENU
de las unidades esclavas puede ir a la opción "Modo esclavo" y seleccionar:

o "Slave 1" Slave normal: el esclavo funciona en sincronización con el master.
o "Slave 2"  2 espectáculo lumínico: el esclavo funciona contrario al master.

 MEDIANTE EL CONTROLADOR SENCILLO CA8

Cuando se utilice en modo aislado o ‘master/slave’ es muy recomendable usar el "controlador por cable

sencillo" CA-8 o el nuevo control remoto RF-DMX CONVERTER el cual permite al
usuario controlar diferentes tupos de proyectores DMX.
Conecte el controlador al conector de entrada de la primera unidad (maestra).

BOTÓN STANDBY:

Pulse este botón para iniciar/detener el modo apagado en todas las unidades
conectadas.

CÓMO CONECTAR LA UNIDAD MEDIANTE DMX

El protocolo DMX es una señal de alta velocidad ampliamente utilizada para controlar
equipamiento de iluminación inteligente. Debe encadenar en "cadena daisy" su controlador
DMX y todos los efectos luminosos conectados, con un cable balanceado XLR M/H de buena
calidad. Para evitar un comportamiento extraño de los efectos de luces debido a
interferencias, debe utilizar un terminador de 90Ω a 120Ω al final de la cadena. Nunca use Y-

Instalación eléctrica para varias unidades en una línea DMX:

Cada efecto lumínico en la cadena debe disponer de su propia dirección de inicio de forma que sepa qué
comandos del controlador debe decodificar.

Instalación eléctrica para dos o más unidades en el modo maestro/esclavo DMX:

En este modo las unidades mostrarán un espectáculo sincronizado, trabajando al ritmo de la música, pero
todavía puede controlar algunas funciones en la unidad maestra mediante el canal DMX 1 o 4.

 Para asegurar un correcto funcionamiento, necesita un "Mini DMX-SPLITTER" opcional para aislar la

línea maestro/esclavo de la línea DMX principal, vea el dibujo.

 Conecte desde 2 hasta un máximo de 16 unidades entre sí utilizando cables para micrófono

balanceados de buena calidad. La primera unidad de la cadena actuará automáticamente como la
maestra, las otras unidades actuarán automáticamente como esclavas.

 Configure la maestra en el modo de canal 1MSL o 4MSL (consulte el capítulo anterior). Revise la tabla

DMX siguiente para ver la diferencia entre ambos modos de canal.

 Para el controlador DMX el master y sus esclavos pueden ahora considerarse como 1 efecto virtual que

requiere una dirección de inicio de forma que pueda controlarse como cualquier otra unidad DMX en la
cadena DMX: véase "Dirección DMX" en el capítulo "MENU principal" para ver cómo se puede
establecer la dirección de inicio DMX.

 Asegúrese de que todas las unidades estén conectadas a la alimentación.
 Configure el controlador DMX de acuerdo con el diagrama DMX que aparece a continuación.

1. La latencia de las funciones de la "configuración del control del proyector" depende del ajuste del
retardo de la función, este podría tener un retardo de 0s o de 3s, por favor consulte el párrafo
"Retardo de la función".

2. RGB es un modo RGB calibrado usando el balance de blancos en el menú que da ligeramente
menos salida que el modo RAW pero un balance de blancos consistente por todos los proyectores.

3. RAW es un modo RGB no calibrado que da la máxima salida y un color ligeramente más saturado,
pero podría tener inconsistencias en el balance de blancos entre los proyectores.
Este modo no tiene en cuenta el balance de blancos.

4. El canal del color del filtro LEE (canal 8) tiene en cuenta el balance de blancos para obtener la rueda
de filtros de color más precisa independientemente si selecciona el modo RGB o RAW.

MANTENIMIENTO

 Asegúrese de que el área que se encuentra bajo el lugar de instalación esté libre de personas no

autorizadas durante el mantenimiento.

 Apague la unidad, desenchufe el cable de alimentación y espere hasta que se enfríe.

Durante la inspección deben revisarse los puntos siguientes:

 Todos los tornillos utilizados para la instalación del dispositivo y cualquiera de sus componentes deben

estar bien apretados y no pueden estar corroídos.

 Las carcasas, fijaciones y puntos de instalación (techo, estructuras truss, suspensiones) deben estar

totalmente libres de cualquier deformación.

 Cuando una lente óptica está visiblemente dañada debido a grietas o arañazos profundos, debe

sustituirse.

 Los cables de alimentación deben estar en condiciones impecables y deben sustituirse inmediatamente

incluso si se detecta un problema pequeño.

 Para proteger el dispositivo contra el sobrecalentamiento, los ventiladores de enfriamiento (si hay alguno)

y las aberturas de ventilación deben limpiarse mensualmente.

 El interior del dispositivo debe limpiarse anualmente utilizando una aspiradora o un chorro de aire.
 La limpieza de las lentes ópticas y/o espejos internos y externos debe efectuarse periódicamente para

optimizar la salida de la luz. La frecuencia de limpieza depende del entorno en el que opera el aparato;
entornos húmedos, con humo o especialmente sucios pueden provocar una mayor acumulación de
suciedad en los componentes ópticos de la unidad.

 Límpielo con un paño suave utilizando productos normales para la limpieza del vidrio.
 Siempre seque cuidadosamente las piezas.

Atención: ¡Recomendamos enfáticamente que la limpieza se lleve a cabo por personal cualificado!
