Features
Wood-Fired Baking Oven designed for roasting meat, poultry and fish, with solid wood fuel. Single phase electric motor. Emergency manual gear with rotating lever. Stainless steel frame with Refractory Fire Clay (Cotto Refrattario) interior. Tempered sliding glass front door. Spit wheel and spits are made of S/S 18-10 Inox with 360 degree rotation to cook meat quickly, fully with more flavors and less fats.
