your family a unique flossing

When using electrical products,
especially when children are present,
basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the

Read all instructions before using.

In order to reduce the risk of

1. Do not use while bathing.
2. Do not place or store the charger
where it can fall or be pulled into a
tub or sink.
3. Do not place the charger in water
or other liquid.
4. Do not reach for a charger that
has fallen into water. Unplug

may cause fire, electric shock or

2. The oral irrigator is not intended
for use by children under age 8.
Children aged from 8 years and
persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge
can use the product, if they have
been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
3. Children shall not play with the
appliance.
4. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be performed by

5. Oral irrigators shall be used only
with liquids defined in the
manufacturer‘s instructions.
6. Do not use iodine, saline (salt
solution), or water insoluble
concentrated essential oils in the
appliance. Use of these can
reduce product performance and
will shorten the life of the product.
Use of these products may void
warranty.
7. Only use the charger provided
with your appliance. Do not
charge any other device with this
charger, as this may cause
damage.
8. This appliance contains batteries
that are non-replaceable. The
appliance has no user serviceable
parts. Do not open and
disassemble device except when
disposing of the battery. Follow
handling and disposal instructions
of the battery/device described in
this manual.
9. When unplugging, always pull the
power plug instead of the cord.
Do not touch the power plug with
wet hands. This can cause an
electric shock.
10. Do not direct water into the nose
or ear. The potentially deadly
amoeba, Naegleria fowleri, may
be present in some tap water or
unchlorinated well water and
may be fatal if directed into these

tongue, into the ear, nose or
other delicate areas. This
product is capable of producing
pressures that may cause

To avoid irrigator nozzle breakage
which may generate a small parts
choking hazard or damage teeth:

Charging and Operating
Plug the charger (k) into an electrical
outlet and place the handle (g) on the
charger (picture 1). While charging
the on/off button (c) light is fading in
and out. Once it is fully charged the
light turns off. A full charge typically
takes 14 hours.
If the battery is running low the on/
off button is flashing in red.
First Use
Attach the nozzle (a) to the handle
until it locks into place indicated by a
click sound (picture 3). Fill the water
reservoir
(j) with some fresh and clean water
by lifting the reservoir cap (i) on the
back of the handle (picture 2).
Hold the handle over a washbasin,
press the on/off button (c) and allow
the entire water volume to run
through the nozzle. When the device
has not been used for more than one
week repeat this step to ensure
flushing.
Jet functions:
On applicable nozzles, you can
choose between different jet stream
types by sliding the jet switch (b)
down or up (before doing so, turn off
the water stream with the on/off
button (c) on the handle (g)):
Rotating stream type for general
cleaning and gum massage (Jet
switch in lower position): The
rotation of the water stream with its
micro-bubbles are designed for easy
penetration and gentle gum massage
(picture 5).
Focused stream type (Jet switch in
upper post on): The focused water
stream with its micro-bubbles are
designed for targeted cleaning
(picture 5).
Press the on/off button (c) for a
continuous jet stream.
Press the on-demand button (d) to
trigger a single jet stream. Upon
releasing the on-demand button the
single jet stream stops. Press the
intensity selection button (f)
successively to adjust the intensity
level (sensitive - regular/medium intense) (depending on model). You
may pre-select the intensity level
before you turn on the handle. The
intensity level selected last is
memorized (picture 4). Note: In the
beginning, we recommend using the
sensitive level for your teeth and
gums to get accustomed to the
usage.
Using the irrigator
Fill the water reservoir (j) with
lukewarm water by lifting the
reservoir cap (i) on the back of the

handle (g).
Lean over the sink and direct the
nozzle in your mouth. Close your lips
slightly and turn on the handle by
pressing the on/off button (c).
Guide the jet along the gumline and
pause briefly between teeth.
Alternatively, you may also point the
nozzle tip at a desired area and use
the on-demand button (d) for a single
jet stream.
Keep your mouth slightly open to
allow the water to run into the sink.
Refill water reservoir as many times
as needed to complete your cleaning
routine. It may take multiple refills to
clean your entire mouth.
After use
Make sure the water reservoir is
completely empty. Press the on/off
button (c) and leave it turned on until
no more water is running through the
nozzle, to prevent any deposit
build-up or bacteria from collecting
in the standing water. Turn off the
handle by pressing the on/off button
again once the water is empty. A
longer operation of the handle
without water may damage the
motor.
To drain any water out of the handle
hold it over the washbasin and tilt it
from side to side (picture 6).
Release the nozzle (a) by pressing
the release button (h) and pulling the
nozzle at the same time (picture 7).
Lift up the cap (i) and let the water
reservoir air-dry. Always wipe the
handle and nozzle dry (picture 8).
Note: Make sure you always empty
the water reservoir before storing or
travelling with the irrigator.
In general we recommend to replace
the nozzle every 3 months.
Cleaning recommendations
Clean and dry handle after each use
and leave the water reservoir cap (i)
open.
The water reservoir (j) is dishwashersafe and can be detached via the
snap-fit on the bottom of the handle.
Move the lever and slide the
reservoir down (picture 8). Regularly
clean the charger and handle with a
damp cloth. Store the appliance in a
cool and dry place.

Chargement et fonctionnement
Brancher le chargeur (k) à une prise
de courant et placer le manche (g)
sur le chargeur (illustration 1). Lors
de la recharge, le voyant du bouton
Marche/arrêt (c) clignote. Lorsque
l’appareil est complètement chargé,
le voyant s’éteint. Il faut compter
jusqu’à 14 heures pour charger
complètement l’appareil.
Lorsque la pile est faible, le voyant
rouge du bouton Marche/arrêt
clignote.
Première utilisation
Fixer l’embout (a) sur le manche
jusqu’à ce qu’un déclic se fasse
entendre (illustration 3). Remplir le
réservoir d’eau
(j) d’eau fraîche et propre en
soulevant le capuchon du réservoir
(i) à l’arrière du manche (illustration
2).
Tenir le manche par-dessus un
lavabo, appuyer sur le bouton
Marche/arrêt (c) et laisser la totalité
du volume d’eau passer dans
l’embout. Lorsque l’appareil n’a pas
été utilisé depuis plus d’une
semaine, répéter cette étape pour
assurer le rinçage complet.

pouvez choisir entre quelques types
de courant jet en déplaçant le
commutateur du jet (b) vers le haut
et le bas (avant de le faire, éteindre le

Appuyer sur le bouton Marche/arrêt
(c) pour un courant jet continu.
Appuyer sur le bouton d’alimentation
sur demande (d) pour un courant jet
individuel. Lorsque le bouton
d’alimentation sur demande est
lâché, le courant jet individuel
s’arrête. Appuyer successivement
sur le bouton de sélection d’intensité
(f) pour ajuster le niveau d’intensité
(sensible – ordinaire/moyen –
intense) (selon le modèle). Il est
possible de choisir le niveau
d’intensité avant d’allumer le
manche. L’appareil mémorisera le
dernier mode utilisé (illustration 4).
Remarque : Au début, nous
recommandons d’utiliser le niveau
sensible afin que vos dents et vos
gencives puissent s’habituer à la
sensation.
Utilisation de l’hydropulseur
Remplir le réservoir d’eau (j) avec de
l’eau tiède en soulevant le capuchon
du réservoir (i) à l’arrière du manche
(g).
Se pencher au-dessus du lavabo et
diriger l’embout dans votre bouche.
Se fermer les lèvres légèrement et
allumer le manche en appuyant sur
le bouton Marche/arrêt (c).
Guider le jet le long de la gencive, en
s’arrêtant pendant quelques
secondes entre chaque dent. Il est
également possible de diriger le bout
de l’embout vers une zone précise et
appuyer sur le bouton d’alimentation
sur demande (d) pour un courant jet
individuel.
Garder les lèvres légèrement
séparées afin que l’eau puisse
tomber dans le lavabo.
Remplir le réservoir d’eau autant de
fois que nécessaire pour compléter
votre routine de nettoyage. Un
nettoyage complet de la bouche
peut nécessiter plusieurs
remplissages.
Après l’utilisation
S’assurer que le réservoir d’eau est
complètement vide. Appuyer sur le
bouton Marche/arrêt (c) et le laisser
en marche jusqu’à ce qu’il n’y ait
plus d’eau qui passe dans l’embout
afin d’empêcher qu’aucun résidu ou
bactérie ne s’accumule dans l’eau
stagnante. Éteindre le manche en
appuyant à nouveau sur le bouton
Marche/arrêt une fois le réservoir
vide. Garder le manche en marche
plus longtemps sans eau peut
endommager le moteur.
Pour vider complètement le manche,
le tenir par-dessus le lavabo et le
pencher pour que l’eau s’écoule
(illustration 6).
Relâcher l’embout (a) en appuyant
sur le déclencheur (h) tout en tirant
sur l’embout (illustration 7).
Soulever le capuchon (i) et laisser le
réservoir sécher à l’air. Toujours
essuyer le manche et l’embout pour
les sécher (illustration 8).
Remarque : S’assurer de toujours
vider le réservoir d’eau avant de
ranger l’appareil ou de voyager avec
celui-ci.
De manière générale, nous
recommandons de remplacer
l’embout tous les 3 mois.
Recommandations d’entretien
Nettoyer et sécher le manche après
chaque utilisation et laisser le
capuchon du réservoir d’eau (i)
ouvert.
Le réservoir d’eau (j) va au lavevaisselle et peut se détacher de
l’appareil à l’aide de l’enclenche sur
le bas du manche. Bouger le levier et
glisser le réservoir vers le bas
(illustration 8). Nettoyer régulièrement
le chargeur et le manche à l’aide
d’un linge humide. Ranger l’appareil
dans un endroit frais et sec.

Oral-B garantit l’absence de défauts
de matériaux ou de main d’œuvre
sur l’appareil pour une période de
deux ans à compter de la date
originelle de l’achat au détail. Si
l’appareil présente un tel défaut,
Oral-B le réparera ou le remplacera,
à sa discrétion, sans frais pour les
pièces et la main-d’œuvre. Il faudra
apporter le produit dans un centre de
services Oral-B autorisé ou
l’expédier par envoi prépayé et
assuré (recommandé) à celui-ci. Une
preuve de la date d’achat original est
requise.
Les frais d’expédition du produit à
un centre de services autorisé sont
