All Bose products must be used in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol within an equilateral triangle alerts the user to the presence of uninsulated, dangerous voltage within t he system enclosure that may be of su fficient magn itude to con stitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle, as marked on the system, is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance instructions in this owner’s guide.
WARNING: This product contains magnets which can be harmful to pacemaker wearers.

WARNING:
• Never place the equipment in an unstable locati on. The equipment ma y fall, c ausing serious person al in jury or death. Many injuries, particularly to children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as:
• Using cabinets or stands recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment.
• Only using furniture that can safely support the equipment.
• Ensuring the equipment is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
• Not placing the equipment on tall furniture (for example, cupboards or bookcases) without anchoring both the furniture and the equipment to a suitable support.
• Not standing the equipment on cloth or other materials placed between the equipment and supporting furniture.
• Educating children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the equipment or its controls.

WARNING:
• To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not expose the product to rain or moisture.
• Do not expose this apparatus to dripping or splashing , and do not place objects filled with liquids, such as
vases, on or near the apparatus. As with any electronic products, use care not to spill liquids into any part of the system. Liquids can cause a failure and/or a fire hazard.
• Do not place any naked flame sources, such as lighted candles , on or near the apparatus.
WARNING:
• Keep the remote control battery away from children. It may cause a fire or chemical burn if mishandled.
Do not recharge, disassemble, heat a bove 100ºC (212ºF), or incinera te. Dispose of us ed batteries promptly. Replace only with a battery of the correct type and model number.
• Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with an agenc y-approved (e.g. UL)
CR2032 or DL3032 3-volt lithium battery.
CAUTION: Make no modifications to the system or accessories. Unauthori zed alterations may compromise safety, regulatory compliance, and system performance, and may void the warranty.
Note:
• Where the mains plug or appliance coupler is used as the disconnect devi ce, such disconnect device shall
remain readily operable.
• The product must be used indoors. It is neithe r de signed nor t est edfor use outdoors, in recreation vehicles,
or on boats.
