B1 BASS MODULE
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Bose® B1 bass module to add to your L1 model I or L1TM model II system. The bass module output of the power stand can adequately drive one or two B1 bass modules. Up to two more B1 bass modules can be added to your system by using a Model A1 PackLiteTM power amplifier connected to the bass line output of the power stand.
Carefully unpack the carton and check for the items shown in Figure 1. Save all packing materials, which provide the safest way to transport your system. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it. Notify Bose or your authorized Bose dealer immediately.

B1 placement options
The B1 bass module can be placed vertically or horizontally on the floor next to the power stand. When placed horizontally, you can build a stack of up to four modules (Figure 1).

CAUTION: Do not connect more than two B1 bass modules to the Bass Module Out connector on the power stand. Driving more than two B1 bass modules from this output will improperly load the power stand amplifier, resulting in less than full system performance.

B1 BASS MODULE
Connecting one B1 bass module
1.Plug one end of the B1 bass module cable into one of the B1 connectors (Figure 3). Rotate the plug clockwise to lock it in place. Listen for a soft click to ensure the connector is locked.
2.Plug the other end of the cable into the Bass Module Out connector on the power stand. Rotate the plug clockwise to lock it.
Note: To disconnect a B1 cable, slide back the metal tab on the body of the plug, rotate the plug counterclockwise and pull it out of the connector.

CAUTIONS:
•DO NOT connect a B1 bass module to two power stands at the same time.
•DO NOT connect any bass module other than the B1 to the power stand.
•Use only the supplied blue B1 bass module 4-wire cable to connect the B1 bass module to the power stand. The power stand uses the signals on two of the wires to automatically sense how many B1 bass modules are connected. DO NOT substitute the supplied cable with a 2-wire speaker cable.
Connecting a second B1 bass module
1.Plug one end of the second B1 bass module cable into the unused connector on the first B1 bass module.
2.Insert the other end of the cable into one of the connectors on the second B1 module.

Indledning
Tak, fordi du har købt et Bose® B1-basmodul til tilslutning til dit L1 model I- eller L1TM model IIsystem. Forstærkerfodens basmoduludgang kan udmærket drive en eller to B1-basmoduler. Der kan tilføjes op til to yderligere B1-basmoduler til dit system ved hjælp af en Model A1 PackLiteTM-effektforstærker tilsluttet forstærkerfodens bass line-udgang.
Pak forsigtigt æsken ud, og kontroller, at den indeholder de dele, der er vist på Figur 1. Gem emballagen, da den udgør den sikreste måde at transportere systemet på. Hvis en del ser ud til at være beskadiget, skal du ikke forsøge at anvende den. Underret øjeblikkeligt Bose eller den autoriserede Bose-forhandler.

B1-basmodulet kan placeres lodret eller vandret på gulvet ved siden af forstærkerfoden. Når det placeres vandret, kan du stable op til fire moduler oven på hinanden (figur 1).

FORSIGTIG: Undlad at slutte mere end to B1-basmoduler til Bass Module Out-jackstikket på forstærkerfoden. Hvis der drives mere end to B1-basmoduler fra denne udgang, bliver effektforstærkerfoden belastet forkert, hvorved systemets ydeevne ikke bliver optimal.

Tilslutning af ét B1-basmodul
1.Tilslut den ene ende af B1-basmodulkablet i det ene af B1-jackstikkene (Figur 3).
Drej stikket med uret for at fastlåse det. Lyt efter et let klik for at sikre, at stikket er fastlåst.
2.Sæt den anden ende af kablet ind i Bass Module Out-jackstikket på forstærkerfoden. Drej stikket med uret for at fastlåse det.
Bemærk: Et B1-kabel tages ud ved at skubbe metalpalen på stikkets krop tilbage, dreje stikket mod uret, og trække det ud af jackstikket.

FORSIGTIG:
•Tilslut IKKE et B1-basmodul til to forstærkerfødder på samme tid.
•Tilslut IKKE noget andet basmodul end B1 til forstærkerfoden.
•Brug kun det medleverede blå 4-leder B1-basmodulkabel til at tilslutte B1-basmodulet til forstærkerfoden. Forstærkerfoden bruger signalerne på to af ledere til automatisk at registrere, hvor mange B1-basmoduler der er tilsluttet. Erstat IKKE det medleverede kabel med et 2-leder-højttalerkabel.
Tilslutning af et yderligere B1-basmodul
1.Sæt den ene ende af det andet B1-basmoduls kabel i det ledige jackstik på det første B1-basmodul.
2.Sæt den anden ende af kablet ind i et af jackstikkene på det andet B1-modul.

Einführung
Vielen Dank für den Kauf eines Bose® B1-Bassmoduls zur Erweiterung Ihres Systems L1TM Modell I oder L1 Modell II. Über den Bassmodul-Ausgang des Standfußes lassen sich ein oder zwei B1-Bassmodule betreiben. Wenn Sie einen PackLiteTM-Endverstärker Modell A1 an den Bass-Ausgang des Standfußes anschließen, können Sie Ihrem System bis zu zwei weitere B1-Bassmodule hinzufügen.
Packen Sie den Karton vorsichtig aus und überprüfen Sie, ob Sie alle in Abbildung 1 dargestellten Teile erhalten haben. Bewahren Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial auf; damit kann das System für einen späteren Transport optimal geschützt werden. Sollte eines der Teile beschädigt sein, verwenden Sie es nicht. Teilen Sie Bose oder Ihrem Bose-Vertragshändler die Beschädigung unverzüglich mit.

Das B1-Bassmodul kann vertikal oder horizontal auf dem Boden neben dem Standfuß aufgestellt werden. Bei der horizontalen Aufstellung können Sie bis zu vier Module stapeln (Abbildung 1).

ACHTUNG: Schließen Sie höchstens zwei B1 Bassmodule an den Bassmodul-Ausgang am Standfuß an. Wenn Sie mehr als zwei B1-Bassmodule über diesen Ausgang betreiben, wird der Standfußverstärker ungleichmäßig belastet, was die Systemleistung beeinträchtigen kann.
