The software in the Media Center must be at least 01.01 revision software or later.
The software revision can be checked using the buttons on the keypad. Press and hold "Store" and then "Enter" to view the software revision. The display will show something similar to "SW C:01.01.AS". For this display the software revision code is 01.01. The first two digits indicate a major software revision and the second two digits indicate a minor software revision. Major revision 1, minor revision 1.
Note: If the software revision displayed does not follow the scheme mentioned above, it is possible that the Media Center has an early software revision and needs to be updated. If you are not sure, contact Bose Service.
Example:
01.02 would be a later revision software than 01.01.
02.00 would be a later revision software than 01.01.
Contact Bose Service at 1-800-233-4408 to find out what the latest revision of the software is and to obtain a software update disc with instructions.
