Important Safety Instructions

Please read this owner’s guide carefully and save it for future reference.

WARNINGS:

• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this ­product to rain or moisture.

• Do not expose this apparatus to dripping or splashing, and do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on or near the apparatus. As with any electronic products, use care not to spill liquids into any part of the product. Exposure to liquids may create a failure and/or fire hazard.

• Do not place naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, on or near the product.

• Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.

• In the event of a battery leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.

• Do not use any charger other than that specifically provided for use with the equipment.

• Do not leave a battery on prolonged charge when not in use.

• After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the batteries several times to obtain maximum performance.

• Batteries give their best performance when they are operated at normal room temperature 68°F (20°C) ± 9°F (5°C).

• The battery provided with your system is not user serviceable. Contact Bose Customer Service for all battery related issues.

CAUTION: Do not make unauthorized alterations to the product; doing so may compromise safety, regulatory compliance,­ system performance, and may void the warranty.

NOTES:

• The product markings are located on the bottom and inside foot of the product.

• Where the mains plug or appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, such disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

• This product must be used indoors. It is neither designed nor tested for use outdoors, in recreational vehicles, or on boats.

• This product is intended to be used only with the power supply provided.

• This product contains no user serviceable parts. Contact Bose Customer Service for all servicing concerns.

About your SoundLink® Mini Bluetooth® speaker II

The SoundLink® Mini Bluetooth® speaker II delivers full, natural sound from an ultra-compact speaker that fits in the palm of your hand. It connects to your smartphone, tablet or other Bluetooth device, so you can listen to your music, videos or games anytime, anywhere.

System Features

Stores up to eight mobile devices in its pairing list.

Connects up to two mobile devices for easy switching between mobile devices.

Speakerphone enables hands-free calls with your smartphone.

Voice prompts guide you through Bluetooth pairing and connecting processes.

Voice alerts indicate currently connected mobile device(s), remind you to charge the speaker and identify incoming callers.

Rechargeable lithium-ion battery keeps your music going for hours.

Wall charger plugs into the cradle or directly into the speaker.

Charges with most USB power supplies.

Charging cradle serves as a convenient home base for the speaker.

AUX connector enables playback from an audio device.
