HOW MUCH DETERGENT?
PROBLEMS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Unsatisfactory Incorrect amount of detergent or rinse agent. Washing Results Inappropriate program selected.
Rack overloaded. Wash arm rotation blocked. Clogged nozzles in wash arms. Make sure the filter is locked in place.
No Power or No water Check circuit breaker and make sure that water
and electrical lines are connected.
White Deposits Too little rinse aid used. Streaks on Dishes Too much rinse aid used. Residual Water Obstruction in large object trap.
Kink in drain hose. Air gap clogged. Check to make sure kitchen sink is draining well, if not, you may need a plumber instead of a dishwasher repairman.
Dishes not Drying Make sure rinse aid dispenser is full and check
the materials section and make sure it is set at the right water hardness.
Suds Make sure only automatic dishwasher detergents
are used. Refer to Detergent Usage Chart on this Quick Reference Guide.
Detergent Dispenser First, check to make sure you push down on the cover will not close arrow with your thumb, while closing the dispenser.
A program was not completely finished. Cancel drain, turn off, then on, then try to close dispenser cover again.
Food redeposited Make sure the filter is locked in place. on dishes
If you cannot correct the problem yourself, contact a customer service representative at the Customer Service Number listed on the ID Label on the right side of Dishwasher door, or in the Use & Care Manual.

After selecting a program cycle, you can also choose a special feature cycle.
If dishes do not dry properly, check to make sure rinse agent dispenser is full and set for appropriate water hardness.
Dispenser holds 3.5 oz. of rinse agent.
Push down on base of arrow to lock while sliding cover closed.
Push in handles simultaneously while pulling up or pushing down, depending on height desired.
