groundwater temperature in Richmond is 57˚F, which means this family can run up to two
showers and one sink faucet at the same time.

1. On the map, determine the ground water
temperature in your area.

2. In the corresponding column select the Bosch
water heater based on how many fixtures you’ll be
running at the same time (gallons per minute).

3. Calculations based on 120°F set point
temperature, 107°F shower temperature,

2.5 GPM showerhead flow rate, 1.5 GPM sink flow
rate, adequate water pressure and gas supply.
Variation from these parameters may alter actual
performance. GPM shown is the hot water flow
rate at 120°F set point temperature.

The compact and powerful Tronic Series electric whole house
tankless water heaters can be installed virtually anywhere inside
the home. They are 97% efficient with no stand-by loss and have
modulating elements that ensure a constant output temperature
for hot water comfort.

Endless Hot Water for One Sink at a Time

Compact point-of-use / under-sink tankless water heaters are designed
to provide an endless supply of hot water for kitchen and bathroom
sinks. These units provide 98% efficiency with minimal stand-by loss
and most models are equipped with high/low kW settings.

Note: All Bosch Tronic 3000 models require hard wiring.

Point-of-Use Electric Mini-Tank Water Heaters

Hot Water Where You Need It

The Bosch Tronic 3000 T point-of-use electric mini-tanks are available in
three sizes which can be wall-hung (bracket included) or floor-mounted.

Easy installation. Simply tap into the cold water line, provide electrical
connection and install the water heater directly at the sink. Can be used
alone to provide a small volume of water or installed inline with a central
water heater near the point-of-use to eliminate the wait for hot water.
