Do not use electrical appliances inside the appliance. Do not damage the refrigerant circuit pipes. Do not allow open flames or ignition sources to enter the appliance. When transporting and
cleaning the appliance ensure that the refrigerant circuit is not damaged. In the event of damage, make sure that there are no ignition sources nearby and keep the room well ven- tilated.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before using your Wine Cooler
Remove the exterior and interior packing materials.
Before connecting the Wine Cooler to the power source, let it stand upright with open doors for approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system due to handling during transportation.
Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.
Installation of your Wine Cooler
This appliance is designed to be for free standing or built-in (fully recesses) installation. Place your Wine Cooler on a surface floor which is strong enough to support it when fully loaded. To level your Wine Cooler, adjust the front levelling leg at the bottom of the Wine Cooler.
Standard EN 378 specifies that the room in which you install your appliance must have a volume of 1 m³per 8g of R600a refrigerant used in the appliance, so as to avoid the forma- tion of inflammable gas/air mixture in the room where the appliance is located in the event of a leak in the refrigerant circuit. The quantity of the refrigerant used in your appliance is indicated on the type plate on the inside of the appliance.
Locate the Wine Cooler away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radia- tor, etc.) Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase elec- trical consumption. Extreme cold ambient temperatures may also cause the unit not to per- form properly.
Avoid locating the appliance in damp areas. Plug the Wine Cooler into an exclusive, properly installed grounded wall outlet. Any ques- tions concerning power and grounding should be directed to a certified electrician or an authorised product service centre.
