1.Remove seat, fuel tank, sub frame & air box. Reinstall the sub frame.
2.Install control box. Install the Velcro on the bar pad. Unplug the injector plug on the throttle body, plug in the control box between the stock harness & injector.
3.Unplug the map sensor for the WR & plug in the BoonDocker map sensor connectors from the control box.
5.Unplug the coil input plug & plug in the Con­trol box plug. NOTE; Route wires away from heat & wear areas as much as possible.
4.Unplug the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) & plug in the Boondocker box to the TPS connec­tors.
6.Loosen the bolt on the left side of the frame & install the ground wire to frame. This is on left side of the bike right behind the top of the radia­tor.

7.Install throttle body hose. Short 2”x 2” silicone
hose goes to the throttle body. Tighten the clamp on the throttle body. Install the injector & rail on the intercooler. Plug in Auxiliary Injector.
8. Install the inlet & clamp. Do not tighten the clamp yet.
9.Trim the rear fender for proper intercooler. Trim the rear fender for clearance of the turbo & brackets.
11.Before installing the turbo install the turbo bracket on the turbo leave the bolts slightly loose for final installation. Install the turbo leave it loosely fit.
10.Trim the right side of the fender for clearance for turbo mount. NOTE: This is a good time weld in the bung if you have a O2 sensor to in­stall (see location for O2 sensor placement).
12.Drill a hole in this location for the oil feed
line. Approximately 3/4” hole or a 1” hole if you
have an O2 sensor to install. Install the O2 senor threw the hole first then the oil feed line.

13.Install the oil feed cap for the oil feed line for the turbo. Install the oil feed line. NOTE: Make sure filter is installed correctly.
14.Route the oil feed line with clearance away from head pipe & secure with zip ties.
15.Remove timing hole cover & install the oil drain line on to the side cover.
17.Drill holes & mount the Actuator solenoid on the rear fender. Plug in connector from the BoonDocker control box. Hookup lines as per control box instructions.
16.Route the oil drain line & zip tie in place. Install the drain line on to the turbo with sup­plied hose clamp.
18.Remove left side panel off of air box. Cut the left side of the air box off as pictured. Cut the
right side panel off of the box leaving stock front bolt to connect the side panel to sub frame (like left side).

19.Install the turbo flange gasket between flange & inlet with supplied bolts & nuts. Tighten all the bolts, adjust the muffler, clamp the turbo bracket to the muffler & align.
20.Tighten inlet to header clamp. Cut the side panels to fit around the muffler or heat tape the back of the side panel.
21.Cut the left side panel to fit the BoonDocker air filter. Install the air filter. Install the tank & all body parts.
23.Start bike & inspect turbo install & check tightness on all components.
22.Install & trim the crank case vent line to keep from freezing. Remove oil feed line from the top of the turbo & Start engine & check oil flow. Top off oil Tighten oil feed line.
