RZR 900 Control Box Installation
Before you begin, please read all the instructions below and check kit contents.
Kit Contents:

___1 Control Box ___1 Blue Butt Connector
___1 battery connector ___1 TPS Adapter
___5 8” Zip Ties ___1 Boost Solenoid (installed with Kit)
___5 4” Zip Ties ___24” 3/16 hose (Installed with Kit)
___1 5/32 Push to connect fitting (Installed on intercooler with Turbo Kit)
___1 Temp Sensor (Installed on intercooler with Turbo Kit)
Make sure all wires are routed and zip tied away from moving parts and heat
sources.

RZR 900 Control Box Installation
1. Locate the Throttle Position Sensor Connector.
2. It is a 5 position connector located on the Clutch side of the Throttle Body.
3. Tap the White wire to the Green Wire on TPS connector using supplied Heat Shrink Butt
Connector. Shrink the ends using a heat gun.

EFI System
The Injector connectors are located under the bed on the clutch side.
The black connectors are for the MAG injector and the Gray connectors are for the PTO injector.
Auxiliary Injectors Ground location
Attach Aux Inj 1 (Violet wire) to left injector Ground to stock ground location underneath rear seat
Attach Aux Inj 2 (Grey wire) to right injector

Mount and install the Boost Solenoid close to the rear of the machine, below the Turbo
