1. Remove the seat, side panels, tank and
silencer from bike.
2. Remove sub frame. Separate air box from sub
frame.
3. Cut off air box as shown. Remove stock air
sensor from air box, use air sensor in later step.
5. trim right side of panel lightly so that silencer
mounts will be flush when mounting up the inlet
and outlet brackets.
4. Rout control box from handle bars along the
stock wire harness. Zip tie harnesses together
leave loose in air box area.
6. Install cut box on sub frame and place frame
in place. Place and put in top 2 screws on frame,
leave them loose.

7. Install oil drain line where the drain plug is
located, rout under chain to the right side of bike
and leave to rout further in future steps.
8. Install oil feed line. Place the small hole
bracket on the stator cover as shown. Place big
hole bracket on the chain guide. Rout line to
rear.
9. Place stock air sensor on the top of the
intercooler outlet as shown. Use 2 given self
tapping screws to mount to the intercooler.
11. Cut fuel line after the bend on the straight as
shown. Insert auxiliary fuel line, position and
crimp tight. Hook up auxiliary injector to
intercooler
10. Install the intercooler with silicone and 2
clamps on the outlet. lift the back of sub frame
up to fit in place. Tighten 4 sub frame bolts.
Leave clamps loose.
12. Mount boost solenoid as shown on right side
of air box. Plug in the control box harness into
stock harness and auxiliary injector. Boost
solenoid adapter wires are red & purple white.

13. place inlet on header. Leave clamp loose.
14. Place turbo in place and mount inlet bracket
on the sub frame, header inlet and turbo inlet.
Place bolts in and nuts on, leave loose.
15.run pito line to the elec. boost solenoid. Rout
actuator line from actuator to the top of the boost
solenoid around the battery through cut hole
17. Zip tie feed line and drain line to panels and
16. Rout oil feed line and drain line to turbo.
Tighten drain line clamp and feed line nut. Zip
tie boost line to the actuator.
18. install muffler and outlet bracket.
Timbersled frame away from hot parts & chain.

19. Zip tie wire harness, lines and adapters away
from intercooler. Tighten all hose clamps and
zip tie boost line ends.
20. Install inlet and air filter, position as shown
then clamp down.
21. Mount control box to the center of the
Handlebars with Velcro.
22. Undo oil feed line. Start bike and check to
make sure oil is feeding the turbo. Run the line
into a oil container. Then put back on & tighten
line.
23. Install the tank, side panels and seat. 24.
