* One piece sloping and radiused stainless steel well, available width 500 mm, capacity 4 GN 1/3 containers 150 mm deep. Overflow plug to rear .

INFRARED HEATED FRENCH FRY STORE
* One piece sloping and radiused stainless steel well, available width 500 mm, capacity 4 GN 1/3 containers 150 mm deep. Overflow plug to rear.
* Fitted with a strainer plate.
* Heat is supplied by 4 infrared heaters.
* Control via On/Off switch and heat indicator.
CUPBOARD
* Cupboard compatible with GN 1/1 pastry tray, the stainless steel bottom has returned edges to divert liquid (500 or 1000mm wide).
* Door: 500 wide (left hand hinged) ou 1000 wide (2 doors). Stainless steel double skinned with magnetic closure and insulated handle.
