GENERAL FEATURES
* Upper section one-piece 3mm thick stainless steel (top and flush welded sides) allows edge-to-edge assembly and extraordinary strength.
* Designed to eliminate any infiltration and constructed of stainless steel throughout.
* End panels in 30/10 provide exceptional strength and allows virtually flush assembly.
* Chromed cast brass controls recessed to provide protection against impacts or spillages.
* Fitted with 4 adjustable fibreglass reinforced black polyamide legs
SOLID TOP
* The unit comprises a special steel plate 15mm thick providing a surface area of 22 dm2 in 500 width and 47 dm2 in 1000 width to suit a multitude
of pan sizes.
* Fitted flush with the 30/10 thick stainless top it has a peripheral channel and drain to the rear.
* The appliance is equipped two or four square hearths of 4000 Watts (or 3500 Watts dependingon voltage) allowing rapid temperature rise without
inertia.
* Every hearths is controlled by a thermostat with operating light, allowing the regulation of the temperature from 80° to 450°C on the 2 or 4
independent heating areas. By using 1, 2, 3 or 4 hearths, it is possible to set and control a temperature gradient
* Thermal safety system on each element.
CUPBOARD
* Cupboard compatible with GN 1/1 pastry tray, the stainless steel bottom has returned edges to divert liquid (500 or 1000mm wide).
* Door: 500 wide (left hand hinged) ou 1000 wide (2 doors). Stainless steel double skinned with magnetic closure and insulated handle.
OPTIONS
* Cupboard blown air heating kit controlled by 30/85°C thermostat with high limit and heating indicato r.
* Common leg frames 200 mm high, fitted with polyamide legs with adjustable feet replacing individual legs. (See specific data sheet).
* Mobile frame 200 mm high fitted with 4 stainless castors 2 braked replacing the legs. (see specific data sheet).
* Central or wall plinth kit.
ACCESSORIES
* Storage runner kit for the cupboard, top hung and removable, 4 levels at 68mm intervals to accept GN 1/1 oven ware or containers to be used as
drawers. A pair for each 500mm section.
* Stainless plating rail (polished finish) 38 mm diameter per linear metre.
