GENERAL FEATURES
* Upper section one-piece 3mm thick stainless steel (top and flush welded sides) allows edge-to-edge assembly and extraordinary strength.
* Designed to eliminate any infiltration and constructed of stainless steel throughout.
* End panels in 30/10 provide exceptional strength and allows virtually flush assembly.
* Chromed cast brass controls recessed to provide protection against impacts or spillages.
* Fitted with 4 adjustable fibreglass reinforced black polyamide legs
SUSPENDED OPEN BURNER
* Twin suspended open burner designed to:
- Avoid any contact with spillages caught in the water bath below
- Allow instant dismantling (without tools) for easy cleaning.
- Give simple precise and reliable locating.
* A stainless water bath with overflow at the rear catches any spillages and avoids them burning on or sticking.
* Horizontal burner flame for flexibility and high output throughout the entire range of adjustment.
* Hobs and burner caps in black chrome-plated brass, 115 mm diameter.
* 1or 2 stainless rod pan supports.
* Gas control valve with protected pilot and thermocouple as standard.
SOLID TOP
* Solid cast-iron plate in two sections deep-ribbed with an average thickness of 10 mm, dimensions 740 x 400 mm, fitted with a removable bulls
eye.
* Stainless steel combustion chamber, fitted with refractory firebricks.
* Heating by micro-perforated burner ensuring high-speed pre heat to the bulls eye (over 500°C).
* Thermocouple and pilot flame safety system as standard.
* Gas control taps.
OVEN
* Oven cavity is GN 2/1 size (530 x 650 mm) insulated with rock wool and is fitted with a solid cast-iron hearth, and removable side grates.
* Heavy-duty door with integral hinges, with counter-balance and return spring, and heat-insulated handle, the seal is high temperature silicon.
* Oven is fitted with a nickel-plated grill, and a GN 2/1 pastry tray.
* Controlled by a 4 position switch: Off, base, top + base and top with a 50/300° thermostat with heat ing indicator.
* Heating to the base is by stainless steel micro-perforated burner and to the top via an element.
* Automatic electric spark ignition. Flame control by ionisation and pilot. 400° safety thermostat.
OPTIONS
* Electric spark ignition for each section via push button on the facia.
* Common leg frames 200 mm high, fitted with polyamide legs with adjustable feet replacing individual legs. (See specific data sheet).
* Mobile frame 200 mm high fitted with 4 stainless castors 2 braked replacing the legs. (see specific data sheet).
* Central or wall plinth kit.
ACCESSORY
* Stainless plating rail (polished finish) 38 mm diameter per linear metre.
