GENERAL
* Upper structure totally stainless (top 2mm thick and inset side faces in 1.5mm laser welded)
* All stainless steel construction designed to avoid any infiltration.

* Appliance delivered with 200mm fixed stand with 4 adjustable feet.
SOLID PLATE
* Fitted with one special iron plates 15mm thick, offering 44 dm² for close positioning of all sizes of pan.
* The appliance is equipped with 2 round back 1700 Watt hobs and 2 square front 4000 Watt hobs allowing rapid temperature rise with virtually no
inertia.
* Each hearth is controlled by a thermostat with indicator light allowing temperature control from 80° to 500°C on 2 independent heating zones.
The cooking surface can shift from simmering to boiling or any possible combination.
* Thermal safety under each hearth.
ELECTRIC OVEN
* The GN2/1 (530 x 650mm) oven cavity has a steel base, removable side runners and is insulated with rockwool.
* Heavy duty door with integral hinges that are spring counterbalanced, fitted with an insulated handle. Seal is high temperature silicone.
* Controlled by 4 position switch: Off, Top, Bottom or Both, 50/300°C thermostat and indicator light.
* Safety thermostat at 400°C.
* The oven is supplied with a nickelled GN 2/1 grill and a 40mm deep GN 2/1 tray Gastronorm.
OPTION
* One-piece wall or central top.
