Workhorse W 16-18-20-22-24 Chassis Handling Solutions

Porposing, bouncing, harsh ride, and floating front end.

Solution: Upgrade to Bilstein HD or Koni FSD Shock absorbers. This will improve ride quality and control.

NOTE: I find that the Koni works a little better than the Bilstein’s on the Workhorse chassis for ride characteristics.

I notice excessive body-roll on winding roads, in windy conditions and in passing trucks blowing you around
the road.

Solution: Install Front & Rear HD Sway Bar, for much better control and, safer handling. This will reduce body-roll

and sway of the vehicle.

Steering wander or rut tracking due to front and rear axles shifting side to side!
The front and back ends feel like they are moving sideways. Constant over steering in high or gusty winds or
when trucks are passing

Solution: Front and Rear TigerTrak

No more tail wag or over steer.

I am concerned about a Front tire blowout.

Solution: A TruCenter

TM Steering Control will hold you in a straight ahead position,

Even with a front tire blowout.

I always have to steer into a side wind, or crowned road. It wears me out!

Solution: With the push of a button mounted on the dash, a TruCenter

compensate for side winds or crowned road. This feature makes driving in winds a whole lot easier.

I have to keep both hands on the steering wheel, even on good roads with no wind.

Solution: A TruCenter

TM Steering Control will hold the Tie-Rod with up to 270 lbs of pressure. This will make your

vehicle go straighter without constant steering wheel correction. It will be much easier to drive with less fatigue, and
all front-end parts and tires will last longer.
