1. Slide the receiver hitch into the truck’s hitch
and secure with a 5/8” x 3” pin and clip.
3. Align the tube spacers and treadplates
with the holes in the support at the desired
locations. Install the six (6) 1/4”-20 x 5” bolts
with 1/4” at washers thru the treadplates,
spacers and support and secure with 1/4” at
washers and lock nuts on the underside of the
support (white). Install the two (2) support cap
plugs and four (4) spacer cap plugs (gray).
2. Slide the support onto the receiver hitch
approximately 2-1/2” down from the tailgate
and secure with a 5/8” x 3” pin and clip.
4. Optional Ramp Kit: If using the SC9059 kit
as a middle ramp like shown. Align the tube
spacer and treadplate with the holes in the
support. Install the outer two (2) 1/4”-20 x 5”
bolts with 1/4” at washers thru the treadplate,
spacer and support and secure with 1/4” at
washers and lock nuts on the underside of
the support. Remove the support from the
receiver hitch and ip it over to install the
middle bolt thru the treadplate with the washer
and nut on the inside of the support tube
(inset). Reinstall the support to the receiver
hitch and install the two (2) cap plugs.

Ramps sold separately - Model Number SC9023.
LOADING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Park the vehicle on level, hard surface and set the parking brake.
2. Slowly drive the utility vehicle, motorcycle, etc. up the ramps, making sure the tires are centered
on the ramps. Acceleration must be slow and steady, NEVER over accelerate.
3. Secure the cargo as needed.
UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Park the vehicle on level, hard surface and set the parking brake.
2. To unload, be sure ramps are centered and fastened in place. Then slowly back down the vehicle
using the brake as necessary to control the speed.
