The SIMPLEX PR-14 features two, 4“ diameter rollers and a heavy duty all stainless steel construction for accurate
sheeting. Large dough pieces can be handled up to 2” thick and quickly sheeted down to the final thickness required
using the quick change indexed roller system. Sheeting is made easy with this compact counter top design, and back
strain is reduced since rolling pin work is minimized or eliminated.
The SIMPLEX PR-20 features two, 3-1/2” and two, 4“ diameter rollers. The quick change index system instantly
changes the gap between the dough rollers. Pizza and pie shells are made easily with this compact, counter top
design. The floured dough ball is dropped into the top hopper, then the sheeted dough piece is manually turned 90
degrees and fed through the second set of rollers.
