n The Blodgett condensate hood system is designed to capture escaping

steam and vapor from your combi, turn it back into water and wash it
down the drain.

n Quiet 40-60 decibels, very little impact on the noise level in your kitchen
n Self cleaning function
n Vents 93% of the steam condensation from your oven
n Variable speed motor adjusts to meet the needs of the escaping steam,

vapor and opening and closing of the door.

n The integral motor is computer controlled with the operation of the combi.
n 990 RPM fan
