CONSTRUCTION
n 316 stainless steel, one-piece welded construction
n 2/3 jacketed kettle
n All exposed surfaces shall be stainless steel
n Heavy, durable bar rim with a continuous seal weld on the underside to
ensure maximum durability and sanitation.
n Trunnion-mounted to stainless steel yoke stand with tubular leg supports
n Self-locking gear tilt mechanism and rotary steam joint are completely
enclosed in stainless steel housing, mounted on the right kettle support
arm
n Large hand crank provides easy operator tilting and precise pouring con-
trol
n Heavy-duty, butterfly-shaped pouring lip welded to the top rim of kettle to
ensure proper pouring control at all times
n ASME shop-inspected, stamped and registered with the National Board
for operation up to a maximum working pressure of 25 PSI

SHORT FORM SPECIFICATIONS
Provide Blodgett model 20DS-KLT (20 gallon), 40DS-KLT (40 gallon), 60DS-KLT (60 gallon), 80DS-KLT (80 gallon) or 100DS-KLT (100 gallon) direct steam tri-leg tilting kettle.
Unit shall be stainless steel, 2/3 jacketed, direct steam stationary kettle. Solid one-piece
welded construction of type 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel jacket with
heavy-duty reinforced bar rim and extra heavy, wide pouring lip welded to top rim of
kettle. Quick-action self locking worm gear tilt mechanism standard. Kettle mounted on
heavy stainless steel tubular stand with adjustable flanged feet. NSF-listed. ASME codeconstructed and National Board registered for operation up to 25 PSI. Provide options
and accessories as indicated.
