Nahezu 90 % aller Anlagen werden mit
24 V Steuerspannung betrieben. Für die
Verfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit dieser
Anlagen ist eine zuverlässige und
selektive Absicherung der 24 V Steuer­spannungsebene eine Grundvoraussetzung.
Schließlich kann eine dauerhaft anstehende
Überlast Leitungsisolierungen schädigen
und einen Stillstand der Anlage hervor­rufen. Wichtig ist auch, dass sich das
Absicherungskonzept flexibel den jeweiligen
Gegebenheiten anpassen lässt und sich
bestmöglich in das Gesamtsystem inte­griert. Je nach Anwendung ist eine unter­schiedliche Anzahl abzusichernder Kanäle
erforderlich – gegebenenfalls sind auch
einzelne Kanäle im Nachhinein hinzuzufügen.
Wenn auch noch detailliert der Zustand
der einzelnen Verbraucher aus der Ferne
kontrolliert werden soll, kommen heute am
Markt befindliche Produkte schnell an ihre
Grenzen. Dass es auch anders geht zeigt

Almost 90 % of all systems are operated
at 24 Vdc. For the availability and opera­tional reliability of such systems, reliable
and selective protection of the 24 V control
voltage level is a mandatory. Ultimately,
a permanent overload can damage wire
insulation and may cause a long-term
shutdown. It is also essential that the pro­tection concept can be flexibly adapted to
the respective conditions and be optimally
integrated into the overall system. In the
final application, various numbers of protec­tion channels are required and, if needed,
individual channels can be subsequently
added. If a detailed status of individual
loads is to be monitored remotely, currently
available products are providing limited
