designed for making toast.

This product is intended for household use
only.

crumbs to build up in tray.

Use

Warning! Do not exceed the maximum

capacity of the Appliance.

Operating Toaster

• Insert the plug into a suitable mains

supply socket and turn the power on.

• Place up to two slices of bread, muffins

or bagels into the bread slots (2).

• Select the desired browning setting from
No.1 to No.6 on the Variable Browning

Control (6).

Note! When using the toaster for the first

time we suggest you toast on No.3. Varying

types of bread and personal preference may

require a different browning setting.

• Press the Carriage Control lever (1) down

until it clicks into place. Toasting cycle
will automatically commence.

Note! If the toaster is not plugged in and

switched on at the power point the carriage
control lever will not click into place.

• The toaster turns off when the desired

toast colour is achieved and
automatically raises the toast. The
toasting process can be stopped at any
time by pressing the cancel button (4).

Browning Setting. Press the carriage control

lever down until it clicks into place then
press the Frozen Button (3).

Reheating Toast

The toaster allows you to reheat toast
without additional toasting. To reheat, place
toast into bread slots, lower the carriage
control lever until it clicks into place and
press the Reheat Button (5).

Care and Cleaning

• Always turn the power off, remove the

plug and allow the toaster to cool before
cleaning.

• To remove any crumbs from the toaster,

slide out the crumb tray from under the
toaster, empty and replace in the toaster
before using it again.

• Wipe the outside of the toaster with a

slightly dampened cloth and polish with
a soft dry cloth. Do not immerse in water.

• To clean the interior, turn the toaster

upside down over the sink and shake
crumbs free.

Utilisation

Avertissement! Ne dépasser pas la capacité

maximale de l’appareil.

Mode d’emploi du grille-pain

• Branchez l’appareil sur le secteur et

mettez-le en marche.

• Insérez jusqu’à deux tranches de pain, de

mun ou de bagel dans les fentes (2).

• Réglez le degré de brunissage de 1 à 6 à

l’aide de la touche de commande de
brunissage (6).

Remarque! Lorsque vous utilisez le
grille-pain pour la première fois, nous vous
conseillons d’utiliser le degré 3. Vous
pouvez modifier le réglage de brunissage
selon le type de pain et vos préférences.

• Abaissez la manette de grillage (1)

jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche en position.
Le cycle de grillage commence
automatiquement.

Griller du pain congelé

Pour griller du pain congelé, insérez les

tranches de pain dans les fentes et
sélectionnez le degré de brunissage.
Abaissez la manette de grillage jusqu’à ce
qu’elle s’enclenche en position puis appuyez
sur la touche décongélation (3).

Réchauer des tranches de pain
grillé

Le grille-pain permet de réchauer des

tranches de pain grilles sans les brunir. Pour

réchauer, insérez les tranches de pain grillé
dans les fentes, abaissez la manette de
grillage jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche en
position et appuyez sur la touche
réchauage (5).

Soin et nettoyage

• Mettez le grille-pain hors tension,

débranchez-le et laisse-le refroidir
complètement avant de le nettoyer.

• Pour éliminer les miettes du grille-pain,

sortez le plateau ramasse-miettes du
grille-pain, videz-le et remettez-le en
position avant d’utiliser le grille-pain.

• Essuyez l’extérieur du grille-pain à l’aide

d’un chion légèrement humide et
séchez-le avec un chion doux et sec. Ne
le plongez pas dans l’eau.

Remarque! Si le grille-pain est en marche

mais s’il n’est pas branché, la manette ne
peut pas s’enclencher.

• Le grille-pain s’arrête dès que le degré de

brunissage est atteint et soulève la
tranche de pain grillé automatiquement.

Il est possible d’interrompre le grillage à

tout moment en appuyant sur la touche
annulation (4).

• Pour nettoyer l’intérieur, tournez le

grille-pain à l’envers au-dessus d’un évier
et secouez les miettes.

• Pressione a alavanca de controlo (1) para
baixo até que encaixe no sítio. O ciclo
para torrar começará automaticamente.

Nota! Se a torradeira não estiver ligada a
alavanca de controlo não encaixará no sítio.

• A torradeira desliga quando a cor da
torrada desejada é alcançada e eleva
automaticamente a torrada. Pode parar
de torrar em qualquer altura
pressionando o botão cancelar (4).

Torrar pão congelado

Para torrar pão congelado, coloque o pão
nas ranhuras para o pão e selecione a

definição de escurecimento desejada.
Pressione a alavanca de controlo para baixo
até encaixar no sítio e pressione depois o
botão congelar (3).

Tornar a aquecer a torrada

A torradeira permite que torne a aquecer a
torrada sem torrar novamente. Para tornar a
aquecer, coloque a torrada nas ranhuras do
pão, baixe a alavanca de controlo até
encaixar no sítio e pressione o botão tornar
a aquecer (5).

Cuidado e limpeza

• Desligue sempre a energia, retire a ficha
e deixe a torradeira arrefecer antes de
limpar.

• Para retirar quaisquer migalhas da
torradeira, deslize o tabuleiro para as
migalhas de debaixo da torradeira,
esvazie e substitua a torradeira antes de
a utilizar novamente.

• Limpe a parte exterior da torradeira com
um pano ligeiramente húmido e torne a
limpar com um pano seco macio. Não
mergulhe em água.

• Para limpar o interior, vire a torradeira
para baixo no lava-louça e abane até
ficar sem migalhas.
