Power Specification: 110 to 220 VAC
1. The device is equipped with a microprocessor that can charge the phone with the battery in the front slot. The phone can be in operation mode while the battery is charging. One battery can be charged and discharged in the back slot.
2. While charging a battery in the front slot, put the phone into position. The charging indicator (PHONE) will turn red to indicate that it’s ON. The front slot does not have a discharging function.
3. While charging the battery in the back slot, put the battery into position. The charging indicator (BAT) will turn red to indicate that it’s ON. If the indicator does not start blinking, the battery may be out of order. Remove the battery and try again.
4. The indicator will be red after the battery is fully charged. The indicator will turn green when the battery can be removed. If the battery remains in the slot, the device can automatically detect the status and can prevent the battery from overcharging.

5. When discharging the battery in the back slot, put the battery into position, and press the discharge button. The indicator (BAT) will blink until the battery is completely discharged. When the indicator stops blinking, the battery will automatically go into charge mode.
6. Some lithium batteries have no memory effect and cannot be discharged. The Dual Desktop Charger can detect this and will not discharge the battery.
7. Nickel metal hydride and nickel cadmium batteries will develop a memory effect over time. This effect will decrease the batteries’ capacity for performance. To coun­teract memory effect, use the rear slot of the charger/conditioner to fully discharge and recharge the battery to full capacity.
8. The Dual Desktop Charger is designed with short circuit protection. In case of a short circuit, remove the phone and battery, unplug the power cord, then replug into the power source.
WARNING:
1. This charger can charge Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, and lithium
batteries. CHARGING OTHER KINDS OF BATTERIES WITH THIS CHARGER IS HAZARDOUS.
2. It is normal for the charger and the battery to heat up
during operation.
3. Avoid operating in sunlight or at high temperatures.
