Operating Instructions
Power Specification: 110 to 220 VAC
1. The device is equipped with a microprocessor that can
charge the phone with the battery in the front slot. The
phone can be in operation mode while the battery is
charging. One battery can be charged and discharged in
the back slot.
2. While charging a battery in the front slot, put the phone
into position. The charging indicator (PHONE) will turn red
to indicate that it’s ON. The front slot does not have a
discharging function.
3. While charging the battery in the back slot, put the battery
into position. The charging indicator (BAT) will turn red to
indicate that it’s ON. If the indicator does not start
blinking, the battery may be out of order. Remove the
battery and try again.
4. The indicator will be red after the battery is fully charged.
The indicator will turn green when the battery can be
removed. If the battery remains in the slot, the device can
automatically detect the status and can prevent the battery

5. When discharging the battery in the back slot, put the
battery into position, and press the discharge button. The
indicator (BAT) will blink until the battery is completely
discharged. When the indicator stops blinking, the battery
will automatically go into charge mode.
6. Some lithium batteries have no memory effect and cannot
be discharged. The Dual Desktop Charger can detect this
and will not discharge the battery.
7. Nickel metal hydride and nickel cadmium batteries will
develop a memory effect over time. This effect will
decrease the batteries’ capacity for performance. To counteract memory effect, use the rear slot of the
charger/conditioner to fully discharge and recharge the
battery to full capacity.
8. The Dual Desktop Charger is designed with short circuit
protection. In case of a short circuit, remove the phone
and battery, unplug the power cord, then replug into the
power source.
WARNING:
1. This charger can charge Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, and lithium
batteries. CHARGING OTHER KINDS OF BATTERIES WITH
THIS CHARGER IS HAZARDOUS.
2. It is normal for the charger and the battery to heat up
during operation.
3. Avoid operating in sunlight or at high temperatures.
