A NiMH battery has memory effect, which can reduce charging capa­bilities. We recommend that you always condition your battery before
recharging it to reduce and eliminate the risk of memory effect. To condi­tion your battery, press the “DIS” button. The DIS LED turns orange and
blinks. The charger will automatically start recharging the battery once it
has been completely discharged.

For the battery in
the rear slot: When
charging the battery,
the BAT LED will light
red and blink. When
the battery is
completely charged,
the red light will turn
green.

When connected
to the power supply,
the red PWR LED
will light.

When the phone battery
in the front slot is being
charged, the PHONE LED will
shine red and blink. The red
light will turn green when the
battery is fully charged.

Troubleshooting

Status: No LED display.
Possible Solutions:

1. Did the cable fall off, or is it damaged? Reconnect or
change the cable.

2. Does the AC adapter have voltage? Use the original AC
adapter.

3. Is the polarity correct? Use the original AC adapter.

Status: The battery is installed in the phone, but no there’s
no LED display.

Possible Solutions:

1. Is the phone contacting the metal pins on the charger?
Position and slide the phone into place again to make sure
the metal tabs connect to the metal pins.

2. Are the metal tabs on the phone oxidized? Clean the metal
pins.

3. Are the metal pins on the charger oxidized? Clean the
metal tabs.

4. Some phones that have security protection will delay
charging. Wait a few minutes.

Status: LED is flashing sporadically.
Possible Solution: Make sure the battery is not defective.

Change the battery if it’s defective.
