IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR HAND VAC. When using
an electrical appliance, basic precautions should be observed, including the following:
• Do not use outdoor s or on wet surface s.
WARNING TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY:
• Do not allow to be used as a toy. Clos e attention is necess ary when used by or n ear children.
• Do not use for any purpo se other than des cribed in this user guide. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
• Do not use with damage d cord or plug. If ap pliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoor s, or dropped in to water, have it repaired at an authori zed service center.
• Do not put any object i nto opening.
• Do not use with any open ing blocked.
• Do not unplug by pullin g on cord. To unplug, g rasp the plug, not t he cord.
• Do not handle charg er, including charg er plug and charger terminal, with wet hands.
• Do not charge the machine outdoors.
• Use only the charger supplied by the manufacturer to recharge.
• Do not incinerate the a ppliance even if it is seve rely damage d. The batterie s can explode in a fi re.
• Keep openings fre e of dust, lint, hai r and anything th at may reduce air flow.
• Keep hair, loose clothi ng, fingers, a nd all parts of b ody away from ope nings and moving p arts.
• Do not pick up anythin g that is burning or s moking, such as cigaret tes, matches or hot a shes.
• Use extra care when c leaning stair s.
• Do not use without Dir t Bin or filters in p lace.

• Do not use to pick up flam mable or combust ible materials (lighter fl uid, gasoline, ke rosene, etc.) or use in a reas where they ma y be present.
• Do not use vacuum cleaner in an enclosed space filled with vapor s given off by oil-b ased paint, pai nt thinner, some moth-proofing substances, flammable dust, or other expl osive or toxic vapors .
• Do not pick up hard or sha rp objects suc h as glass, nails , screws, co ins, etc.
• Use only on dry, indoo r surfaces.
• Do not pull or carry c harger by the cord, u se cord as a handle, cl ose a door on cord, o r pull cord around s harp edges or co rners. Do not r un appliance over cor d.
• Prevent unintention al starting . Ensure the power i s OFF before picking up o r carrying th e appliance. C arrying the a ppliance with your fin ger on the power bu tton or energiz ing applianc e that have the p ower on invites accid ents.
• Keep the temperature r ange between 40 -104°F when charging b attery, storing ma chine or during us e.
• Do not use appliance that is damaged or modified. Damage d or modified bat teries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose appli ance to fire or excessi ve temperature. Exposu re to fire or temperatu re above 130°C/ 265°F may cause explosion.
• Recharge only with th e charger specif ied by the manufa cturer. A charger tha t is suitable for on e type of batter y pack may create a risk of f ire when used with another b attery pack.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the sa fety of the produc t is maintained .
• Follow all charging in structions an d do not charge the applian ce outside of the tem perature range s pecified in the instr uctions. Char ging improperl y or at temperatures outsid e of the specified ra nge may damage th e battery and increase the risk of fire.
• Do not modify or at tempt to repair the ap pliance except as indica ted in the instruc tions for use and ca re.
• Use only with Listed/Ce rtified ITE eq uipment/power supply or C lass II power unit.
• Under abusive cond itions, liquid m ay be ejected from the batte ry; avoid contact . If contact accid entally occurs , flush with wa ter. If liquid contact s eyes, addition ally seek medical h elp. Liquid eje cted from the batte ry may cause irritation or burns.
