Please read the safety instructions carefully before using this
appliance. Please retain the instructions for future refer-
ence.
SAFETY MEASURES
When using your appliance, the following basic
safety precautions should always be followed:
Before using for the first time, check that the appliance voltage is the same as your local supply. Only use the appliance for the purposes stipu­lated by the instructions.

plug or power cord in water or any other liquids. Do

Use of various adapters may result in damage to the
appliance and termination of warranty.
Always supervise the equipment while in use.To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate any other high
voltage equipment on the same circuit.
Always unplug before moving the appliance from one
place to another, cleaning and storing.
Never pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, instead grasp
the plug and pull it to disconnect.
Do not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in contact
with hot surfaces.
Position the appliance and the cord so that nobody can acci-
dentally overturn it.
Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it has a
damaged power cord or plug. Do not modify or repair the machine yourself.
Do not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly might
result in an electric shock during the subsequent use of the equipment. Repairs should only be done by authorized service centers.
Do not use the device in areas where combustible gas mixtures
or inflammable liquid vapors could present in the air, or in areas with inflammable air-borne dust or fibers.
This equipment is intended for household use only, not for
commercial or industrial use.

SPECIAL SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS
Avoid contacts with moving parts of the appliance. Never attempt to remove attachments during op-
eration of the unit. First switch the mixer off.
Always insert beaters into the appropriate slots. Never use the mixer to mix paints or solvents. Do not apply extra force while assembling/
disassembling the appliance.
Switch the mixer on only when fully assembled. Before use, always
check whether the unit is assembled properly.
Do not use the appliance if the ambient temperature exceeds
00C/ +350C
Duration of continuous operation of the appliance:
- Blending whisks – not more than 20 minutes of operation and 5-10 minutes break.
- Dough kneading attachments – not more than 10 minutes of operation and 5 -10 minutes break.
- Turbo regime – not more than 2 minutes of continuous operation.

BEFORE USE
Unpack the appliance.Wipe the body, the base and power cord
with soft moisturized fabric, and then wipe them dry. Wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry carefully the bowls, whisks and dough hooks.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure that the mixer is switched off and power cord is out of mains.
2. In order to put the mixer body (3) on the base (7), push the lever to fix the body on the base (5), insert metal shaft in the bottom of the body in the groove to fix mixer (16) on the base

3. If you intend to use removable metal bowl (15), install turn­table (8) on the opening for metal bowl (10). If you intend to use removable glass bowl (14), install turntable (8) on the opening for glass bowl. Install the bowl (14,15) on the turn­table (8).
Note: It is not recommended to use mixer without bowl
installed.
4. Raise the mixer body up (3), keeping the button of body blockage (6).
5. Insert whisk or hook (12, 13) in the openings to fix whisks (9) on the bottom of the body (3).
Note: In order to ensure proper operation, insert whisk (12)
with plastic head in the opening 8a. Insert dough hook (13) with wider disk in the opening 8b.
6. Lower the body down (3), keeping the button of body block­age (6).
7. Put ingredients into the bowl (14,15).
8. Switch the mixer on, by turning speed selector (4) clockwise. Set the desired speed (from 1 up to 12). Always begin opera­tion from the lowest speed, and then increase it gradually.
9. Upon the end of the use set speed selector (4) in position «0» and unplug the appliance from mains.

USEFUL ADVICES
It is recommended to use whisks for beating
(12) to prepare puddings, mash, liquid dough (for pancakes, for example), to beat cream and white of eggs (for meringues, for example). It is recommended to use dough hooks (13) for dough of medium density. It is recommended to prepare very thick dough manually. Speeds 1-5 are the optimum
speeds for dough.
Use speeds 1-5 for mixing and blending ingredients; use speeds
6-8 for creamy mix preparation (cream, mash). High speeds 9-12 are dedicated for beating ingredients into a light mix (white of eggs, cream).
«Pulse» button (2) provides additional opportunity for in-
creased speed operation within short periods. This function can be activated at any of 12 speeds. It is necessary only to push button (2) and keep it in this position. Continuous opera­tion under this mode should not exceed 2 minutes.
DISPOSAL
The appliance should be disposed of in accor­dance with waste disposal regulations in your coun­try and with the least damage to the environment.
Only ecologically safe materials are used in the packaging of our products and the cardboard and paper can be disposed of with normal paper waste.
