Please read the safety instructions carefully before using this
appliance. Please retain the instructions for future refer-
ence.
SAFETY MEASURES
When using your appliance, the following basic
safety precautions should always be followed: Before using for the first time, check that the appliance voltage is the same as your local supply. Only use the appliance for the purposes stipu­lated by the instructions.

To avoid electric shocks, do not immerse the appliance,
plug or power cord in water or any other liquids. Do
not place the appliance where it could come into contact with water or other liquids. If the appliance comes in contact with water, immediately disconnect it from the mains. Do not use the machine again until it has been serviced by an autho-
rized service center.
Do not let children use the appliance without supervision.If the power cord plug does not fit to your wall socket,
consult a qualified electrician.
Use of various adapters may result in damage to the
appliance and termination of warranty.
Always supervise the equipment while in use.To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate any other high
voltage equipment on the same circuit.
Always unplug before moving the appliance from one
place to another, cleaning and storing.
Never pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, instead grasp
the plug and pull it to disconnect.
Do not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in contact
with hot surfaces.
Position the appliance and the cord so that nobody can acci-
dentally overturn it.
Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it has a
damaged power cord or plug. Do not modify or repair the machine yourself.
Do not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly might
result in an electric shock during the subsequent use of the equipment. Repairs should only be done by authorized service centers.
Do not use the device in areas where combustible gas mixtures
or inflammable liquid vapors could present in the air, or in areas with inflammable air-borne dust or fibers

PRECAUTIONS
Put the kitchen machine on a plain horizontal dry surface. Before the first use, make sure all components of the kitchen machine are properly mounted. While fitting the tips, do not apply excessive force since this could cause to a failure of the appliance and termination of warranty obligations.
Do not fill the cup above the maximum level mark
(calibration upper mark).
During the operation of the electrical appliance, it’s not al-
lowed to push in products, using fingers or any other foreign objects. Use only special pushrod for this purpose (1).
If food products are hot, let them cool down (maximum tem-
perature is 80°C) before processing.
Do not use abrasive detergents for washing the appliance
components.
If abnormal smoke smell, sounds or capacity reduction are
observed during the operation, switch off and unplug the ap­pliance immediately and clean it. If normal operation has not resumed after the cleaning, get in touch with an authorized service center.
It’s recommended to use the manufacturer’s package to pre-
vent damage of the kitchen machine during transportation.
If abnormal smoke smell, sounds or capacity reduction are
observed during the operation, switch off and unplug the ap­pliance immediately and clean it. If normal operation has not resumed after the cleaning, get in touch with a certified service center.

Never touch the moving parts of the appliance during opera-
tion.
During the operation, the cup of the kitchen machine must
always be closed with the lid.
When the work is finished or before the removal of the tip from
the appliance, always move the mode selector to position «0» and unplug the appliance from the power grid.

BEFORE USE
Before the first use of the appliance, thor­oughly wash all components which will contact with food products. Wipe with a soft damp cloth the casing (4) of the appliance.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put the cup (3) on the appliance casing (4). Fix the kitchen machine cup (3) by turning coun­terclockwise up to the stop.
2. Fix the required tip in the cup (3): use the adapter (7) which is mounted on the actuator
(8) for the shredders (11, 12, 13); for the tips (9, 10), the adapter (7) is not required.
counterclockwise and match the mark on the lid with the arrow of the cup handle. Make sure that all components of the appli­ance are properly installed. If the cup (3) or the lid (2) are installed improperly, the appliance will not switch on.
4. Load the food products through a special loading opening in
the lid (2). Use the pushrod (1) for pushing products through the loading opening. During the operation, you may use the pushrod (1) to cover the loading opening to prevent the splash­out of liquid or food product chips.
Attention: if the kitchen machine suddenly stopped
operating, press the knob «0» to switch off the appliance, unplug the appliance from the power grid and allow it cool down within 15 minutes. After that, switch it on again.
5. Use the mode selector (5) to choose the required mode of
operation («I» or pulse «Pulse»). After completion of the work, press «0» to switch the appliance off, and unplug the power cord from the power grid.
6. The appliance mills the products very quickly. To avoid exces­sive milling of ingredients, each time switch on the appliance for a short period of time.
7. Use mode «I» either for grating soft vegetables and fruit, or slicing solid products. Use the pulse mode («Pulse») for milling

8. Use the blade (14) either to remove adhered products from the cup, or for convenience of cleaning procedure. Store the blade separately from knives.
Tip application
Dough kneading tip (9)
1. This tip is used for dough kneading and preparation of differ­ent mixtures and confectionery masses.
2. Install the cup (3) and fix the tip to the actuator (8) inside the cup.
3. Before loading food products, make sure that the tip is prop­erly installed.
4. Place required ingredients into the cup (3).
5. Close the cup (3) with the lid (2) and place the pushrod (1) in the food loading opening.
6. Press «I» to switch on the appliance (the dough will be ready in 1-3 minutes).
Mincer (10)
1. This tip is used for product milling (meat, vegetables).
2. Install the cup and fix the mincer (10) to the actuator (8) inside the cup.
3. Before loading food products, make sure that the tip is prop­erly installed.
4. Place required ingredients into the cup (3).
5. Close the cup (3) with the lid (2) and place the pushrod (1) in the food loading opening.
6. Press «I» to switch on the appliance.
Use of shredders and knife for slicing French fries
(11, 12, 13)
1. Double-sided tip for coarse shredding and coarse grate (11) are applied for slicing products in thick circles, for coarse shred­ding as well as for grating products in thick trips.
2. Double-sided tip for fine shredding and fine grate (12) are applied for slicing products in thin circles, for fine shredding as well as for grating products in thin trips.
3. Knife for slicing French fries (13) is used for slicing uncooked potato.
4. Install the cup (3) and connect the adaptor (7) to the actuator (8).
5. Select of three available replaceable tips (11-13) which you would like to use, and connect it to the adaptor (7) by pressing the side section of the tip.
Note: put the selected tip (11-12) with the cutting part
upward.
6. Close the cup (3) with the lid (2).
7. Load products through a special opening. Use the pushrod (1) to push ingredients slowly and steadily.
8. After completion of the work, press «0» to switch the appli­ance off, and unplug the power cord from the power grid.

9. Use mode «I» for grating and slicing solid product. Use mode «Pulse» for soft products.
10.Large product bits should preliminary be cut in smaller pieces, so that they could easily pass through the food loading open­ing.
11. If it’s necessary to mill bigger amount of products, split them in small portions and regularly empty the cup once each portion is processed.
Attention: be extremely careful while inserting the adaptor
(7) in the actuator (8). The grate knife blades are
very sharp! Be extremely careful while removing the adaptor (7) from tips.
CARE AND CLEANING
1. Always switch off the appliance before clean­ing.
2. Do not use rigid abrasive tools for cleaning the appliance.
3. After each use, wipe the casing (4) and ac­tuator (8) with a damp cloth. Do not submerge
other liquid.
4. Wash all tips (9-13), lid (2), cup (3) and pushrod (1) in a soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
5. Clean the kitchen machine each time immediately after use!

USEFUL ADVICES
Sponge cake
Eggs – 3 pcs Water (35°C) – 30ml Sault – on the tip of a knife Vanilla sugar – 1 bag
Breadstuff – 150g Baking powder – 3g
For dough kneading, use the dough kneading tip (9). Beat
eggs with water within about 2 minutes. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients within about 1 minute. The mixture should flow down from a spoon, but be sufficiently thick at the same time. Carefully add breadstuff and baking pow­der in the mixture, and mix the ingredients once again. Cook the sponge cake in an oven at a temperature of 1800C within 30 minutes.
Mayonnaise sauce
Yolks - 6 pcs Dining mustard – 25g Lemon – 1 piece Vinegar – 20g Vegetable oil – 800g Salt, pepper – on taste
Sugar – 150g
Using the dough tip (9), mix uncooked yolks with mustard, salt
and lemon juice. Stir the mixture fair enough and then, without interrupting the beating process, pour oil to obtain a thick sauce. Add vinegar and lemon juice of the lemon second half to the cooked sauce and then beat the mixture again. Serve with black pepper.
Italian tomato sauce
Tomato – 4-6 pcs. Bulb onion – 40g Garlic – 2 cloves Celery – 40g Parsley greens Basil – a few leaves Vegetable oil – 2-4 tablespoons Salt, pepper – on taste
Cut all ingredients by the mincer (10), add salt and pepper.
Place the mixture in a pot and smother with oil on a slow fire over several minutes, continuously stirring the mixture.
Pancakes
Breadstuff – 2 - 3 glasses Yolks – 2 - 3 pcs Milk – 1 liter Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons Leaven Vanilla sugar Salt, pepper – on taste
Use the dough kneading tip (9). Mix uncooked yolks with
sugar, salt, vanilla sugar. Add breadstuff, leaven and 0.5 l of milk. Mix the ingredients. The consistence of the mixture should recon thick sour cream. Then add vegetable oil and mix again. Add remaining preliminary-heated (not until boiling) milk. Stir the mix­ture to receive a homogenous state. Bake pancakes on a heated oiled frying pan. Pancakes are served hot with oil, sour cream or plain condensed milk. It’s delicious if you roll a piece of salmon in a pancake.
Farci peppers
Chicken stuffing – 500g Rice - 150g Carrot – 200g Sweet pepper – 1kg Salt, tomato paste – on taste
Use the mincer (10) to cook chicken stuffing. Decoct rice, but
not until it is ready, then mix it with stuffing, add salt. Remove the core from peppers and fill the peppers with stuffing (not until the end), add grated carrot from atop. Lay peppers in a big pot, pour hot water and add tomato paste. Cook over 30-40 minutes, then add salt on taste.

The appliance should be disposed of in accor­dance with waste disposal regulations in your coun­try and with the least damage to the environment.
Only ecologically safe materials are used in the packaging of our products and the cardboard and paper can be disposed of with normal paper waste.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If your appliance does not operate or does not operate properly, contact an authorized service center for consultancy or repair.
The warrantee does not cover:
- product packing, consumables and acces-
- mechanical damages and natural wear of the product;
- failures due to overloading, improper or careless maintenance, penetration of liquids, dust, insects and other foreign matters inside the product, exposure of plastic and other not thermal­resistant components to high temperatures, force-majeure cir­cumstances (accidents, fire, flooding, power grid failure, light­ning stroke, etc.);
