The MAII Module Adapter provides mounting, power, and audio interface for BOSE® AmPlus Series EQ
cards (Models 8, 25, 32, 102, 1B, 402, 502, & 802). The MAII allows these cards to be used
economically in 'stand-alone' applications with BIAMP IWA250 in-wall powered mixers, Biamp MXA
Series commercial mixer/amplifiers, or virtually any other sound system.

ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION

The module adapter shall provide power, mounting, and audio input/output (on RCA connectors) for BOSE® AmPlus Series EQ
'cards' (Models 8, 25, 32, 102, 1B, 402, 502, & 802). Module adapters shall allow these modules/cards to be used economically in
'stand-alone' applications with Biamp IWA250 & MXA Series products, or with virtually any other sound system.
The module adapter shall consist of a small metal box, with an internal circuit board and an external power transformer. The
internal circuit board shall include an edge-connector, which will provide ground and power to the EQ card circuit board (500mA
max. @ ±12 VDC). The external power transformer shall be detachable via a 5-pin DIN connector. Keyholes shall be provided on
the module adapter rear panel to allowscrew-mounting to any surface.
Power consumption for the module adapter shall be less than 2 Watts (with card installed). Dimensions for the the module
adapter shall be 1.9 inches high, 6 inches wide, and 3 inches deep. Weight shall be 1.85 lbs. (including power transformer). The
module adapter shall be compliant with EU Directive 2002/95/EC, the RoHS directive. The power source shall be UL / C-UL listed.
Warranty coverage shall be five-years.
The module adapter shall be a BIAMP MAII.
