Design Features

• Four removable louvered pan support
sections allow for fast and easy cleaning

• Racks hold 18” x 26” bun pans by the lip,
so intermediate pan support ribs do not
interfere with high profile products

• Selective spacing on 1½” centers

Quality Construction

• All aluminum construction

• Bottom and top frame constructed of
durable 1½” square tubing that is welded
at all corners to heavy-duty 1½” x 1½”
extruded angle uprights

• Extruded tie bars bolted horizontally at
front and rear

• .190 aluminum caster mounting plate is
welded to each corner of the bottom frame

• All racks are mounted on 5” heavy-duty
plate-type, neoprene casters

• Bottom and top frame consist of durable 1½”

square tube heliarc welded at all corners

Uprights are 1½” x 1½” extruded angle heliarc
welded to bottom and top frames

• Tie bar is a custom extruded shape mounted

horizontally at front and rear of rack

• Side panels are aluminum formed and

louvered to create pan supports that allow
for easy cleaning

• Bottom frame has .190 aluminum caster

mounting plates heliarc welded to corners

Pan Supports

• Aluminum side panels louvered on 1½” centers
to hold 18” x 26” pans (lip supported)

Casters

• Heavy-duty plate-type casters, all swivel, with 5”
neoprene wheels
