Design Features
• Durable, light weight extruded materials
provide years of dependable service
• 64” maximum height is ideal for “roll-in”
applications
• All 12 sets of heavy-duty “adjustable” pan
supports (RA64-UA12-R model) are
removable for thorough cleaning
• All racks will accommodate 18” x 26” pans,
and RA64-UA12-R will also accept
12” x 20” pans
• No center bracing to interfere with loading
or unloading
• Casters inset to permit a full 360° swing
without breaking the rack’s exterior plane
Quality Construction
• Extruded aluminum construction
• Top frame consists of four pieces of 1½”
square tube heliarc welded at all corners
• Bottom frame consists of six pieces of 1½”
square tube welded at all corners and at
front and rear sections to support “inset”
caster placement
• Heavy-duty plate-type casters with 5”
polyurethane wheels bolted to mating
plates heliarc welded to bottom frame

Racks
Construction
• Bottom and top frames consist of 1½”
square tube heliarc welded at all seams
• Uprights on the RA64-AR18-R and
RA64-AR21-R are 1½” x 1½” extruded
angle heliarc welded to bottom and top
frames
• Uprighs on the RA64-UA12-R are custom
“T” shaped extrusion with 1½” spacing to
allow adjustment of pan supports. “T”
uprights are heliarc welded to bottom and
top frame

Bottom frame has .190 aluminum caster
mounting plates welded to the 1½”
square tube
Pan Supports
• RA64-AR18-R and RA64-AR21-R have
1½” x 1¾” extruded aluminum angles riveted to
rack uprights
• RA64-UA12-R has 12 sets of extruded heavyduty “adjustable” universal pan supports
Casters
• Heavy-duty plate type casters, all swivel, with
5” polyurethane wheels
• Casters are “inset” for roll-in applications
