1. Introduction

All items in our wide production range are the result of twenty-years’ experience in the automatism
sector and of continuous research for new materials and advanced technologies.
We are, therefore, in the position to off er higly reliable products that due to their po wer , eff ectiveness
and useful life, fully satisfy the final user’s requirements.
All our products are manufactured to the standard UNI 8612 and are covered by warranty.
Possible injury to people or accidents caused b y defects in construction are covered b y a civil liabil-
ity policy drawn up with one of the major insurance companies.
1. Einleitung
Wir danken Ihnen dafür, daß Sie sich für den VN.15CT Gitteröffner entschieden haben.
Alle Produkte der umfangreichen Produktion sind das Ergebnis der zwanzigjährigen Erfahrungen im Bereich der Automation und der ständigen Erf orschung von neuen Materialien und fortgeschrittenen Technologien.
Aus diesem Grund sind wir heute in der Lage, zuverlässige Produkte anzubieten, die, dank ihren Stärke,
Wirksamkeit und Haltbarkeit, der Anforderungen des Endverbrauchers völlig gerecht werden.

2. Caratteristiche generali
L’automatismo VN.15CT è stato realizzato per automatizzare porte sezionali e scorrevoli.
È dotato di frizione meccanica che permette la regolazione della forza di spinta ed è predisposto per l’appli-
cazione dell’elettrofreno art. VN.LI.
Il riduttore del tipo irreversibile assicura la perfetta chiusura della porta.
2. General features
The VN.15CT operator has been designed to automize sectionals and sliding doors.
It features a mechanic clutch which facilitates the adjustment of the thrust force.
The non-reversible speed reduction unit ensures the perfect closing of the door.
2. Allgemeine Eigenshaften
Die Automatik VN.15CT ist zur Automation von Sektional und Schiebe-Tür geeignet.
Die Hubkraft kann durch eine mechanische Kupplung eingestellt werden.
Außerdem ist es möglich, die Automatik VN.15CT mit einer VN.LI-Elektrobremse auszurüsten.
Durch einen selbstsperrenden Schließer wird ein einwandfreier Türschluß garantiert.
2. Caractéristiques générales
L’automatisme VN.15CT a été réalisé pour automatiser portes sectionelles et portails coulissants.
Il est doté d’embrayage mécanique qui permet le réglage de la force de poussée.
Le réducteur, du type irréversible, assure une fermeture parfaite de la porte.

5. Regolazione frizione meccanica (fig.3)
Per regolare meccanicamente la forza di traino agire nel seguente modo:
- Togliere il grano S.
- Regolare la forza di traino agendo con la chiav e a brugola B sul grano G: a vvitare per ottenere un aumento
della forza, svitare per diminuirla.
5. Mechanical friction adjustment (fig.3)
To adjust the drive force mechanically, proceed as follows:
- unscrew grains S
- adjust the drive force b y using the Allen wrench B on grain G: tighten to increase the f orce, unscrew
to decrease.
5. Einstellung der mechanischen Friktion (Abb.3)
Um die Antriebskraft mechanisch einzustellen, ist folgender maßen vorzugehen:
- Den Befestigungsstift S herausschrauben
- Mittels einem Exagonalschlüssel B auf den Stift G, die Antriebskraft einstellen: beim Einschrauben wird
die Antriebskraft erhöht; beim Ausschrauben wird sie verringert.
5. Réglage de l’embrayage mécanique (fig.3)
Pour régler la force de déplacement de façon mécanique, procéder de la façon suivante:
- Dévisser la vis sans fin S
- Avec une clef C, empêcher la rotation de l’axe.
- Régler la force de déplacement avec une clef exagonale B sur la vis G; en devissant, la force dimi-
nue.
5. Regulación de la fricción mecánica (fig.3)
Para regular mecánicamente la fuerza de tracción operar del siguiente modo:
- Quitar el grano S.
- Regular la fuerza de tracción operando con la llav e allen B el gr ano G: atornillar para obtener un aumento
de la fuerza, desatornillar para disminuirla.

6. Elettrofreno
A richiesta il VN.15CT può essere for nito con elettrofreno, oppure quest’ultimo può essere applicato in
seguito come da figg. 4 e 5.

By request the VN.15CT motor is available with electrobrake; anyway this one can be applied after-
wards as per fig. 4 and fig. 5.

Auf W unsch der VN.15CT Motor ist lief erbar mit Elektrobremse; jedenfalls kann diese später laut Abb . 4 und
5 eingebaut werden.
