Ball Bearing Lockup Clutch
INSTALLATION FOR BDL BALL BEARING LOCK UP CLUTCH BPP100-500-700
BPP-100 BDL pressure plate with 32 -3/8” chromium steel ball bearings and special adjustment screw and nut.
Holding assembly with pressure against the diaphragm so that the ball bearings are secured, place assembly on to clutch basket.
Place BDL diaphragm over ball bearings on pressure plate.
While firmly holding assembly
on clutch basket, locate holes in
the clutch hub and screw the shoulder bolts in.
Place BDL retainer over diaphragm and insert shoulder bolts.
Tighten shoulder bolts down to
approx. 25 TO 30 foot pounds.
