The TNSE B is a compact self-tilting mixer, consisting of an ANSE spiral mixer permanently
coupl
ed to a hydraulic elevator, designed to vertically raise the whole structure and, with a
rotation movement, tip the dough contained in the bowl on the bench beneath.. Unloading is
performed on the right or left side depending on the model.

formance of the ANSE mixers with the efficiency of a dependable safe hydraulic elevatortipper which, in very limited spaces, transfers the dough on the bench without requiring any
operator intervention.

x Steel mixer structure appropriately strengthened
to ensure machine rigidity for even the most
heavy-duty work and to transfer to the dough all
the mechanical energy developed by the tool.
x Outer casings painted with dual-cycle anti-
corrosion treatment, using epoxy powders (food
contact).
x Thermoformed ABS head cover.
x Stainless steel bowl with rounded edge.
x Stainless steel grid, with gas spring assisted
movement.
x High resistance stainless steel column and spiral.
x Electrical power board contained in box protected
to IP 65 for protection against flour dust and water spray.
x Transmission of movements to spiral and bowl
by means of pulleys and belts.
x Independent motors for bowl and spiral.
x Two working speeds for bowl and spiral.
x Inversion of bowl rotation direction in first speed.
x Electronic control panel with two displays. Work
cycle setting in manual or automatic mode (two
speeds two timers), with possibility of prestoring and recalling 9 recipes.
x Column elevator-tipper, hydraulic cylinder
operation, structural steelwork painted with
dual-cycle anti-corrosion treatment, using
epoxy powders (food contact).
x Up-down movements by “hold-to-run” con-
trols.
x Button for bowl rotation, after tipping, to
facilitate detachment of the dough.
