IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put cord, plugs, or appliance
in water or other liquid.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near
children.
5. This Citrus Juicer is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure they
do not play with the appliance.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off
attachments and before cleaning.
CAUTION: AVOID CONTACT WITH MOVING PARTS.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after
the appliance malfunctions, or it is dropped, or has been damaged in
any manner. Contact Consumer Service for examination,
repair or adjustment.
8. The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended by the
manufacturer may cause a risk of injury to persons.
9. Release pressure on the juicing cone to turn the Citrus Juicer OFF.
10. Do not use outdoors.
11. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
12. Do not let cord contact hot surfaces, including the stove.

Notes on the Plug
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce
the risk of electric shock, this plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If
the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t,
contact a qualied electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
Notes on the Cord
a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be
provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord.
b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and
may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c) If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or
extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of
the appliance;
2) If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be
a grounding- type 3-wire cord; and
3) The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
counter top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or
tripped over.
Plasticizer Warning
CAUTION: To prevent Plasticizers from migrating to the nish of the counter
top or table top or other furniture, place NON-PLASTIC coasters or place
mats between the appliance and the nish of the counter top or table top.
Failure to do so may cause the nish to darken; permanent blemishes may
occur or stains can appear.
Electric Power
If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliance may not
operate properly. It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other
appliances.

Before Using for the First Time
1. Read all operating instructions carefully.
2. Carefully unpack the Citrus Juicer and parts. Remove all packaging materials and any labels from the
outer surfaces.
3. Place your Citrus Juicer on a level surface such as a countertop or table.
4. Wash the storage lid, large and small cones, upper and lower sieves, and juice container in warm,
soapy water.
CAUTION: To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the Citrus Juicer power base or allow cord
to come into contact with water or other liquids.
Citrus Juicer Assembly
1. Place the Citrus Juicer power base on a at, clean work area, close to an electrical outlet.
2. Plug the power-supply cord into a 120V AC electrical wall outlet.
3. Fit the juice container over the base stem. (See Figure 2.)
4. Turn the juice container clockwise until it drops down and locks securely onto the power base.

5. Lock both sieves together. Fit the lower sieve up into the upper sieve. Line the pulp but ton up with the
handle cover and push rmly until the lower sieve snaps into position.
6. Add the sieves to the top of the juice container. Fit the handle cover over the juice container handle and
position the upper/lower sieves inside the lip of the juice container. (See Figure 4.)
IMPORTANT: The small cone must ALWAYS be installed. NEVER try to use the large cone without the
small cone in position.
7. Choose the small juicing cone to juice fruits such as lemons, limes and small tangerines. Fit the small
cone over the juice container’s center stem Turn and press down until the cone drops down and locks
into position.
8. Use the large cone to juice larger tangerines,

oranges or grapefruits. Fit the notches on the large
cone over the stirrers on the small cone until the 2
pieces snap together. (See Figure 5.)
9. Add the correctly sized cone(s) to the Citrus Juicer.
Drop the cone(s) onto the center stem until they
rest on top of the sieves. (See Figure 6.)

Operating Instructions
1. Adjust the pulp control to the desired amount of pulp (1 to 5)
in your juice. (See Figure 7.)
NOTE: Wash fruit and zest before juicing.
2. Cut citrus fruit in half, through the equator.
3. Depending on the size of the fruit to be juiced, rest the
self-reversing cone(s) on top of the sieves. Center the cut
side of the fruit over the top of the self-reversing cone.
4. Apply rm to moderate pressure to press the fruit down.
(See Figure 8.) The cone(s) will rotate, and juicing action
will begin.
IMPORTANT: When pressure is released, the Citrus Juicer
will turn OFF.
5. Press down onto the fruit again, the cone(s) will rotate in the
reverse direction.
IMPORTANT! For best results, repeat steps 4 and 5
several times.
6. Remove and discard used peels.
7. To continue juicing, rinse sieves and change cones,
if needed. Repeat steps 4 and 5 several times.
8. When all juicing is completed, remove and discard
used peels. Unplug the power-supply cord from the
electrical outlet.
9. Lift the upper and lower sieves up and off the base stem.
Grasp the juice container handle in one hand, and the power
base in the other. Turn the juice container counter-clock wise
to unlock, then lift up and off the power base.
10. Pour juice easily from the juice container’s drip-free spout.

User Maintenance Instructions
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any servicing requiring
disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by a qualied appliance repair technician.
Care & Cleaning Instructions
CAUTION: Never immerse the power base, plug or cord in water
or any other liquid.
1. Always unplug the Citrus Juicer before cleaning.
2. To Disassemble: Pull cone(s) up and off the juice container’s
center stem. Separate cones for washing.
3. Lift the handle cover up to remove the upper/lower sieves
from the juice container.
4. To unlock the sieves rmly press on the pulp button while
pulling the tab from the center to separate the lower sieve
from the upper sieve.(See Figure 9.)
5. Grasp the juice container handle in one hand, and the power
base in the other. Turn the juice container counter-clock wise
to unlock, then lift up and off the power base.
6. Always rinse juicing cones, upper and lower sieves,
and juice container in warm, soapy water after every use
for both sanitary reasons and to make cleanup easier.
7. Use a sof t kitchen brush to clean pulp from the upper and
lower sieves.
8. The storage lid, both juicing cones, upper and lower sieves,
and juice container are top-rack dishwasher safe.
9. Wipe the power base and base stem with a damp cloth
or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE THE POWER BASE IN WATER.

Storing Instructions
1. Unplug and clean unit.
2. Assemble the Citrus Juicer following the detailed procedures outlined in the Citrus Juicer Assembly
section in this instruction manual.
3. Add the storage lid to keep the Citrus Juicer dust-free.
4. Never store the Citrus Juicer while it is plugged in.
5. Wrap the cord in the cord storage area located on the bottom of the base.
6. Never wrap cord tightly around the appliance. Never place any stress on cord, especially where the cord
enters the power base, as this could cause the cord to fray and break.
7. Store in original box or in a clean, dry place.

• 3 tbsp dijon mustard

• 1 medium clove garlic, minced
1. Whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper until combined.
2. Slowly whisk in the canola oil until this and creamy.
3. Add dill and stir well.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Limited TWO-YEAR Warranty
SENSIO Inc. hereby warrants that for a period of TWO YEARS from the date
of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical defects in material and
workmanship, and for 90 days in respect to non-mechanical parts. At its sole
discretion, SENSIO Inc. will either repair or replace the product found to be defective,
or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period.
The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial
retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of
purchase is required to obtain warranty validation. Retail stores selling this product
do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way revise the terms and conditions of
the warranty.
EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from
any of the following: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or
current, improper routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions,

A Customer Service Representative will attempt to resolve warranty issues over
the phone. If the Customer Service Representative is unable to resolve the problem,
you will be provided with a case number and asked to return the product to SENSIO
Inc. Attach a tag to the product that includes: your name, address, daytime contact
telephone number, case number, and description of the problem. Also, include a
copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the tagged product with the sales
receipt, and send it (with shipping and insurance prepaid) to SENSIO Inc.’s address.
SENSIO Inc. shall bear no responsibility or liability for the returned product while in
transit to SENSIO Inc.’s Customer Service Center.

Notas sobre el enchufe
Este aparato tiene un enchufe polarizado (una hoja es más ancha que la otra).

Antes de utilizar por primera vez
1. Lea atentamente todas las instrucciones de uso.
2. Desembale con cuidado el exprimidor y las piezas. Saque todos los materiales de embalaje y las
etiquetas de las supercies.
3. Coloque su exprimidor en una super cie nivelada, como una encimera o una mesa.

Montaje del exprimidor electrico
1. Coloque la base del exprimidor en una supercie de trabajo nivelada y limpia, cerca de un
tomacorriente.
2. Enchufe el cable de alimentación en un tomacorriente de pared de 120V CA.
3. Coloque la jarra sobre la barra de la base. (Ver Figura 2)
4. Gire la jarra en el sentido horario hasta que caiga y se trabe de manera segura en la base eléctrica.

5. Bloquee ambos coladores juntos. Fit the lower sieve up into the upper sieve. Line the pulp button up
with the handle cover and push rmly until the lower sieve snaps into position. Coloque el colador

Instrucciones de uso
1. Ajuste el control de pulpa a la cantidad deseada de pulpa
(1 a 5) en su jugo. (Véase Figura 7).
NOTA: Lave la fruta y la ralladura antes del jugo.
2. Corte los cítricos por la mitad, a través del centro.

7. Para seguir exprimir, enjuague los coladores y cambie los
conos, si es necesario. Repita las etapas 4 y 5 varias veces.
8. Cuando se haya completado todo el jugo, retire y deseche
las cáscaras usadas. Desenchufe el cable de alimentación
de la toma de corriente.
9. Levante los coladores superior e inferior y retírelos de la barra de base. Sujete el mango de la jarra
con una mano y la base de poder con la otra. Gire la jarra en el sentido antihorario para desbloquear,
luego levante y saque la base eléctrica.
10. Vierta el jugo fácilmente de la boca antigoteo de la jarra.

Instrucciones de mantenimiento
Este aparato requiere poco mantenimiento. No contiene piezas que el usuario pueda reparar. Cualquier
servicio que requiera el desmontaje que no sea la limpieza debe ser realizada por un técnico calicado.
Instrucciones de cuidado y limpieza
PRECAUCIÓN: Nunca sumerja la base de alimentación, el enchufe o el cable en agua ni en ningún otro líquido.
1. Siempre desenchufe el exprimidor antes de limpiarlo.
2. Para desmontar: Tire del cono hacia arriba y sáquelo de la
barra central de la jarra. Conos separados para el lavado.
3. Lift the handle cover up to remove the upper/lower sieves
from the juice container. Levante la cubierta del mango hacia
arriba para quitar los coladores superior e inferior de la jarra.
4. Desbloquear coladores. Gire los coladores bloqueados
hacia la parte inferior. Apriete rmemente el botón de pulpa
mientras tira de la pestaña desde el centro para separar el
colador inferior del colador superior. (Véase Figura 9.)
5. Sujete el mango de la jarra con una mano y la base de
poder con la otra. Gire la jarra en el sentido antihorario para
desbloquear, luego levante y saque la base eléctrica.
6. Enjuague siempre los conos de extracción de jugo, los
coladores superior e inferior y la jarra en agua tibia y jabón
después de cada uso por razones sanitarias y para facilitar la
limpieza.

7. Use un cepillo de cocina suave para limpiar la pulpa de los coladores superior e inferior.
8. La tapa de almacenamiento, los conos de extracción de jugo, los coladores superior e inferior y la jarra de
jugo son aptos para lavavajillas en la rejilla superior.
9. Limpie la base eléctrica y la barra de la base con un paño o esponja húmedos. Seque bien.
ADVERTENCIA: NO SUMERJA LA BASE ELÉCTRICA EN EL AGUA.
Instrucciones de almacenamiento
1. Desenchufe y limpie la unidad.
2. Ensamble el Exprimidor de jugos siguiendo los procedimientos detallados en la sección de Montaje de
Exprimidor en este manual de instrucciones.
3. Pon la tapa de almacenamiento sobre la máquina para mantener el exprimidor libre de polvo.
4. Nunca almacene el exprimidor mientras esté enchufado.
5. Envuelva el cable en el depósito del cable ubicado en la parte inferior de la base.
6. Nunca enrolle el cable rmemente alrededor del aparato. Nunca coloque ningún esfuerzo sobre el
cable, especialmente cuando el cable entra en la base de alimentación, ya que esto podría hacer que el
cable se deshilache y se rompa.
7. Almacene en la caja original o en un lugar limpio y seco.

• Jugo de 1 limón
• 3 cucharadas de mostaza de dijon
• 1 cucharadita de miel
• 1 diente de ajo, picado
1. Mezcle el jugo de limón, la mostaza, la miel, el ajo, la sal y la pimienta hasta que se mezclen.
