electricalcupboard,closetoa240VACelectricalsupplyandlocatedclosetotheentrance.It
mustbewall-mountedontoplasterboard,woodorasimilarnon-conductivematerial.

Connectionstothe240VACmainssupplymustbecarriedoutbyaqualifiedelectricianor
similarcompetentperson,andmadeinaccordancewithacceptedsafetypractices.Atwo­poleswitch(asprovidedbyaConsumerUnitorSwitch-Fuse)mustbeincludedtoisolate
bothLiveandNeutralduringInstallationorMaintenance.Thetransformerisprotectedby
fuses;alwaysreplacethesewiththecorrecttypeandrating.

Troubleshooting:

disconnectingalltelephonesandre-connectingasingletelephonewithashortlengthofcable(ROTonly);
Reconnectthetelephonesoneatatimeuntilthefaultre-appears.Note:speechwillbeimpairedifoneor
moretelephonesareleftoffthehook.

Connectallitemsbyfollowingthediagramoverleaf.Itisstronglyrecommendedthatasingle
