BELKIN CONNECTED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

Belkin Limited (“Belkin”) warrants to the original consumer or other end-user of any Belkin Surge Suppresser for the life of the product, that the Belkin Surge Suppresser shall be free of defects in
design, assembly, material or workmanship and will repair or replace, at its option, any defective Belkin Surge Suppresser free of charge.

Belkin Limited will repair or replace, at its option, any equipment (“connected equipment”) which is damaged by a transient voltage surge/spike or lightning strike (an "Occurrence”), while properly
connected through a Belkin Surge Suppresser to a properly wired power line with protective ground (the “Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty” ). (For models F9H110vepCW, F9H410ep2M,
F9S620ep2M, F9S620ep4M, F9S623ep2M, F9S524ep2M, F9S520ep2M, F9M820ep2M-GRY, F9M820ep4M-GRY, F9M823ep2M-GRY, F9M724ep2M-GRY and F9G726ep3M-GRY the
telephone line must be properly connected and installed).

This Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty is subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth herein. The warranties provided herein do not affect the
consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, nor the consumer’s rights against the retailer arising from its sales/purchase contract.

Belkin Limited will spend, to repair or replace the damaged connected equipment, at its option, an amount equal to the fair market value of the damaged equipment or the original purchase price of
the equipment, whichever is the less, up to a maximum set forth below:

The fair market value of the equipment shall be the current retail market value of the same or similar model or specification as agreed by Belkin Limited at the time it accepts or approves any claim.

Belkin Limited reserves the right to review the damaged Belkin Surge Suppresser, the damaged equipment, and the site where the damage occurred. All costs of shipping the Belkin Surge
Suppresser and the damaged equipment to Belkin Limited for inspection shall be borne initially by the purchaser. Belkin Limited reserves the right to negotiate the cost of repairs. If Belkin Limited
determines, in its sole discretion, that it is impractical to ship the damaged equipment to Belkin Limited, Belkin Limited may designate, in its sole discretion, an equipment repair facility to inspect
and estimate the cost to repair such equipment. The cost, if any, of shipping the equipment to such repair facility and of such estimate shall be borne initially by the purchaser. Damaged equipment
must remain available for inspection until the claim is finalised. Whenever claims are settled, Belkin Limited reserves the right to be subrogated under any existing insurance policies the claimant
may have.

All warranties provided herein are null and void if the Belkin Surge Suppresser has been improperly installed, altered in any way, tampered with, or if the connected equipment was not used under
normal operating conditions or in accordance with any labels or instructions. All Belkin Surge Suppressers must be plugged directly into the power source and must not be “daisychained” together
in serial fashion with other power strips, UPS, other surge protectors or extension cords. Any such installation voids the warranties provided herein. The Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty does
not protect against acts of God (other than lightning) such as flood or earthquake or against war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to
low voltage disturbances (i.e. brownouts or sags), non-authorised program, or system equipment modification or alteration.

This warranty contains the sole warranty of Belkin Limited, and there are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, except as to consumers, the
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Belkin Limited be liable for consequential or indirect losses, including
lost business, loss of profits, loss of service, loss of software loss of information, damage to any computer media other than hardware or damag e to or loss of any
property arising out of the sale or use of any Belkin Surge Suppresser. Nothing herein shall serve to exclude or limit the liability of Belkin Limited for the death or
personal injury of the consumer resulting from the negligence of Belkin Limited or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

This warranty is valid only for the original consumer or other end-user of the product and does not confer any rights on any other persons. The original consumer or other end-user must retain the
original receipt or both the warranty to repair or replace the Belkin Surge Suppresser and the Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty are void. All damage claims arising under the Belkin
Connected Equipment Warranty must be made within 15 days from the date of the Occurrence and must be accompanied by a receipt for the damaged equipment or the Belkin Connected
Equipment Warranty is void.

This Warranty only applies to products used in their country of original intent.

To file a claim against the Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty, you must take the following steps:

1. You must have an original receipt with date of purchase.

2. Contact a Belkin Limited Customer Services Representative at 00800 4411737(Poland) / 239000406 (Czech Republic) within 15 days of the Occurrence. Be prepared to provide the
following information:
a. The part number of the Belkin Surge Suppresser.
b. The equipment that was connected to the Surge Suppresser at the time of the Occurrence.
c. The equipment that was damaged during the Occurrence and the extent of the damage.
d. The date of the Occurrence.
e. Where you purchased the Surge Suppresser.
f. When you purchased the Surge Suppresser.

3. Your Belkin Customer Service Representative will then instruct you on how to forward your equipment, receipt, Belkin Surge Suppresser in use during the Occurrence and how to proceed
with your claim.

GWARANCJA CONNECTED EQUIPMENT FIRMY BELKIN

Belkin Limited (“Belkin”) gwarantuje pierwszemu klientowi lub innemu użytkownikowi końcowemu dowolnego urządzenia Belkin Surge Supresser na okres całkowitego czasu eksploatacji
produktu, ale nie mniej niż na jeden rok od daty nabycia produktu, że Belkin Surge Supresser jest wolny od wad w konstrukcji, montażu oraz innych czynnościach związanych z produkcją; firma
naprawi lub wymieni jakiekolwiek urządzenie Belkin Surge Supresser bezpłatnie, zgodnie z uregulowaniami odpowiedniego prawa.

Belkin Limited naprawi lub wymieni (według swojego uznania), jakikolwiek sprzęt uszkodzony przez przejściowe przepięcie lub uderzenie pioruna (“Wypadek”), jeżeli sprzęt ten był prawidłowo
podłączony poprzez Belkin Surge Suppresser do odpowiednio zainstalowanej linii zasilania z ochronnym uziemieniem (Gwarancja “Belkin Connected Equipment” ). (Dla modeli F9H110vepCW,
F9H410ep2M, F9S620ep2M, F9S620ep4M, F9S623ep2M, F9S524ep2M, F9S520ep2M, F9M820ep2M-GRY, F9M820ep4M-GRY, F9M823ep2M-GRY, F9M724ep2M-GRY et F9G726ep3M­GRY , linia telefoniczna musi być prawidłowo podłączona i zainstalowana).

Niniejsza gwarancja Belkin Connected Equipment podlega ograniczeniom i wyłączeniom wymienionym w tym dokumencie. Zapewnione gwarancje nie wpływają
na nominalne prawa konsumenta zgodnie z odpowiednimi prawami narodowymi będącymi w mocy, jak również na prawa konsumenta wobec sprzedawcy
wynikające z umowy kupna/sprzedaży.

Belkin Limited wyda w celu wymiany lub naprawy uszkodzonego sprzętu (wg swojego wyboru) kwotę równą faktycznej wartości rynkowej uszkodzonego sprzętu lub też równą cenie nabycia
sprzętu (wybierając mniejszą z tych wartości), do maksimum opisanego poniżej

Faktyczna wartość rynkowa podłączonego sprzętu będzie równa bieżącej wartości rynkowej tego samego lub podobnego modelu, wg zgody Belkin Limited w momencie, gdy firma akceptuje
żądanie.

Belkin Limited zastrzega sobie prawo sprawdzenia uszkodzonego Belkin Surge Suppresser, uszkodzonego sprzętu, oraz lokalizacji, w której nastąpiło uszkodzenie. Wszystkie koszty przesyłki
Belkin Surge Suppresser i uszkodzonego sprzętu do firmy Belkin Limited poniesie wyłącznie firma Belkin Limited. Belkin Limited zastrzega sobie prawo negocjowania kosztu napraw sprzętu.
Jeżeli firma Belkin Limited ustali wg własnego uznania, że transport uszkodzonego sprzętu do Belkin Limited nie wchodzi w grę ze względów praktycznych, firma może wyznaczyć organizację
naprawiającą sprzęt w celu zbadania i oszacowania kosztu naprawy sprzętu. Jeżeli wystąpi, koszt transportu sprzętu do takiej organizacji będzie poniesiony przez Belkin Limited. Uszkodzony sprzęt
musi być dostępny w celu zbadania, zanim nastąpi zamknięcie żądania. Kiedy żądania zostaną skompletowane, Belkin Limited zastrzega sobie prawo podstawienia siebie za ubezpieczonego w
dowolnych polisach ubezpieczeniowych, które posiada żądający.

Wszystkie zapewnione tu gwarancje są nieważne i pozbawione znaczenia, jeśli urządzenie Belkin Surge Suppresser zostało zainstalowane w sposób nieprawidłowe, zmodyfikowane w jakikolwiek
sposób, lub jeżeli podłączony osprzęt nie był używany w normalnych warunkach roboczych lub niezgodnie z jakimikolwiek etykietami lub instrukcjami. Wszystkie urządzenia Belkin Surge
Suppressers muszą być podłączone bezpośrednio do źródła zasilania i nie mogą być podłączane na zasadzie “jeden do drugiego” w sposób szeregowy z innymi listwami zasilającymi, urządzeniami
UPS, innymi zabezpieczeniami przeciwprzepięciowymi lub przedłużaczami. Jakiekolwiek instalacje tego typu unieważniają zapewnione w tym miejscu gwarancje. Gwarancja Belkin Connected
Equipment Warranty nie obowiązuje w przypadku siły wyższej (force majeure) (innych niż błyskawica), takich jak powódź, trzęsienie ziemi, w przypadku wojny, wandalizmu, kradzieży,
normalnego zużycia, przestarzałości, zamierzonych uszkodzeń, uszkodzeń wynikających ze zbyt niskiego napięcia, programów nieautoryzowanych lub modyfikacji i zmian sprzętu systemowego.
Dokument tej gwarancji ta zawiera wyłączną gwarancję Belkin Limited (z wyłączeniem gwarancji statutowej), zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem, i nie ma innych gwarancji, wyrażonych wprost
lub domyślnych, włącznie (ale nie w przypadku konsumenta końcowego) z domyślną gwarancją wartości handlowej lub przydatności do określonego celu, zgodnie z uregulowaniami
odpowiedniego prawa. W żadnym wypadku firma Belkin Limited nie będzie odpowiedzialna za wypadkowe, specjalne, pośrednie uszkodzenia lub konsekwencje, między innymi, ale nie
ograniczając się do utraconych zysków lub obrotów wynikających ze sprzedaży lub użycia urządzenia Belkin Surge Supresser, utraty usług, oprogramowania lub informacji lub uszkodzeń nośników
komputerowych lub też innego sprzętu. Żadne informacje zawarte w tym dokumencie nie będą użyte to wyłączenia lub ograniczenia Belkin Limited za śmierć lub zranienia klienta końcowego
wynikające z zaniedbań Belkin Limited

Gwarancja ta obowiązuje tylko dla oryginalnego konsumenta lub innego użytkownika końcowego produktu. Konsument początkowy lub inny użytkownik końcowy musi
zachować oryginalny rachunek. W przeciwnym wypadku gwarancje: naprawy lub wymiany Belkin Surge Suppresser oraz Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty będą
nieważne. Wszystkie żądania związane ze stratami zgodne z Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty muszą zostać wniesione w ciągu 15 od daty Wypadku i musi im
towarzyszyć rachunek za uszkodzony sprzęt. W przeciwnym wypadku gwarancja Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty jest nieważna.

Aby wnieść żądanie na podstawie Belkin Connected Equipment Warranty, użytkownik musi podjąć następujące kroki:

1. Musi posiadać oryginalny rachunek z datą nabycia.

2. Skontaktować się z przedstawicielem Belkin Limited Customer Services Representative pod numerem 00800 4411737 (Poland) / 239000406 (Czech R.) w ciągu 15 dni od Wypadku.

Należy być przygotowanym na podanie następujących informacji:

a) Numeru części Belkin Surge Suppresser.
b) Informacji o sprzęcie podłączonym do urządzenia Surge Supresser w momencie Wypadku.
c) Informacji o sprzęcie uszkodzonym w momencie Wypadku oraz rozmiarach uszkodzeń.
d) Daty Wypadku.
e) Gdzie został nabyty Surge Supresser
f) Kiedy został nabyty Surge Supresser.

3. Przedstawiciel Belkin Customer Service Representative poinstruuje użytkownika o sposobie przesłania sprzętu, rachunku oraz Belkin Surge Suppresser użytkowanego w czasie

Wypadku oraz o tym, jak prowadzić procedury związane z żądaniem.
